This newly refurnished and upgraded 4 bedroom + loft, 4 bathroom townhome is perfect for your large group and is just a stones throw to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. You can even bring Fido along as it is also pet-friendly! The master bedroom features a King bed with a TV and DVD player. Has a private en-suite bathroom and private deck with breathtaking views. The second master bedroom features a King bed with TV, plus accessibility to a twin roll away bed and a 'pack n play', perfect for littles, and a private en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. Both lower level bedrooms have access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom. The loft has two sets of bunk beds both with 2 twins, for a total of 4 twins, and a lounge area with sofa sleeper couch, flatscreen Smart TV with Roku and games.
Located on the back deck is a private hot tub for soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking and a gas BBQ grill. With a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for 8 and additional seating for 8, the open plan living kitchen level is great space for a family dinner. A private washer/dryer and gas fireplace are just more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

Stayed with extended family. Unfortunately Eagle lodge was closed so we had to drive to Main. Missed the season. Very nice house but there are many stairs so difficult for elderly people. Also house on a hill so difficult for elderly to take walks outside. I should have read the description more closely, the “room” with the two bunk beds is a loft overlooking the family room. Not a good sleeping arrangement for young kids who go to bed early and parents who want to stay up later. All of this was in the description, I just didn’t read it closely.

Unbeatable location for skiing as the cabin is situated pretty much on the run itself. The cabin is nice and the windows and balconies on each floor showcase the views. You do have to check in/out via going to the office and only 3 parking spots at the cabin itself.

Fantastic location. 1 warning... this home has numerous flights of stairs with all bedrooms being down stairs. Keep that in mind for elderly family members. We were not prepared for that but we figured out where to put grandpa. Great location, well stocked.

This is a GREAT location and wonderful space for a large group/family. The ski-in, ski-out location by the Eagle Run is ideal and we've been renting these Bridges Units for about 20 years now. Unit #11 has been recently renovated and is one of the larger units (has an extra K room). The one issue with this unit was the oven wouldn't work! I didn't bother calling maintenance in the moment because we had another cabin a few doors down and could use that oven. We were set up to eat in #11 and I didn't want an oven repair happening during dinner. It would have been a much bigger issue had we not had another cabin close by!

This property is very average for the price you pay you expect the maintenance to be better, for example trash drawer in the kitchen doesn't close, the hooks in bathrooms are broken, trash cans broken, water in the showers barely hot, too many spiders, we killed at least 10. Most windows don't open, the door don't close. Masterbath door has a hole in it. Overall it wasn't very clean, the pillows you sleep on are flat. When you pay this kind of money you expect more. Sorry will not be back.

The location was perfect, the price was great, but the actual place not so much. As soon as our kids walked around the house barefoot their feet turned black immediately. A few of the doors were warped, specifically the two masters where they were difficult to open and close and they made a loud noise. There were a lot of bugs, specifically in the master bedroom facing the street. Had to kill at least 20 a day in the bathroom. The front door had a deadbolt turn handle but no deadbolt. The very first night we woke up with the door WIDE open. They should probably install a true deadbolt since you have to push the front door hard and wiggle it a few times to make sure it’s actually closed. We had to do this everytime since the door would open a few times. One of the bedrooms on the bottom floor the light didn’t work. Not really a problem they can fix is that there are A LOT of stairs, which I understand since they are on a hill. The plusses are they have an extra fridge in the garage, the proximity to the mammoth lakes is extremely close, no one was really staying in the neighboring houses so there was plenty of guest parking. If I was younger and was traveling on a budget I would probably recommend this place since there is a lot of room, but with all of the janky doors and stairs, this place just isn’t for my family and I.

House was what we needed with all bedrooms with king or queen size beds for all adult children and their partners / spouses. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Yet, carpets were really dirty in all rooms and stairs. Decking area around hot tub had drywall pieces and dust from a repair around the house? This is something that could be easily fixed is the management company pays attention to it.

Ok except trying to get the front door open because it was so warped. Two mice scurried from under the tv to the kitchen. The rug is in dire need of a good cleaning. At these prices these shouldn’t be a problem. Other wise it’s fine.

Our experience is mixed. We encountered situations not predictable or controlled by management. Management was very helpful and did their best to help us when we arrived( no power, meaning no heat and a freezing house). 3 story, dark, with kids and baby..not fun. No power til the next day.When leaving we turned in our keys to find out within 10 min. the roads were closed ( asked for the keys back to wait out road opening, a couple of hours.) The manager said it was against policy and would not allow it. We were told it was because cleaning had started but we knew this was not true because no one could get in and we had just left. The manager would not come out to speak with me. I give kudos to the girl running the front desk. She recommended the Athletic Club and they were extremely kind.I do not recommend this property solely because of the manager. I will be bak to Mammoth but will look for a place not associated with this management co.

Definitely a deluxe property! You get get to enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of this spacious townhome...a beautiful orange glow over Lake Crowley and the town of Mammoth Lakes. We really appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the space it offered. It was a great place to relax in after busy days of fishing and hiking. It was thoughtful of the management team to make arrangements for our extra cars. Upon arrival we found the place to be very clean, so it surprised us to find a few dirty dishes/glassware in the cupboards. That would not stop me from recommending this property for a great stay.

Great vacation house. Wonderful experience with Mammoth Sierra Reservations. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The house is large and accommodates 8 adults comfortably within the 4 bedrooms. Upstairs loft area is great for up to 4 kids in the two bunk beds. Would fit 8 adults and 4 children comfortably. We had 10 people and everyone enjoyed the place. Very nice modern kitchen and good size dining room table to eat family dinners. The jacuzzi was great, bathrooms, showers awesome. Access to mountain is great. If you’re willing to hike up a hill you can get on the slopes within 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind you are not walking distance to the bars, village, retail. But very close to Eagle ski runs. Only complaints were you have a very narrow 1 car garage... we put a mini van in there but barely. If it’s snowing, you better enjoy unloading/packing in the snow because the other parking spots are outdoors. Also, the entry way into the house is crammed, they should have built a separate snow room type place. The family room is nice and there is decent seating for everyone. The pictures make it look much larger than it is. You are pretty close to the tv when sitting on the sofa. Last little issue was the beds in two of the rooms. One sagged in the center and another sagged on edges. Overall really enjoyed the stay and the place was cozy and comfortable.

My family greatly enjoyed this rental. The home and kitchen were fully stock with all of the amenities of being at home from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent. Since we visited in July, the only critique was that there was little to no air conditioning in the loft sleeping area, making it hard for the children to sleep. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

I called the property management to get the key code on our 1st night and left a message that the dishwasher was broken, but never heard back. I didn’t follow up as it was a small inconvenience and we were having too much fun to care. I’d recommend Bridges #11 to anyone and hope it’s available next year!!!

Mammoth December Trip
We had such a great time during our 3 night stay here. The living room had a warm fire place which let us enjoy cozy cabin vibes all trip long. The views were amazing especially while enjoying it from the jacuzzi on the balcony. Plenty of room for the entire group!

Overall very nice place to stay for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We had 2 families with all adults and slept comfortably. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast, they had a blender, a crockpot, a rice cooker and tons of pots and pans. The only complaints are that the bottom drawer of the dishwasher was broken so it wouldn't pull out, it still ran ok though. Also, we were provided 2 keys and no garage opener, so to open the garage we had to go from inside to press the button. They had digital keypads on both the front door and garage that we weren't provided the codes to for some reason, so we had to share the 2 keys between everyone staying there which was kind of a pain. Not sure why they couldn't just give us the code to use like most Air Bnbs do these days. No one returned my call when I called guest services to request the code.

The patio furniture was filthy and so was the patio.Another downside to this pet friendly unit, is there is literally no where to conveniently let your dog out to go potty, even on a leash. The hillside next to the house is treacherous, to say the least (I almost fell down) and the nearest place is a 4 minute walk out of the front door. I felt like they should have mentioned that. Also, we have been customers of Mammoth Reservations for years and had no idea they had merged and moved. We were not familiar with the new check in protocol and felt like the office staff was not very helpful.

Best suited to winter rental
Nice size unit for a large family (8). Our trip was in summer and the location didn’t have much in the way of air circulation. We were unable leave the windows open to help with cooling the house as all the screens on the windows were broken The house is located amongst beautiful trees. However, there were a few bee hives in the trees and we had family who was seriously allergic to bee stings. We had a few bees to deal with inside. This won’t be an issue in Winter. There is some street noise as well, if that is a problem for anyone in your group.

Great stay at Mammoth
We are a big group, six adults, three children and one teen, and three dogs! This property works so well for all of us, multi level make sure that everybody could sleep, and when we had a small problem the property managers were right on it.The hot tub with especially fun. One warning, the garage is quite small, and luckily one of our group had a small car. But there’s ample outside parking for two large SUVs.

Next morning, Eveylyn @ Mammoth Sierra Mgmt told us to use BBQ for lunch since no stove/oven. Son of a gun... GRILL CAUGHT ON FIRE!!! Not a little fire — but FULL FLAMES shooting out the side onto the low ceiling wood balcony surrounded by trees. 911 called. Label in kitchen says “Fire Extinguisher under SINK”. NOPE. NO FIRE EXTINGUISHER. Fire Department incident report (#21-0000333) noted “Cause of Ignition —FAILURE TO CLEAN GRILL”. FD cited Bridges Unit #11 for multiple fire code violations. Smoke Alarm—NOT working. CO alarm — NOT working. ILLEGAL BBQ on wood balcony —Violation of Fire Code 308.1.4. One would think that a non-working stove/oven combined with a BBQ grill fire, combined with multiple fire code safety violations would constitute some sympathy and reimbursement of our stay. Not really. Evelyn, the one who said to use the BBQ to cook, told me that no compensation would be made because everyone was “fine” since no one was taken to the hospital by the fire department. Evelyn also said that since the maintenance guy said we all “looked fine” after the fire so “no harm” was done. Only after being shocked by Evelyn’s totally crazy response, did I ask to speak with the General Manager, Sarah. We waited for 2 HOURS before the GM called to check to see how we were doing. (She was in a meeting.) Only after LOTS of negotiation did she allow us to use the next door condo to cook. NEEDLESS TO SAY, if you have other rental options, I would stay away from Sarah and her team as they are awful to deal with.

It was beautiful but not what we expected
First the jacuzzi did not work! Only reason we booked. The details of the rooms didn't say that the BBQ is on the balcony In on of the rooms downstairs, not very convenient to walk so many flights of stairs with food. Overall it was beautiful. Not sure if I'd ever book there again.

I'm getting Married 5/15/21 so I brought me Wedding Party to Mammoth for the weekend as a gift. When we arrived, the house was nice a cozy, It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Well stocked with Dishes, Utensils, Pots and Pans. This place was perfect for my 12 guest. The only 2 issues were that I paid 4200.00 for two Nights because with the Hot Tub this is the best Cabin out of the 20. The first thing that we went to do was to turn on the jacuzzi so that we could get in it after grilling oysters. Unfortunately though the Hot Tub was not working. I was offered a discount but have yet to receive it. The 2nd issue was that someone from the management office came into our cabin around 7am peeping around. When one of my guest confronted her , she indicated that she thought we had checked out. Weird and Creepy ! Being that I paid for 2 nights with check out being at 11am, why would someone be creeping around and entering our cabin before check out. Aside of that the place was absolutely beautiful, we took breathe taking photos and enjoyed lots of fun. Thank you
