Summer house which the tranquility, the confort, the light, the colors and the panoramic view of the promontory of the cliffs of Nazareth and the sea, makes this apartment as an excelente place for a family or friends holidays.
As our holidays home, the apartment is available with all the needs that we use including the decoration.
Based on the above information, it is important to have a good trust between the parties in order to preserve and respect the House itself, as well as the other inhabitants of the building, especially regarding the noise, for this is the reason we don´t rent to groups of adolescents.
Apartement T3 duplex in a 2nd floor (without elevator), this apartment is very versatile and practical house, with open spaces where natural light and color portray, and where the decor is consistent mainly of Nazaré crafts which are in every corner of the House, especially in the dining room and living room.
The Exterior
- Terrace (40 m2): Decorated in a traditional mode, this is the most desirable part of the house as it provides excellent moments of conviviality and rest. Wind-protected North, South and East, with plenty of sunlight it enables you to quietly sunbathe. If you prefer, the terrace is protected partially to be able to enjoy a nice shade. Has an outdoor table with two long benches, Grill, small basin, hose, 2 lounge chairs, lighting and sound. With these ingredients, the conditions for a relaxing environment are perfect, inviting you to light a candle by night for an enjoyable evening with family and friends.
- Tónhe(Anthony)and Masdé( Mª José): it is essential to introduce this delightful couple, because quite naturally you may meet up with two beautiful seagulls, this couple that was sponsored by us a few years ago surely appreciate some left-overs or pieces of bread.
The Interior
- Living room: Fairly bright area with good window dimension with mirrored glass, 2 seat sofa + chaise longue positioned for a panoramic view of the promontory of the cliffs of Nazareth and the sea. HD flat screen TV with 85 channels. Wi-Fi free. Hi-fi system with the possibility of listening to sound on the terrace. Some CDs are available, mostly Portuguese and Brazilian music. Has DVD player and Air Conditioning.
- Dining room: Decorated with the 'Arts' of Nazaré, offers an excellent view over the cliffs. It has a rectangular table that when fully opened sits 10 people. Fully equipped with all dishes, cutlery and table cloths.
- Kitchen: With window overlooking the terrace, has a counter with 4 high stools, ideal for breakfast or a snack. Fully equipped with ceramic stove, fridge, oven, microwave, Toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Dish-washer, laundry machine, and iron.
- 2 Rooms + Duplex:
1) Orange Room: with bunk bed (adult + teen) + movable mattress on floor level (child) + bed for a child up to the age of 6 years. 2 chests of drawers (view photo).
2) Bordeaux Bedroom: double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
3) Duplex: Open space with double bed under a window where you can wake and view the ocean. A zen area with excellent panoramic view of the cliffs and the sea, with sofa + sofa bed (futon) that allows you to sleep 2 children.
- Bathroom: with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Water heated with solar panel with cylinder 150lt requiring some management of water consumption by users.

My family of four stayed here at the end of August. It was such a great place. The location is in walking distance to the beach. You can walk to the main beach road and take in the energetic nightly life of food, entertainment and people socializing. It’s in walking distance to the funicular. The charm of the apartment is unique. It’s cozy and colorful and the outdoor deck all made our stay in Nazare better. Both hosts were so friendly and hospitable. I wish we would have booked it for longer.

From the moment we were greeted by Vera we felt welcome. The home is one we are going to miss. There was enough space for our whole family inside and the outdoor terrace was a nice hang out space. The kitchen was well equipped and we were lacking nothing. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nazare.

A casa de férias onde me posso sentir em casa
A casa não é uma simples “casa para alugar”, é a casa do Vitó e da Vera que eles rechearam de carinho e toques pessoais de tal forma que nos sentimos em casa, onde tudo o que preciso em casa está disponível.
Foi fenomenal acordar para ver e ouvir o mar da janela do nosso quarto. O espaço para as crianças brincarem salvou-me algumas vezes :). E as recomendações do Vitó para restaurantes tornou a vida mais saborosa!

Joliment décoré et très bien équipé, rien ne manque, les literies sont confortables : on est comme à la maison !

Ideal para férias em família ou com um grupo de amigos. Entre o bom gosto do espaço, a hospitalidade dos proprietários, a localização ou as condições disponibilizadas, é difícil destacar um item. A casa é a comunhão perfeita entre o acolhimento e a energia da Nazaré e a tranquilidade e recolhimento necessários numas férias, no fundo é a extensão da forma como o Vítor e a Vera nos recebem. E assim, fica a vontade de voltar à Nazaré e a este "cantinho amigo" escondido no casario.

A beautiful apartment close to the beach
Once we got to Nazaré we were greeted by Vera and Vitó’s friend Fatima because Vera and Vitó regrettably could not be there to greet us in person. Fatima was so helpful and sweet. We had an instant connection. We already felt a connection with Vera and Vitor, and Fatima took it to the next level. It was like a friend had lent us their beautiful flat to stay while experiencing the area.
It was my wife’s 50th and as a present from Vito’s family they arranged a massage with Fatima who is a professional masseuse. Amazing!!
I have nothing but respect for this family and Fatima. Their home was home as soon as we walked in. Thank you Vera, Vitó and Fatima for everything you did to make our stay so amazing. You have raised the bar to dizzying heights.

Charming & comfortable, close to everything!
We had such a wonderful stay in Vitor & Vera's lovely apartment! It was a perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, pre-teen & teen). Everything was exactly as described: comfortable, cozy, charming, a short stroll to the beach with cabanas, and close to all we needed. Vera met us at the apartment and showed us everything inside and out, including where to find free street parking for our rental car. Vitor's restaurant recommendations were perfect. Thanks also to Vera's friend Fatima, who gave us some excellent sightseeing advice: Our jeep tour with Rui of Naturumm, and a fast boat trip from Peniche to spend the day at Berlengas Island were the highlights of our week! We enjoyed our apartment-mates, the seagull family, who greeted us every morning from the terrace and welcomed a piece of bread (but always kept their distance). The baby bird did wander onto the terrace a couple of times, but we got him back up quickly for a good scolding from his mama. Who knew we would find such a variety of experiences here? We had adventures that we will always remember. Thank you for a restful holiday!

Chers Vera et Vito, un grand merci pour votre accueil dans votre maison sur le bord de la mer! L' appartement est très fonctionnel et conviviable, nous avons adoré nos soupers en famille sur la terrasse et le BBQ. Nazaré est un charmant village et la plage est magnifique. Nous avons eu la chance de rayonner autour et de visiter de très beaux endroits: Alobaça, Batalha, Obidos, Peniche et les îles de Berlenga.

Mi familia y yo pasamos una semana inolvidable.
Vera y Vitor son una pareja encantadora, y estuvieron pendientes de ayudarnos en todo.
La casa es preciosa, con muchisima luz. Perfectamente equipada con todo detalle. Los espacios muy bien distribuidos para la comodidad de la familia. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza con vistas al mar.
La casa está a unos minutos de la playa, a pié. Los dueños nos ayudaron con el aparcamiento. Hay supermercados cerca de la casa, por lo que no es necesario conducir.
Nos aconsejaron muy bien en cuanto a restaurantes y negocios Una comida estupenda!

E o Prémio vai para...Casa do Mar! :)
Como dizia a flor no Principezinho, de Saint-Exupéry, "Só se vê bem com o coração, o essencial é invisível para os olhos"...e encontramos um casal que segue sem dúvida esta máxima, e que nos conheceu e recebeu de coração totalmente aberto! E nós, depois de os conhecermos minimamente ficamos a perceber que teríamos uma estadia fantástica! Fomos 3 adultos e 2 crianças pequenas (2 e 4 anos) e temos a certeza que nenhum outro alojamento nos proporcionaria momentos tão reconfortantes e relaxantes como nos 5 dias que lá estivemos, e nos deixam já tantas saudades. Obrigado Vitor e Vera por partilharem esta casa maravilhosa que nos faz sentir agradavelmente confortáveis, mesmo que lá fora esteja a chover...:)

Beautiful well equiped comfortable apartment
What a wonderful apartment, the beds were very comfortable (an essential for me), there was plenty of seating room, the views were lovely and it was so quick and easy to access the town and beach. My teenage children also really enjoyed the music on the terrace while they sunbathed!

A perfect experience!
Schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein! Vito und Vera sind exzellente Gastgeber. Vera hat uns vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute in der gemütlichen, suberen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, beim Aufzug nach Sito , in den vielen netten kleinen Gassen Nazares oder in der Markthalle. Wir hatten das Glück Vito als Fadosänger zu hören und mit Vito einen wunderbaren Nachmittag und Abend zu verbringen. Vera und Vito, vielen Dank! Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!
A perfect experience! Vito and Vera are excellent hosts and they offer a seldom to find opportunity to spend a special vacation. Vera picked us up at the bus station and we felt at home from the first minute in the cozy, clean and perfectly confected place. It is quiet but at the same time in the center of Nazare and only a few walking minutes from the beach, the elevator to Sito, all the nice small alleys and the market hall. We had the opportunity spending an afternoon and a night with Vito including real Fado and the best Caldeirada de Peixe ever! Vito and Vera thank you for all! We will definitely come back!

Très belle location avec tout l'équipement nécessaire de qualité et une situation idéale qui permet de se passer de la voiture si on le souhaite. Les plus de la location: l'accueil très chaleureux de Vera et de Vitor qui vous donnent les bonnes adresses du coin, la très belle terrasse et la vue sur la mer et le sitio. A refaire !
