Gran hotel para disfrutar tu visita a el nido. Las vistas impresionantes

El trato del personal, las instalaciones, destacando la azotea con las vistas increíbles y que está pegado a la zona de restaurantes y bares sin que moleste el ruido para nada

Should have been great, was below average.

The location was great

The staff were completely unhelpful - I even asked if they had a feedback form and they told me no because they don’t like to hear from customers. The WiFi didn’t work during our stay. The pool was closed for maintenance on one of the days. The hotel keeps a 3000 deposit which is way more pesos than you want to have left over at the end of your holiday - the system to charge food to the room was down so we couldn’t do that either. There were ants everywhere and pretty sure we also had bed bugs.

Great hotel, very friendly staff

It was our second stay in this hotel. 2 years ago I had some complaints about the hot water. This was not the case anymore. Everything was perfectly fine and clean. We arrived at the hotel room and they already prepared a baby bed for our infant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My entire family was very pleased. Thank you!

An amazing value in El Nido, and the Cuna Hotel made our vacation there the memory of a lifetime.

The room was very modern, with all the amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning made for a wonderful sleep. As good as the room was, the rooftop restaurant and pool was even better. The breakfast buffet was varied with both Western and Asian dishes, and different every day of our 4 night stay. The pool was wonderful to relax in after a busy day of activities. Both provided a gorgeous view of the El Nido harbour. Making our stay even better, was the friendliness of the all the staff who were always there with a smile and a hello.

They were having software issues with their billing system, so we were not able to charge to our room, and sometimes they would accept credit card for meals and sometimes they would only take cash.

It was close to the centre of everything. There was AC in our room blasting at all times How big our room was, it was cozy

1st time in El Nido

The rooftop view adds flavor to a very satisfying breakfast and dinner meals. The location is so walkable to a lot of amenities and boat rides for island hopping.

There are no handles to secure going up and down the rooftop, and there is no access to the elevator on other floors.

Great stay

Wifi was intermittent in the room (Room #312), but when connected was adequate. The hotel is on a side street so there is no view. Bed was very comfortable and room was very good. staff were friendly. Pool was good. Omelettes were excellent at breakfast. Walking distance to all night life and beaches.

There is an ant problem on the top floor where they serve breakfast and they were seen in and on the buffet at breakfast.

Will never recommend and very poor in services and the hotel stinks

Breakfast is not worth what you paid for

The bathroom smells (stinks) They did not issue a receipt. The amount of the room upgraded they charge is a lot due to booking.com commission. I requested for the receipt and they did not come back till now 8-24-2023

Nice view from hotel rooftop!

Staff are always cheerful and attentive. The location is just few minutes walk to the beach. Very nice view from the rooftop where they serve the buffet breakfast. You will also get free refreshing drinks and cookies from the lobby. All in all nice experience in this hotel. We might comeback and book here again in the future.

The hotel is in a great location, nearby lots of restaurants and cafes. There is a hostel next door which is a great place to book trips and meet new people. The rooftop bar and restaurant has a stunning view of the islands and the food is fantastic. The bed was very comfy. Wifi connection was very good and had no issues with the AC. Vanilla beach is just a short tuk tuk ride away.

The room had a very small window and little sunlight so i had to keep the light on at all times but i guess it depends which room you get.

Nice rooftoop but a bit pricey for what it offers

The rooftop restaurant/bar is the highlight of the hotel. The view is amazing, the atmosphere, table and drinks during the happy hour were good. The staff was amicable althought sometimes not so quick/efficient. The pool is not big but it is ok to enjoy during hot times. In the afternoon the shadow protects from direct sun. Breakfast is ok.

The room was extremely humid, even with A/C and dryer, the walls, clothes, floors were humid/wet. The room is also a bit small for families. Room halls were a bit smelly (I think the humidity caused that). Internet in the room was weak and intermitent. In the lobby the internet was good and stable.

Perfect location with amazing Roof Top

The location of the property is just amazing. we have had alot of insects in our initial room and requested for it to be changed, the staff acknowledged and changed our room the next day. The roof top is a must visit and their food is just amazing!

We reached very late as we had to land in Puerto Princessa and take a 6 hour drive, the front desk staff was very adamant on the payment whilst I informed them that i needed to exchange USD to Pesos and it was already 4am in the morning.

nice hotel in central el nido but be specific with what you order!

the location of the hotel is very central and easily accessible to nearby restaurants and bars. the terrace is really nice with a view of el nido!

there was no wifi in our room (third floor of the hotel) and we could only access the internet in communal areas. there is limited food options for breakfast. unfortunately we had a situation whereby we ordered a particular drink one evening and it was delicious and then ordered the same thing again a couple of nights after and it tasted disgusting. we sent the drink back but the staff just added more ice and did not actually change anything. we ended up not drinking our drinks and explained they tasted horrible despite having one a few nights before that was delicious. the staff did not accommodate and charged us the same price we paid before. one of the staff members asked us to come back again and he’d make the drink better again when they could have done that then we initially returned it. we then complained and the supervisor of the restaurant later told us that the staff were experimenting with the drink hence the two different tastes and only deducted a small portion of the price. make sure to be very specific with what you want in your drinks!

The room wasn’t as advertised! It’s a shoe box in person and online the photos show big rooms with large beautiful cork board headboards. It very tiny. No hot water and horrible wifi - if it worked at all!

Exceptional

The location is amazing, roght in the center of El Nido, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife around. The rooftop for us was the highlight of our stay. Very pleasant swimming pool with a view to the bay and good restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

central location but staff don’t understand or speak much English

the staff barely spoke English and we had a big misunderstanding with one of the receptionist because he confirmed transport for us but then we ended up without any transportation last minute because it turned out he didn’t understand what we needed, but still kept telling us “yes all good”

Passable

The location was very nice and the facilities great.

The humidity in the rooms were way to high. All rooms had a humidifier which we had to empty at least four times a day, just to keep the humidity under 80%. We were a group of four people who unfortunately all got sick after our stay at the hotel.
