Super Ausblick, nette Gegend, gerne wieder

Perfekter Panoramablick! Nicht weit zum Strand. Gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Umgebung (kl. Supermarkt, Café, Apotheke, Friseur,...). Alles im Apartment was man braucht - bis hin zu Sandspielzeug für die Kleinen

Sauberkeit der Küchengeräte könnte - wie in so vielen anderen Apartments auch - besser sein. Der Weg vom Parkplatz ins Apartment ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der eigentlich gute Samsung Fernseher hat die schlimmste Fernbedienung die ich je benutzen musste

Amazing!!!

The view was magical. It felt like a dream everyday waking up with the sun rising and then watching it set. We were mesmerised, we never even turned the tv on (the view was the tv)

The only thing lacking is a bigger sleeping bed. Both me and mu husband we are tall people and just couldnt get comfortable in the bed.

It was just perfect. 10/10 Would recommend it to anyone!

It was the perfect accommodation for the four of us. The beach was just below us, through a tunnel, also it had a couple small pastry and food stores close by. The kitchen had all we needed, just like at home. (toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc) It was 40 minutes by walk into the city center, but we did it back and forth in one day, even though we had a car. The path runs next to the beach, so it was a perfect scenery for us. The plus for us was that the flat had a closed parking garage for our rental car. Estela and Pablo were great hosts. We have visited a bunch of nearby cities around the area. (Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Elche, Santa Pola and even the Tabarca island) It was a perfect getaway and I would recommend it to everyone to visit the area at least once in their lifetime.

Apartment mit Parkplatz und tollem Ausblick, jedoch weniger Schlafkomfort.

Das Apartment hat eine tolle Aussicht vom 2. Stock des Wohnkomplexes aufs Meer. Des Weiteren befindet sich ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe in einem Parkhaus. Die große Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war sehr bequem.

Die Nachbarn hatten drei Hunde, wodurch es sehr laut war. Man hörte nachts auch die Nachbarn vom oberen Stockwerk. Da das Schlafzimmerbett auch nicht komfortabel war, fand man nicht den besten Schlaf. Auf ein paar Kochutensilien befanden sich noch eingetrocknete Speisereste.

Un apartamento recomendable para pasar unos días de playa en una zona con todos los servicios.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones cerca del mar. Tiene unas bonitas vistas del Mediterráneo y está situado en una zona con muchos servicios (cafeterías, restaurantes, farmacia, tiendas de alimentación...) La playa está a unos minutos caminando. Sales del apartamento y en cinco minutos estás dándote un baño. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y puntuales. Solicitamos un ventilador adicional y nos lo facilitaron enseguida.

Quizás estaría mejor una cama más grande.

Great stay!

Amazing view, great location and a bonus for a private parking space. The apartment has everything you need and is kept in great and clean condition. Communication with the host was smooth. Highly recommended 👌

The sofa bed in the living room was a bit uncomfortable.

Good

The apartment is conveniently located near the seaside. There's a tunnel which links the block of flats directly with the beach so you don't have to cross the busy street. You can also pop out to a cafe or buy groceries, get your bread from the local shops on the ground floor, and a bus stop is just underneath the block. If you're coming with a car, there's a garage where you can park it and it's free of charge.

The apartment is really for two persons only. We came with kids and while they were quite comfortable in the separate bedroom we struggled with the noise from the very busy street underneath (the flat is only on the second floor so you hear every single car). On top of that the sofa in the living room is not really fit for sleeping, it consists of four separate parts or cubes which tend to slide apart.

Estela’s place was comfortable and stylish, and came with everything we needed for a great stay in Alicante. Our host also gave us a very warm welcome and was available for anything we needed. Great stay!

Exceptional Appartement in Alicante

The owner Estella and her husband Pablo were very accommodating when I arrived earlier than check in, they offered to keep my suitcase at concierge who himself was helpful and kind as well they speeded up the cleaning so I don't have to wait long, The apartment itself was very clean, great facilities and location, bright, spacious with an amazing view of the sea I was very comfortable with my stay and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alicante Thank you Estella

View that recharges our battery.

View from living room. Quite location, good for families. City is only 5 mins away by bus. Bus stop is just in front of the apartment. There are 2 supermarkets in the same apartment block. I would recommend, spending some time in the village Villajoyosa. There is an amazing beach. Bars and cafes are a lot cheaper than in the city. We spend one full day in Villajoyosa and that was the best. The villagers are very friendly.

Supermarkets closes at 9 or 10pm. Hot water runs out quickly, I think that's common thing in Alicante as the hot water tank is small.

Everything was nice, we didn't feel like we were missing anything. We had a dedicated parking spot and for 2 nights, it was what we wanted.
