Empfehlungswert

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl es zentral gelegen ist war es sehr ruhig. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen.Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war perfekt für diese heissen Tagen. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war ok. Leider war das Restaurant etwas zu warm und somit auch der Käse ( war am schwitzen) und die Butter flüssig.

Hôtel à éviter pour plusieurs raisons. Lit inconfortable, nous étions chambre 5, pas de lit 2 places mais 2 lit jumeaux qui étaient collés avec des couettes une place. Pensez à la réserver votre place de parking car il n y a que 3 places dans la cour. Et le propriétaire doit être là pour vous ouvrir. Il n est pas tout le temps dans l établissement. Il vous dira pas de problème garez vous dans la rue devant car il connaît la police, et j ai gagné une contravention de 10euros, et j ai demandé un refund qu il a fait. Je viens de m apercevoir qu il a déclare à booking que je n étais pas présent dans l établissement, je suis en contact avec booking pour comprendre le problème personne de booking m'a contacté.

I would not choose it again. Room was good. But all other was bad.

Good Location. Correct room and bathroom.

Terrible breakfast: - cheapest undrinkable "orange juice" - terrible and cold coffe - eggs dried out at 7:30 also at 9:00 at the moorning. - cereals were so bad quality - lack of selection There is no reception, I had to call the local nmbr of the Hotel for assistants. The WiFi was not working, There was no change of towels, even If I left it on the floor. The breakfast area was dirty and messy.

hotel je res v središču mesta, 200m stran od avenije, kjer se ljudje sprehajajo in je veliko lokalov, brezplačno parkirišče, lastnik nam je tudi povedal, kam naj gremo jest in res je bila hrana odlična in zraven hotela. Zajtrk odličen in v prelepi kleti hotela. Res priporočan nastanitev

Чистый номер, хороший ремонт, были все принадлежности.

Забронировали номер с парковочным местом, по приезду места не было, так как номеров больше, чем парковок. Хозяин предложил нам парковать машину на улице, на что мой супруг однозначно сказал нет, во-первых мы искали отель с парковкой, во-вторых, мы не хотим напрягаться все ли в порядке с машиной, в-третьих, ещё думать про отплату паркинга, чтобы не выписали штраф 🤦🏼‍♀️ Окей, место как-то нашли, но выехать машиной вечером ты не можешь после 21:00, так как главные ворота закрываются. Мы бронировали один номер, без мансарды, по факту приезда был с мансардой, потому что каким-то образом забронировали и мы и ещё кто-то одновременно один номер и рандомно им достался. Ну это все такое, самое интересное это был завтрак. Окей фотография на сайте, им верить нельзя, ну вот в описании: «очень хороший завтрак» и правда подкупил. Когда мы пришли утром, мы увидели мюсли, сок, молоко и пару фруктов.😕 На что мы с мужем сказали из этого мы ничего не едим и нам приготовили яичницу, спасибо и на этом. Кофе пить невозможно, он приготовленный в чайнике был, но эспрессо, ни капучино - ничего такого. А ещё, если возникают какие-то вопросы - никого на месте нет и нужно звонить и ждать пока приедут. Да центр, да чисто и комфортно, но есть много недоработок. Уж мы по Новому Саду и не только, много где были и есть с чем сравнить, и это не самый лучший вариант, больше никаких экспериментов и будем останавливаться в нашем фаворите.

Hotel perfetto letteralmente al centro di novi sad a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus e del treno. Colazione buona e camere nuove e pulite. Consigliatissimo

Διανυκτέρευση μιας μέρας, 4μελη οικογένεια, πηγαίνοντας για Βουδαπέστη...Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, με ζεστό νερό, ζεστός ο χώρος, Γενάρη μήνα. Το πρωινό πληρέστατο !!! Ευγένεια, χαμόγελο, προθυμία...και κυριολεκτικά 1λεπτο με τα πόδια όλα, ο καθεδρικός Ναός,το δημαρχείο το κέντρο της πόλης!! Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση,φοβερή επιλογή!! Σας το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Το Νόβισαντ υπεροχοοοοοο επίσης... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!! Σας περιμένουμε στα Τρίκαλα!!!

Excellent stay in beautiful Novi Sad

Nice place to stay in Novi Sad, excellent location just few minutes away from the town centre, rooms are huge and clean, warm and quiet. Parking was also included in the price. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very polite and helpful. Worth the money we have paid.

It was no slippers in the room, I forgot to bring mine, so, I had to buy.

Locația în centru, parcare în curtea interioara, camera mare curata și călduroasă, lumina naturala.

Mic dejun același în fiecare dimineață. Recomand un expressor de cafea și un termos cu lapte cald pentru cereale la copii.

Zaradi izjemne lokacije še vedno priporočam obisk.

Lokacija je v samem centru in blizu vseh znamenitosti. Hotel bi lahko bil simpatičen, vendar se bo potrebno še potruditi. Zajtrk je bil korekten.

Hotel težko najdeš zaradi gradbišča pred njim. Drugi dan sobe niso pospravili. Cena je bila skoraj 20 € višja kot je bila navedena v rezervaciji.

Hotel ist sehr gut , aber Personal waren nicht korrekt.

Die Lage war sehr gut ,und das Zimmer war sauber . Frühstück war nicht ausreichend . Die Eier waren Eis kalt, wahrscheinlich aus Kühlschrank raus geholt .

Uns wurde bei der Reservierung ein Parkplatz zugesichert. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns aber ein öffentlicher Parkplatz gezeigt, obwohl ein Hof existiert. Dort war auch genügend. Nachdem wir auf unserem reservierten Parplatz bestanden, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese Plätze nur für mehrtägige Gäste bestimmt sind. Sowas hören wir das erste Mal.

Location is more than great, room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived. Other guests had been already waiting before our arrival to check-in. We hadn't receive breakfast and again, no personnel showed up in the hotel during the morning hours. Other people were waiting for receiving breakfast too, so at 09.00 o'clock I called the owner who informed me that the person responsible for breakfast has some family issues. Half an hour after my call, got a message of apology via booking from the owner. Can't really rate such a situation, I mean, you take the money but don't make the slightest effort to compensate the client or at least to inform him in time.

Great location. Large spacious clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff providing a map and restaurant recommendations. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent value for money.Totally recommend.

Our room next to the reception could be a bit noisy if people are speaking loudly.

Very friendly. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Great aircon (necessary as rooms are under the eaves and hot otherwise). Great location in the centre (if a little tricky to find due to roadworks).

WiFi a little intermittent, maybe linked to the power issue when I checked in. Bed a little hard for me. A bit pricey for Serbia.

Good location, comfortable and large room, friendly staff

Even though the location is very central, it is a very silent place. Almost no street noise. The courtyard where the entrance of the building is located offers restaurants and bars on the other half of the area. We stayed as 4 friends in one room. Our room and bathroom were tidy. Towels, linens were very clean. There’s a little kitchenette inside the room, equipped with a washbasin, mini fridge and a portable stove. Water pressure in the shower is good. AC is very silent and cooling quickly. Black-out curtains are very useful for such a lightful room. In overall, it was a very comfy stay for us. Staff was very friendly, always helpful and responsive. If we visit beautiful Novi Sad again, certainly we will stay in Hotel Arhiv.

There’s only one key for the room which is very inconvenient for 4-people staying in the same room. There should be extra keys provided. Toilet seat squeaks every time it is used, I think a little bit of strengthening on the concealed structure is needed.
