The sitting area is on two levels (lounge and dining room) with romantic fireplace corner and comfortable sofas, overlooking the large porch in the shadow of the large fig tree with enchanting lake view and exclusive scenery on the neighboring Golf Bogliaco.

Erholung pur
Wir (Familie von 5 Personen mit Hund) haben eine wunderschöne, erholsame Woche bei Augusto verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wifi war auch einwandfrei, was man mit Teenagern braucht! Am schönsten war der Garten, der übrigens rundherum eingezäunt war! Wann immer wir im Haus waren, saßen wir auf der Terrasse und haben die Aussicht auf den See genossen! Augusto war ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach wunderbar!
Wir waren Ende September in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es waren für uns super entspannte Tage mit einem herzlichen Blick über den See. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank Augusto! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Spending a few days at Augusto's place should be on everyone's bucket list! I spent a wonderful week in July with my Italian/English/US family - mother, sister and husband, cousin, my teenage sons and my husband - 8 of us. Plenty of space for everyone and with three bathrooms - it was easy.
The view is truly breathtaking and being able to dine al fresco every morning and night with that setting, was truly an Italian dream! It allowed for so much social bonding time over a meal.
The pictures capture the view well but it is even more magical when you are there - the slope of the front lawn hill, the sounds of the cicadas, the smells of the hillside and lake air, watching a thunderstorm approach -magical!
Augusto is a most gracious, friendly and attentive host. The reviews are true! From beginning to end, he was easy to communicate with and genuinely excited to host us. He provided us with so many useful recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to try, bikes and boats to rent and on and on. It just felt good to know we had the support when we needed it.
Three things are worth knowing that were not captured so well on the website:
1. There are more stairs then you think. This was an issue for my elderly mother. The rest of us had no problems. The house is kind of tri-level. Worth knowing if you have an injury or handicap related to walking. It would not be so comfortable - especially access from kitchen to patio.
2. Access to villa is VERY car dependent - and avoid a big van if you can. Roads are narrow and become one lane near the golf course - so lots of nerves hoping no one would be coming the other way -- a fun family adventure most of the time, though!
The thing is, I had imagined that my teenagers might be able to bike into Toscolano-Maderno to meet up with friends everyday - but access was trickier than we thought. Not so much the steep roads (expected that) but some parts were just too narrow and kind of unsafe for tourists like us who don't do this everyday and would need more time to learn best routes and adjust.
3. Kitchen is for one person really - surprising given the size of villa - but the the outdoor kitchen space is lovely and if you are good at BBQ (which we were not) - it becomes a much bigger kitchen!

One phantastic week in October
We had a great week in the wonderful house. Each day start with the breakfast outside with the pantastic view. The Check in and check out was very warm and Augusto is a great coach for nice places arround the house (no tourist guide is necessary 😉). He was very helpful and connected during our stay. Many thanks for these amazing days.

Wir haben zu neunt eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa dei Rosmarini verbracht. Augusto, der Vermieter, hat uns super betreut und alles war bestens organisiert. Für die Kinder war der Tischkicker das Highlight, die mitgebrachten Spiele haben wir erst gar nicht ausgepackt. Die Lage der Villa ist perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub, absolut ruhig und mit grandiosem Blick auf den See.

Grandiose Aussicht!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosmarini sehr genossen. Der Blick auf den Lago di Garda ist atemberaubend schön! Die Villa ist romantisch eingerichtet und bietet mitsamt des großen Gartens einen idealen Rückzugsort für Erholung und gemütliche Abende. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Angefangen von der guten Betreuung von Augusto schon im Vorfeld, über die persönliche Begrüßung mit Tipps und Hilfsangeboten, bis hin zur Verabschiedung. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Der Blick auf den See spricht für sich. Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Viel Ruhe und gutes Wetter haben uns Erholung geschenkt, die den oft hektischen Alltag vergessen lässt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Villa met fantastisch uitzicht op het Garda meer
De ligging en de mooie tuin met het prachtige uitzicht op het meer maken dit een heerlijke plek. De villa heeft een ruime ( op 2 niveaus) woonkamer, die goed is ingericht.
De keuken is klein, maar voorzien van een afwasmachine.
De masterbedroom ligt op de vide, staat dus in open verbinding met de woonkamer. Verder zijn er nog een slaapkamer en een aantal slaapplekken in een apart aangebouwd huisje. De bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. De 3 badkamers zijn adequaat, maar kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
Samenvattend : de locatie maakt dit huis speciaal.

Super Haus in guter Lage
Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden und Augusto, der Hausbesitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden nett empfangen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus liegt zwar recht hoch und die Straßen dahin sind sehr schmal, jedoch ist die Lage gut. Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber. Mit dem Auto ist alles zu erreichen und das Haus bietet genug Platz für größere Gruppen (8-9 Personen). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ideal vacation rental with once -in-a-lifetime views and an outstanding host
My wife and I and our two adult daughters and their husbands spent a week in Roina on Lake Garda this month (July 2017). We has a spectacular time. As you can see, the views from the patio are amazing. We really enjoyed spending our breakfasts and dinners with this view. The kitchen was fully equipped for both cooking and eating. The house was conveniently located to many sites around the Lake. It is convenient to several small, picturesque towns on the lake as well as convenient to great hiking.
Our host, Augusto was amazing. He gave us many ideas for things to do in the area. Augusto also went above and beyond and took us out on the lake in his boat. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Most Americans, when they visit Italy, go to Rome, Florence and Venice, all great places, but I encourage you/us to visit other areas of Italy. Visiting Lake Garda was a lot of fun and showed us another sliver of Italy.
And you can't go wrong with Augusto. He is very honest, reliable and a generous host. We had a great time and you will too.

Villa with a great location and an amazing view
The Villa sits at a beautiful location at a hill side with an amazing view over Lake garda. The road to the villa while narrow was were drivable even with our full sized van.
Augusto, the owner, was a very friendly and professional and made a us feel very welcome. The villa was clean well maintained and furnished with taste.

Augusto made it the best garda stay we ever had!
First of all, the view is incredible! Being a bit further away from the lake (within 10 minute drive by car) you get enjoy a completely different view on lake Garda. The owner has furnished the house with a lot of love and taste for detail and therefore created an atmosphere with a lot of charm and harmony! Augusto take really good care of us and fulfilled all our wishes and even surprised us with little gifts! Having met lots of landlords / agents, Augusto is by far the friendliest and welcoming one. He made us feel at home within minutes!
