Gorgeous place to stay, with fabulous view, we sat outside to eat our breakfast, it was like sitting in Peter Rabbit's garden! Friendly host, great location, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous little apartment which had everything we needed and the views from the windows were to die for, will definitely be staying there again!

First holiday in this country for years was fabulous didn’t want it to end.

Everything you could want was there for breakfast and location was splendid views were really lovely cows at bottom of garden very peaceful and quiet.

nice location in terms of not a busy place, however was close to the beach so was an easy 5-10 min drive

I found the bed slightly hard if I was being super critical. but nothing significant.

If your under 30 or on medication don't stay here.

The location was perfect for us.

Unfortunately our stay was completely ruined on day 2 when we returned from our day out to be interrogated by the owners as to why we felt the need to wash the bedding, baring in mind we just had record temperatures- my partner is also on medication and a side affect is night sweats. We used the washing machine provided and hung the bedding out before we headed out for the day. We arrived back around 9:30/10pm and as we came to our door we were met by the owners. They couldn't believe that we took it apon ourselves to wash our bedding (who wants to sleep in a sweaty bed?! 🤣) The woman made a sarcastic comment about the place better be tidy when we leave so I asked if she would like to inspect it, which she said yes. Much to her surprise the place was spotless, we are nearly 30 years old and felt like teenagers getting a row off their parents. The woman assumed we were having parties/drinking and had trashed the place or something, she said she felt ill all day worrying about her house, to which we said why didn't you just message us and we would have explained. I was left on the phone in tears to family back home, we have NEVER been made to feel like is and definitely will not return. The place could be cleaner, dusty areas/dirty marks and a bag of nails left behind the TV.

Everything! We received a very friendly welcome from Jerry & Sue. Their studio is perfect for a relaxing stay, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need!

We had a lovely stay at the studio, the countryside views from the garden are stunning and Jerry and Sue are welcoming and friendly hosts. The location was ideal for us and it was very easy to get to all the local beaches.

The items left for us to make our breakfast was good. Location was in a small village. Little tricky to find property but was fine.

Everything was wonderful, spotlessly clean, cosy, very comfortable, lovely quiet location, a really relaxing getaway x our hosts were super friendly & welcoming , they really had thought of everything. We can't wait for our next visit x

Excellent holiday apartment, great location and feel rested.

Lovely friendly, welcoming hosts - Jerry and Sue. Great apartment, everything you could possibly need and more, lovely touches, great soft fluffy towels, nice crisp bed linen, very clean and cosy, comfortable sofa, all your breakfast needs generously catered for - cereals, bacon, eggs, real butter, plenty of tea and coffee ( a must for us) we liked the fact that this was all left in the apartment to help yourselves to. Lots of books if you so wished. The apartment is excellently located in Georgeham - pretty little village with two pubs, we ate at both. Great location near to Croyde, Illfracombe and Woolacombe for sea/ surf lovers and great coastal walks. Spacious apartment, great to come back to relax in after a long day out. Lovely, one of the best we have stayed in - there is nothing not to like. Jerry and Sue clearly want their guests to have a good break and have put lots of thought and care into the accommodation and perfect hosts, they give you the information you need, are on hand, but leave you to enjoy your peace and quiet, thankyou for a great stay !

Wonderful Long Weekend

Jerry & Sue are wonderful hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Accommodation is the perfect home from home in a quiet location, great views across the countryside.

Everything. It's a super little place with wonderful hosts, so friendly & helpful. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, nice shower room, fabulous views, fridge full of bacon, eggs, milk etc, everything you could need. Highly recommended, can't wait to go back.

Very friendly hosts in a quiet and relaxing location. Ideal for a long weekend.

The location of the studio was very quiet. Backing onto fields with cattle and sheep it was very relaxing. The small village with two pubs is less than five minutes walk away.

As is typical of this area, the lanes are narrow and there are few passing spaces. Leave the Bentley at home and be prepared to do a bit of reversing to allow the tractor through.

Beautiful cosy house in a tranquil location

Great location with gorgeous views from the garden. Hosts were super friendly and provided everything I needed. Good selection of food provided to make breakfast.

Friendly, relaxing place to stay

Very well furnished and surprisingly spacious apartment, at edge of village. Quiet place to stay and lovely to sit in the garden, overlooking the open fields. Friendly owners, usually around and very helpful with any problems. Well equipped and comfortable, nice place to relax. Really excellent breakfast that more than provided for us for 3 nights. Good value for money.

Need a car to get to most things as it's a bit isolated but we knew that before so wasn't a surprise.

It was spotlessly clean very comfortable and very well equipped. The bed was also really comfy. It was also great to have an outside seating area to be able to enjoy the couple of nice sunsets that there were. Then on top of that the owners Sue & Jerry strike a great balance of being very welcoming and helpful without being in any way intrusive. I will definitely stay there again.
