Spacious apartment, great location

Property was quite spacious & within easy walking distance to the nearest tram stop.

The bedrooms had no curtains & the blinds were so thin that all the light was coming in & with it being summer, it was difficult to sleep because the room was constantly light.

Fabulous stay, but…

Good size rooms for 5 adults (the apartment could accommodate 6 adults), good location as we had sea view on both sides of the apartment. Good size kitchen, Netflix was amazing, good dishes, mugs and cutlery were available to use. Fabrik apartments is a short walk from the Pleasure Beach which was great. The sea is a two minute walk away, fantastic. Wardrobes had lots of hangers which was great too. Decor around the place was pretty, adds a nice touch.

Satellite TVs didn’t work in the bedrooms. Bins are needed in each bedroom. The bath needs a screen to stop water from going on the floor. No proper “toiletries” were provided - two rooms had a shower gel and one had a conditioner, that’s it. One room was not given a small bath mat towel. One room didn’t have blinds or curtains, just a window - not great when you want to change your clothes. Two storage rooms full of clutter, these need sorting as they smell of old things.

Lovely stay, would book again

The rooms are spacious and mostly clean apart, lovely balcony to relax in the evenings. Easy to check in with codes sent for main and room door on day of arrival. Communication with host was easy

A few spots need attention and a spruce up. there was no cloth or sponge to clean plates and cutlery

Illuminations Holiday

Great location. Apartment was big, had everything we needed. Great value for money. Hosts were very helpful, let us check in a bit earlier when we arrived, which was great. Nice and warm all the time as went during icy weather.

We found the door code locks a bit difficult to begin with, but soon got the hang of it.

great holiday apartment

Really nice apartment will definitely stay there again. Great area nice and quiet but close enough to walk to everything in blackpool. Onsite parking was a nice bonus as well.

Great stay, easy to access, communication with owners was excellent.

The size of the property was vast. The while apartment was comfortable.

The bedrooms without walls was a bit odd, and meant the sitting area couldn't be used without disturbing those sleeping in those beds due to lighting, TV etc. The baking trays could not be used as they were in such a bad condition, but got by using the glass dish.

Overall good stay but some TLC needed

The apartment was in a good location. Plenty of parking available and close to tram stops. The living area was good, with TV, kitchen area and dining table.

Although we enjoyed our stay, the apartment is in need of some TLC. The main bathroom needs to be upgraded, and there was an issue with the drains smelling and the power of the shower was low. Double glazing needs to be addressed too.

Overall a good place wish people didn’t smoke in there

Rooms were big and spacious

Smelled of cigarette from entrance and it’s your asthmatic and have to climb those stairs with that smell you would need your inhaler immediately. Also there was simple things missing like washing liquid overall it was good

Lovely spacious apartment

What a lovely place too stay 2mins away from tram stop ,lovely balcony had breakfast on there both day a very large apartment the only thing which we couldn't grasp was the modern key pads to enter building bring back a key so much easya or it's just our age lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely situated just around the corner from pleasure Beach, very clean and the kids loved the open plan kitchen dinning room living room, great little park over the road with a café and the tram was just over the road aswell nice and easy to access everywhere that we went, we will definitely be staying here again next year.

Good for a couple of days, but far from ‘luxury’ despite the higher end cost

Door code instructions not clear, I was told to ‘keep practicing’ by the host when I rang. Windows dirty, old and draughty. Kitchen and bathrooms dated. View from the rear bedroom window of a mattress, bottles and rubbish

My flat door wouldn't lock so every time I went out I had to leave it open.

Smell coming from 1 of rooms when toilet was flushed & iron burns all on carpets.

Location, space and layout were great

Beds weren't especially comfortable, bathroom was a bit grubby and the carpet to the kitchen had come away and carpet gripper was exposed, caught my foot on it twice

The area was close to local amenities.

It was absolutely freezing when we arrived and the heating wasn't on. Bearing in mind it was one of the coldest days of the year it would have been nice if the owners could have put it on for us. We had trouble getting it to work until I noticed the pressure bar was on zero. This solved the problem but still going off when the pressure dropped throughout the weekend. At this point my little boy was so cold and blankets didn't suffice. (He was really ill and needed antibiotics when we got home.) -The lift wasn't in use, just full of junk and linen. We were on the top floor and I was heavily pregnant. -The blinds didn't fit windows and several were broken, ergo adding to the cold and draughts in the apartment. - The carpet was loose and got stuck under the door leading to hallway from lounge, extremely dangerous. - Broken furniture, marked furniture, burn-marks to carpets, junk in cupboards, shelves missing from fridge, a toilet came away from the floor. - Police banging/breaking down a door in an apartment downstairs and asking us about a stolen bike. - Difficult to enter our apartment with code. - But poor security downstairs, can walk straight in. - Poor lighting in communal areas.

High quality apartment, great location, will definitely visit again

The location for us was perfect, the weather was sunny so made best use of the balcony. The apartment was perfect, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The large bed was very comfy.

The TV signal was weak and the windows could do with a clean on the outside but neither of these affected our stay
