Room ok, bad breakfast, no TV channels, slow internet.

Room was clean and beds are new. Good TV but not usable, mini Safe.

For a family of four we had only 1 double and one single bed. We stood 3 nights and it was booked for four people, so we should have gotten the appropriate beds. There were 3 towels, for the 4th we needed to pay extra. Same for the breakfast, we had 3 free the 4th we needed to pay 180 pesos for a miserable breakfast. Breakfast is really not that what you expect from German Ownership. The worst thing was that there was no channels on TV neither online TV, just 2 local channels 1 baseball and one Phil news. They said they were not able to fix it in 3 days!!!!!!!

Voor singles of stelletjes is het ok

Het is een goede locatie dichtbij haven en Ayala en Robinson’s galleria malls

Kwaliteit gaat achteruit. In 2019 was het nog fijne accommodatie

we waren na een reis van 48 uur te moe om te verhuizen.

goed en snel internet, We hebben 2 dagen gezocht wat er in dit hotel luxe zou kunnen zijn.

Een afgetakeld bedrijf, aankomst tussen 7 en 8 aangemeld en bevestigd, de receptie was onbezet bij aankomst om 19.45, iedereen kon in en uit , binnen gingen hoofdzakelijk "dames" die daar waarschijnlijk "werkten " Om 20.15 kwam dan iemand opdagen. TV op de kamer werkte niet, koelkast op de kamer werkte niet, geen wc borstel in de badkamer. We hebben 2 dagen gezocht wat er in dit hotel luxe zou kunnen zijn.

Empfehlenswert für die Übernachtung

Sehr gutes Bett. Ruhige Lage trotz grosser Strasse vor der Tür. Nettes Personal. Gutes einfaches Frühstück.

Da ist nichts erwähnenswert.

Auf die Bemerkung, dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert erhielt ich als Antwort, dass ich ja WLAN hatte und YouTube schauen könne. Am Abreisetag 10 Minuten früher zu frühstücken war nicht möglich. Tischdecken im Frühstücksraum dreckig. Nur 4 Gerichte zum Frühstück zur Auswahl. Und jeden Tag das selbe Angebot. Handtücher und Bettwäsche zum großen Teil sehr alt, teils mit Flecken und grau. Warmwasser nicht am ganzen Tag.

Good cheap hotel, comfy stay and friendly.

Lots around if like malls, food. Breakfast was ok. Friendly book in and answered questions. Room quiet despite facing main road. Easy to get to.

Told breakfast was 0700 but actually was 0730 that day, so lost 30 mins sleep. Otherwise it’s fine.

Es gibt nichts was man erwähnen könnte.

Meine Feststellung, dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert würde damit beantwortet, dass ich über WLAN Youtube schauen kann. Am Abreisetag 10 Minuten früher frühstücken war nicht möglich. Zum Frühstück nur 4 Gerichte und jeden Tag die selben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher teils mit Flecken versehen.

Absolut nichts

Wir haben das gebucht weil wir dachten uns erwartet hier deutscher Standard. Falsch gedacht. Das Hotel ist bisschen heruntergekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft hat es geregnet und es gab kein warmes Wasser. Als wir danach gefragt haben wurde uns erklärt dass es warum Wasser nur bei Sonnenschein gibt. Das Frühstück kann man sich wirklich sparen, man bekommt nur 2 Scheiben toastbrot und bissl Eierspeise. 1 Tasse Kaffee kann man sich mit Pulver selber zusammenrühren. Zu Fuß kann man von der Unterkunft glaub ich nirgends hingehen. Zumindest hab ich die Dame an der Rezeption nach einem Supermarkt gefragt und sie hat gemeint ich muss den Bus nehmen. In der Unterkunft gibt es zumindest Wasser und Bier zu kaufen.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstück ist inclusive und hat eine gute Auswahl. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen , denn

Es war wie immer ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, zentrale Lage.

Eigentlich nichts, außer ein möglicherweise Missverständnis mit einem neuen Mitarbeiter, was aber relativ schnell durch andere Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gelöst wurde.

Wow. What a pleasant surprise.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Big, clean, well-appointed room, comfortable bed, good WiFi. Lovely bathroom. Adequate breakfast with several choices Excellent for my one night stay. And taxi from the port or to the bus station is about 200 pesos. Not too expensive.

It's a little distant from eating places. But for a one night stay or if you have transport it's not a problem.

If you are doing a quick Cebu overnight, this is a good value for the money :)

Good value for the $$. Very basic but comfortable room. Aircon worked ok. Not touristy area. Walking distance to local market area. Great massage place down the street!

Breakfast is very basic.

Near to the piers, easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel. Good for one night to take the ferry next day.

Nothing nearby, no restaurants, no supermarket. Worst breakfast I had for a long time. Not that it tasted bad but it was very small and basic, just plain rice and eggs and juice or(!) coffee.

A place to stay.

I'm a Belgian in the Philippines. Frankfurter is a German-Pilipino hotel with a touch of class. I've been here for 2 months, and it's the cleanest hotel I've known in this country and the best in his category and over. Sweet staff will serve you a good breakfast and help you when needed. Turn right when goin' out and walk 100 yards until the intersection: on your right where the Jeepney to Colon stops you'll find a very good eatery to have lunch and dinner.

Great deal to saty in Cebu City

the Hotel (better to say guesthouse) is simple but clean and safe and is in a strategical location. You can reach the main highlights and down town Cebu city by food and the big malls by taxi for around 100 PHP. They serve a nice breakfast in philippine style (rice).

The Hotel serves only breakfast, no lunch or diner. But that is not a big issue because there are many alternatives around to get some food. So no reason to worry. Make also sure you organize some water or soft drinks because the hotel don`t provide beverages.

Irreproachable.

From Jean (John), Belgian citizen in the Philippines. The cleanest hotel I have seen so far in the Philippines, being around for a year. It's also modern, safe, and very correctly equipped particularly the king size bedrooms. Good breakfast, coffee, water cold and hot night and day. The staff is cool.

We were here twice during our holiday. For the first time we were accomodated on the side fancing the road. It was too noisy and we couldn't sleep all night. For the second time, at the end of our trip we had room on the other side of the hotel (closer to school) at it was so much better. If you can, choose the other side. Clean room, nice breakfast.
