Piso sucio

La dueña era muy atenta

Que estaba super sucio y no encontramos por ningún sitio el mando le TV, si encendias la luz del cuarto de baño se apagaba la de la habitación. Te pide 10 euros por mascota te dice dejar allí el dinero o hacerle un bizum. Yo preferí hacer un bizum a la dueña y ya me estaba criticando la chica de la limpieza

Desafío con el descanso .

Las vistas y la ubicación.

EL RUIDO INSOPORTABLE CONTINÚO Y LA CALOR ( que obliga tener todas las ventanas abiertas ). El eco de la gente que llena toda la plaza durante la noche entera de fiesta , que a las 6 de la mañana se une con el ruido de las maquinas de limpieza y el personal y acaba con el pitido de los camiones de reparto, golpes de cajas, botellas carretillas ...una orquesta que hace imposible el descanso. Para los amantes del silencio , es un verdadero infierno. Cómo remedio a lo dicho, dejan en el baño una caja con tapones para los oídos.

Perfecto para una noche en León

La ubicación era estupenda para pasar la noche en León. A un paso de todo con un precio muy competitivo. El apartamento tiene algunas carencias, pero nada que no estuviera especificado en la descripción, cómo la falta de ascensor (aunque es un primer piso) o el tema del agua caliente, que puede ser un problema si vas a permanecer allí varios días. Un detallazo la cajita con tapones :)

El sofá cama era bastante incómodo.

DESAGRADABLE APARTAMENTO CÉNTRICO

Ubicación y personal que intentó que estuviéramos cómodos pero desde la distancia poco se consiguió , entendemos que la limpieza no lo gestiona ella.

-Camas sucias y que olían mal - olores fuertes en la cocina y horno - calefacción que a pesar de que la dueña la subía luego se apagaba y entraba el frío , ya que las ventanas son viejas no cierran bien y se filtraba , ese fin de semana. - plato de ducha que nos tuvimos que duchar con bolsas en los pies porque estaba negro el Espero que este comentario sea para mejorar al equipo de limpieza ya que la chica era muy agradable y solo queremos hacer ver que el equipo de limpieza es el 80 % del alojamiento. No ponemos fotos por si esto mejora que no se lleven una percepción que no es

Una pocilga

Una pocilga que no se habia limpiado en años. La calefacción no funcionaba. Al llegar había alguien orinando en el portal. La anfitriona no envió el correo con las instrucciones. Hubo que llamarla en muchas ocasiones durante más de media hora para que diera el código que permitía acceder a la llave.

Aceptable, pero muy ruidoso

La localización es estupenda, muy cerca de todo. Aparcamos en zona blanca a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento tenía lo básico para pasar unos días. Estaba limpio. Las vistas a la plaza son muy bonitas. La chica fue muy simpática, nos mandó un mensaje con muchas recomendaciones para comer.

La insonorización es inexistente. Nos tocó el 2 izquierdo. El apartamento se encuentra en una plaza muy ruidosa, sin importar que sea lunes o jueves. Hay un bar debajo que hasta las 2 AM está con la música y mucha gente y después, sobre las 7:30 AM, pasan los camiones de limpieza, sin olvidar que durante la madrugada no paraba de pasar gente dando voces y risas. Era imposible dormir, pasamos unas noches muy malas. El colchón y la almohada eran muy duros. El sofá era más cómodo. Hay detalles que mejorar del mobiliario.

excellent property, in middle of everything, great locarion.

It was loud for a few hours, as rhe Good Friday procession to the Cathedral was on. It was an enjoyable parade with music etc.

I enjoyed myself. Great area. Host had some good ideas for restaurants.

Loved the location. Cute little pied-a-terre. Only one coffee cup though so I bought 2 and left them for other guests.

Coffee maker was broken and the mount for the shower was broken too. Not a problem for us. We boiled water and used our instant coffee.

If you need temperatures above 10 degrees in all rooms and baths for more one and a half person, don’t rent this property.

Loved the location, and the price. Great value.

Was extremely loud at night. Impossible to sleep with so much partying just outside. Should invest in some sound proofing. Also quite awkward to have to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Bathroom walls/ ceiling have some mold and door was very loud to open. Also one of the comforters was damp and unusable.

Fantastic location

The view from the balcony onto the main square and the location are exceptional! The owners and cleaning personnel are all extremely hospitable and accommodating to their guests. The kitchen is well equipped.

Amazing place in a historic centre

Property was easy to find and spotless. Great access to city centre(literally on your doorstep) amazing view from balcony on Christmas market. Host was really helpful and gave us some tips where to go for drinks and great food. Easy check in-easy check out! Would definitely stay again!

As it is in a very heart of the city you might overhear some music and people at night-but that’s obvious 😁

Fantastic location right on the Plaza Mayor. Unexpectedly we were treated to the Festival Celtica over the two days we stayed. Great music and energy in the Plaza Mayor. Very helpful owner gave us suggestions as to where to get the best tapas, breakfast and drinks! Top class recommendations.

Great location right in Plaza Major. Very spacious apartment and great to have a washing machine and fridge. Nice stay for a couple of nights in Leon.

Could have done with better communication about check in etc. Finish of the apartment could have been nicer. Also given there is a washing machine, it would have been nice to have had a clothes dryer.

Thought it would be a great locations but in retrospect it was too noisy.

Parking the car was easy.

Firstly, collecting the keys from the lock box was a nightmare. The code we were given was incorrect resulting in us phoning the agent and then she gave us the right code. Secondly, the apartment is located directly above a very noisy bar which didn't close till 3.00 a.m. and then the bin companies starting cleaning the area at 6.00 a.m so very little sleep. I was sleeping in the living/kitchen room with a very noisy refrigerator.
