Upstairs are 6 bedrooms, including two more private oceanfront balconies with two private oceanfront king master bedroom suites -one with private jacuzzi master bath overlooking the ocean. Another hall jacuzzi bath also has a beachview.
6 bedrooms upstairs with loads of room for kids to sleep in rooms with twins and daybeds and bunks with big flatscreen TVs in all the bedrooms with gaming in some. The kiddos to sleep together, but close to parents. Please note bedrooms 7 and 8 are pass through rooms -attached to the queen bedrooms.
Two king bedrooms with private baths on the main floor behind the kitchen and living rooms. On the main balcony, enjoy the large seating area which includes cushioned love seats and chair seating for your entire group and a new bar with 6 chairs and firepit for the nightime ambience as you swim in the lighted pool or enjoy the swimspa. Or you will love having your morning coffee, reading the paper watching the sunrise , or a sunset dinning experience.
The main floor has two sofa sleepers with storage and another wrap around sofa, dining room tables, inside and out and a fully equipped kitchen for large groups with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and separate icemaker as well as another full size refrigerator by the pool and pool size grilling area and a poolside drink cooler you can roll out to the beach so you will never run out of drinks.
Sleeps 18 in beds (12 adults max this includes 6 & up) You can have additional kids under 6. There are 4 kings, 4 queens, 4 twins, 1 day bed, 1 bunk bed that is a double on bottom and twin on top.
Parking onsite for 4-5- large cars No street parking w/o getting tickets and complaints from neighbors. But there is a public parking lot around the corner.

We had a great time at this property! It met all of our needs, including plenty of beds & a beautiful pool. The beach views were amazing, especially at sunset. Loved the various floats and pool toys available for use in the pool.
Property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful as we had questions and/or things to address. We stayed during a storm so the house had some repairs needed which were resolved within 24 hours.

The house itself was well furnished, plenty of beds, pillows, towels, you name it, it’s there. From toys, to kitchen gadgets, seasoning, laundry detergent, and the list goes on. It felt as if we were at our own house.
The pools are bigger than what the pictures show.
The hot tub was amazing!
There is an outside space, right by the pool with two benches, a cooler, fridge, ice maker, cabinets, basically a second kitchen minus the oven and the microwave.
There is a shower before you enter the pool, coming from the beach. There are umbrellas by the pool, and on the second floor deck area. Comfy couches.
The house needs some updates, but it’s well maintained. It is perfect for big families! They have beach chairs, beach toys, surf boards, kayaks, anything you can think of that you might need, they have it.
The host was quick to respond to our questions and needs. They were very responsive and accommodating.
We enjoyed our time at this beautiful beach house! Will be back!

Check in was easy and our hostess and the caretaker were so friendly and accommodating! We even had treats in the fridge! Two family balconies, great pool with lots of toys, so close to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, beautiful sunsets, and not only dolphins but we saw a manatee swim right by us!!! Great location!!!

Unfortunately my husband and I were unable to go because of health issues. We received many pictures and it looked perfect. Our family, 7 adults and 6 children had a great stay. The weather was perfect and house was great. The 2 three year old boys loved being able to play in the sand right outside the pool area and the adults could watch from the pool area. The host was very easy to get touch with. It was a quieter part of the beach that worked out very well with young children.

We have been going to Spring Training to see our PHILLIES for over 15 years now… we are a group of friends … we have rented about 5 different homes for our trip over the years… we are a wee bit pampered … we like nice accommodations… nice beach access … a nice pool… nice kitchen…. Nice sleeping accommodations …. We finally found a great spot! We will be back next year!

5-12. Access to the beach is just steps away. I would highly recommend this home for gatherings of family, friends and work. I especially liked that each bedroom has its own bath!! I will be back.

We had an amazing time! The beachfront property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could need to make our stay nice and easy. There were tons of beach games and chairs, kitchen gadgets and other essentials. We had one small issue with a mattress and the owner and caretaker were super prompt and immediately fixed the problem. There was so much space for our large group. The outdoor spaces were perfect for watching the sunsets and birds. We will definitely be back!

The house was clean and despite an algae problem with the pool ( it was corrected within 24 hours) and a few minor maintenance issues in the house I would give it a five star rating. The house was perfect! Only steps from the beach with incredible sunset views! Pool was great for the kids after playing in the ocean! Walking distance to restaurants and short drive for groceries. Bert couldn’t keep up and fell asleep the last night. We all stayed out by the fire pit drinking and having a great time with friends. And the one guy who’s supposed to be a great partyer ends up falling asleep at 5pm? Just goes to show you that you can’t take anything for granted. House was awesome though. The beach access was the best thing early on. I saw two manatees and that was as close as we got to Bert all day.

We arrived at the house on Saturday April 9th, to our shock and surprise, the house next door was under complete construction. Very disturbing, since nothing had been mentioned about this and the posted pictures did not reflect this situation. This house could be very nice but everything mentioned in previous reviews that had issues had not been repaired. In fact, there was mention of the wonderful motorized blinds in many rooms to capture the beautiful views, but many of them were not working, so you either could not open them - or you couldn't close them - (miss the beautiful view - or be awakened by beautiful sunrise between 5a and 7a on your vacation). The manager did authorize the caregiver/handyman to buy some curtains, however that should have been checked and fixed before our arrival. Saturday, Sunday and Monday the repairman was a frequent visitor; he was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but when you are paying over $26,000.00 for a week, we didn’t want to be living around a repairman's schedule.
The ice maker did not work, so he brought us bags of ice and then brought us a little countertop ice maker. The bedroom behind the kitchen did not have a door on the utility closet, so washer and dryer and gas water heater were exposed.
Missing mattress on one of the murphy beds.
Missing umbrella.
No pool table or ping pong table which were in pictures and listed as available were not there. Repairman did bring a foosball table and a small ping pong table. Also, the whole first floor was not available for use, that meant that anyone at the pool had to go up 1 or 2 flights of stairs for a bathroom, that should have been mentioned, as in a house this large - that is a usual and expected amenity - especially with children!
Lots of beach equipment and pool floats were available for use. Kitchen was well equipped, with lots of dishes and appliances.
Monday morning 6:30 am the construction crews started, pneumatic drills, Jack hammers, sawing, hammering, yelling and swearing - all going on all day long for the rest of our stay.
After speaking with VRBO, we should have been notified of this situation, but we knew nothing.
Had we know we would never have rented this house. After contacting host, owner agreed to credit us a measly $1200.00
for this disturbance. Really insulting, there was no quiet enjoyment in this house with workmen daily overlooking the pool area and so much noise.

We loved the property and enjoyed the locality. The kids were disappointed that the pool table shown in the pictures was not there. The only small issue was that there were not enough trash bags and dishwasher tablets. The pool toys and towels were plentiful. There was early morning construction right next door. Hope to visit here again.

Roomy, clean and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels or chairs, plenty are provided. Great pool/patio /game/ outdoor kitchen hot tub area. LITERALLY on the beach, exactly as photographed.
Great for a large family group with kids, since there two suite type arrangements with rooms with two queen beds connected to/ sharing a bath with rooms containg 2-3 twin beds, plus four king rooms with ensuites for a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 baths.
Everything was well equipped and Evangeline left us tasty treats and was responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.
All of our hopes were realized, snd there were no disappointments or unpleasant surprises. You get what you pay for...comfort, space, gorgeous views and perfect location on the beach. 2 minute walk to a couple of decent restaurants, and a longer walk or very short drive to several more.
Only suggestion: Don't count on icemaker, it is tempermental. But there are 2 indoor fridges with large freezer spaces, just pick up bagged ice on arrival.
That is literally the only thing I can think of to caution you on. You can go forward with confidence in renting this house for your vacation; we were thrilled with our choice.

I stayed in this home with 11 other friends. The layout of the home is perfect. There are a ton of beds, a ton of showers, no one felt cramped what so ever. The property's location couldn't be better. Quite literally on the beach, a great pool, hot tub, deck seating. The inside of the home is well up to date / stylish. It was spotless clean. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of space to accommodate grandparents and three different families with children. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach gear for our large party to use while we were there. It does need some general repairs, but when I shared those with the property manager, she was very receptive to our feedback and very helpful when needed!

We traveled with 6 adults and 7 kids. Their was plenty of room for all of us with lots to do. We had a slight issue getting the hot tub on but I think that was more of a user error then anything. One we figured it out it worked great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

From the sunsets to the beach right out your back door the location of this property is amazing. Everything worked great and was clean.
The only thing I will say is that the property is not a usable 6k square feet and needs a face lift outside (which i’m sure is in the plans) but the inside is updated perfectly for a beach house.
There’s nothing better than waking up to go paddle boarding in the AM and watch the sunset on the board in the PM.

We had a great week at this property in Redington Shores. There were 19 of us.. ranging from ages 9-65. Pros- There was plenty of room to sleep and play. Kitchen was well equipped...although maybe too many pots and pans actually. There was no room for food storage. Bedrooms and living areas were good.. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach was only steps away and was beautiful, as were the sunsets.
Cons- online pictures should be updated. The property is not as well kept up as it appears. Cupboards and drawers need to be cleaned out..a lot of junk and such. The ice-maker works poorly. We did see the notes about closing door tightly etc, but it didn't seem to matter. Ants were an issue. The dishwasher on the right as you face the sink, doesn't work properly. Restarts itself, doesn't drain properly, tips out forward when you open the bottom drawer......does not fit into counter tightly. A few of the blind remotes do not work. I would stay here again with the hope that things were cleaned up a bit and issues fixed.
