A quiet and nice place to stay
Host's were great. A nice welcome basket of goodies and water and milk in fridge was very much appreciated. Facilities suited our needs. Access to streamed entertainment a bonus. Location quiet but with your own transport access to shops beaches, restaurants, other towns, places of interest, golf courses were all within easy 10 - 15 minutes drive. A minor power cut whilst we were there was dealt with very promptly by the hosts and resolved.
Lack of amenities within walking distance as location quite hilly. Nearby woods ensured plenty of mosquitoes, so if you attract them, be prepared. Property (popular and always booked) has some fixtures and fittings that look tired and used - but everything works fine.

A wonderful property with a great hostess
it is a really beautiful property with a lovely pool and super roof terrace. I just wish the I had had the opportunity to use them. the kitchen is well equipped and would be great for cooking if you were staying longer. big American fridge, dishwasher and super eating spaces inside and out. Double settee lounge tv area with everything you need on tv - Netflix / BBC/ITV etc. Lastly a word for the hostess. Lauren is super efficient, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend very heavily

A real stunner
Excellent villa with lots of space, large well equipped kitchen. A great private swimming pool that was big enough to get a decent swim in. Outside pool sitting area has a fridge to keep your drinks cool. This villa has everything you could want for a nice relaxed time. Would go there again if we ever chose to visit this part of Spain again. Rob and Lauren are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble . Villa is a 10 from me but the lack of facilities locally stops it being a perfect score. Sorry about that.
General location not that good. The area suffers from lack of amenities. No shops and no bars. 3km drive to San Miguel for either. Also terrain has steep roads so not very suitable if you have mobility problems. A car or other personal form of transport is essential

Exactly what we wanted
No breakfast included. Location was perfect for golf.
All good, pool, villa rooms and facilities all good.

Great base to see South Costa Blanca
Rob and Lauren were great hosts. They were truly accommodating and friendly. Should we be back in the area we would definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation Thanks from Jon and Jean

Lovely place to spend a vacation
Very nice and clean house. Wonderful big pool. Checkin and checkouttimes flexible as far as future bookings allow. Hosts were very helpful and answered all questions within minutes. Thanks, Rob and Lauren
