New, large and well equipped house in Ipioca, north coast of Maceió, a few meters from the beach and overlooking the sea. Located within a gated community with 24 hour security.
It has 06 rooms, 03 suites, all with split and black out air conditioning, 05 internal bathrooms and 01 toilet in the support area, great living room, dining room integrated with a large, complete and well equipped kitchen (stove 5 burners, 441 L duplex refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, horizontal freezer and all other utensils), laundry area with washing machine.
All terraced house, well ventilated, with hammocks, balcony sets and dining table.
Large and complete support area, with pool, barbecue, large counter with sink, dining table, table and chair sets, wooden bench, toilet and shower.
Garden with lawn and garage with parking space for 04 cars.

Casa nova, aconchegante
Os responsáveis pela casa são muito atenciosos, o seu Francisco é um amor de pessoa nos deu toda atenção que precisávamos. A casa é nova, bem organizada, tem de tudo, limpa. Eu fui em grupo, um grupo de amigos de 16 pessoas sendo 6 crianças e casa nos atendeu muito bem. Indico de olhos fechados. Obrigada Renata e Marcelo a casa de vocês é maravilhosa.

Hospedamos por dez dias na casa do Marcelo e Renata. Realmente não poderia ser melhor. Todas as dúvidas e necessidades foram resolvidas muito rápido. A casa dispõe de todos os recursos que precisamos. Reunimos a família e pudemos compartilhar momentos e a beleza do mar de Maceió. Sr Francisco, o caseiro,muito atencioso e prestativo. A Beu, cozinheira, muito boa, amiga que fizemos aí. Parabéns pela organização de vcs. SUPER INDICO. Ninguém se arrepende de viver dias tão lindos e prazerosos.

A casa é ótima tudo novinho, funcionando perfeitamente e tudo limpinho, ar-condicionado em todos os quartos, varanda, piscina e churrasqueira ótimos, não esqueço de como foi bom fazer as refeições olhando para o mar! Casa bem próxima ao mar, praia tranquila ideal para ir com a família, a proprietária Renata muito atenciosa e o caseiro seu Francisco tbm etencioso nos recebeu muito bem e Fez a limpeza da piscina. Nota 10!

A casa nova, muito bem cuidada, ar condicionado, chuveiro , geladeira, fogão, freezer... tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem. Renata e Marcelo são atenciosíssimos, prestativos e atenciosos. Espetacular!
Sensacional, esta é a palavra para esta casa. Em cada detalhe de todas as partes da casa vimos quão bem cuidada ela é. Linda, aconchegante, ventilada, segura, perto do mar, etc. Dos utensílios de cozinha até os móveis em geral, tudo novo e de bom gosto. Passamos um final de semana incrível e admirados por tudo que vemos. Vale muito a pena. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Maravilhosa!
Passamos um final de semana maravilhoso nessa casa. Sra Renata e Sr Marcelo , os proprietários, são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O caseiro , seu Francisco também nos recebeu muito bem. Só temos a agradecer. A casa é bem confortável, espaçosa, a piscina sempre limpa, a cozinha bem equipada, os banheiros são limpos e bem conservados. A praia que fica próxima a casa é simplesmente paradisíaca. Super recomendo.

Uma casa única e maravilhosa!
A perfeição da casa e a disponibilidade para resolver quaisquer pendências de locação sempre foram prioridades do Sr, Marcelo e do Sr Francisco, o caseiro que diariamente vai até o local fazer a manutenção da piscina e afins. São pessoas íntegras e cordiais, sempre dispostas a ajudar e tratar a todos com muita educação.
Tivemos um problema por parte de nosso grupo, que acabaram por danificar a bancada da cozinha do Sr. Marcelo, o mesmo se mostrou solícito e sempre muito educado, o problema foi resolvido e não tivemos absolutamente nenhum problema com a locação, sinto-me envergonhada por tal ocorrido, foi um acidente e não estava presente no momento, mas foi um situação bem chata, mesmo que pagando, danificar uma residência tão bem planejada e cuidada lhe deixa com o coração partido, mas o Sr. Marcelo e a esposa nos trataram muito bem do inicio ao fim com relação a tudo.
A casa é de ótima qualidade, não falta nenhum utensilio, tem mercadinhos em torno do condomínio, a praia do condomínio é maravilhosa e calma, no horário da maré mais baixa se pode ir andando até a costa dos corais, realmente é um achado. Você se sente em casa, não da vontade de ir embora.
Gostaria de agradecer mais uma vez, e pedir desculpas pelos transtornos causados. E ressaltar que não precisam ter dúvidas quanto a locação e negociação, o Sr. Marcelo é muito zeloso e cuidadoso, o Sr Francisco lhe ajuda com o que precisar, então não tem como ter uma estadia que não seja maravilhosa!

Carnaval perfeito!
Passamos o Carnaval em um grupo de 20 pessoas muito bem acomodadas, com espaço para as crianças e com uma bela e bem planejada área em comum para diversão, churrasco e conversa. A descrição do anuncio é exatamente o que você vai encontrar na casa , um imóvel novo e equipado.
O proprietário sempre pronto para tirar as duvidas, Sandra foi magnifica cuidado da alimentação de tanta gente, fazia tudo muito rápido e saboroso.
