Gutes City-Hotel

Die Lage ist topp, man ist in 3min in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, aber sauber und völlig ok. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die elektrische Jalousie vor den Fenstern ist sehr gut - aber man muss sie erst mal finden.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Im Bad ist es schwierig sich am Waschbeckenspiegel zu schminken (kein Kosmetikspiegel, kein Spiegel im Zimmer) und eine individuelle Nachttischleuchte gab es nur an einem Bett. Parken ist schwierig für Nicht-Schweizer, die Mitarbeiterin war sehr bemüht und wir haben letztendlich in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus gegenüber zu moderaten Preisen geparkt.

Rascher CheckIn, nahe beim Bahnhof, Badezimmer mit Seifen gut ausgestattet, ruhige Gegend

Sehr unpersönlich, wenig Charme, Bett und Bettwäsche nicht angenehm (Bett war sehr laut bei Bewegung und Bettwäsche mit hohem Polyesteranteil), TV hat nicht dunktioniert.Zimmer sehr kahl.

Was soll ich sagen...

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nahe am Bahnhof und zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Die sichtbare Sauberkeit war gut. Das Zimmer ist mit dem Nötigsten aber modern ausgestattet. Für ein Einzelzimmer sind die Platzverhältnisse besser als erwartet.

Das Checkin war mässig freundlich, das Checkout dagegen wieder freundlich. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Auf Nachfragen erklärte man mir, dass alle Fernseher in allen Zimmern defekt seien und dies in den nächsten Tagen behoben werde. Im Zimmer war ein Zettel am Schrank angebracht, mit der Information, dass die Zimmer aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen nicht mehr jeden Tag gereinigt werden. Leider steht davon nichts auf der Website oder bei Booking.com. Ein Detail: Vom Bett aus kann das Licht im Zimmer nicht bedient werden. Man muss also immer wieder aufstehen, um das Licht von der Eingangstüre aus zu bedienen. Zusammenfassend: Für eine Nacht ok. Für mehrere Nächte würde ich eine Alternative suchen.

Zimmer wenig gepflegt, Fernseher ging nicht, WC-Deckel abgefallen, nicht wieder montiert, Kleiderbügel für Schrank nur auf Wunsch bei Reception erhältlich

Sehr fairer Preis für die gute Lage. Moderne Einrichtung und grosses Badezimmer.

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Zudem fehlt meiner Meinung nach ein kleiner Kühlschrank/Mini-Bar.

Wouldn’t book again

The room could actually be good. It was just dirty and almost fell apart. But if that can be fixed its a good room.

The doorhandle fell off, there was a little bit of mold in the shower, the sink was leaking and the drain in the shower didn’t work properly so the water couldn’t drain. Breakfast was very disappointing, the coffee machine showed on the display: “please clean”, the table was dirty, the bread was old, salami was old and didn’t look good anymore. Even though the breakfast was cheap it was compared to what you get still too expensive.

Not what it looks like.

I liked that the design of the furniture and the room only which was modern and minimalist. Although it was not as cozy or comfy as expected.

the feeling I got when I found the place. It was a cold hotel entrance, nothing like a cozy hotel. It was the same price or more expensive even than the Plaza Hotel in Winterthur and it was like entering an old and cold place. Really not nice the feeling. The corridors were also creepy. It felt worse than entering a Motel. The pictures look like a cozy and cute place and I was sincerely disappointed. I am happy though that the person in the reception was an outstanding lady, very friendly and helpful. Also the bed was made of springs or sth like this, not the best comfortable experience and the bed had the duvet folded on top, not even well put as a normal bed... really not welcoming. Will never repeat.

Lage super, 1x genügt.

Lage super, Zimmer gegen den Innenhof sehr ruhig.

Zimmer viel zu warm, ca. 30 Grad nicht regulierbar, TV war defekt, niemand konnte helfen. Erst am nächsten Tag bekam ich anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer. Frühstück sehr bescheiden billige Produkte.

Clean rooms, well maintained place.

The reception closes by 21:00, they have checked us in and dropped the keys in the box, however they have missed check in in for the third room. We have arrived at midnight and were trying to reach the hotline number with no response! We were lucky enough to see the owner of the building leaving by that time and tried to call his staff to help us out!

Vewry good location. Breakfast was good also!

Room has strange curtain style. Only 2 ribbons that didnt cover whole window. You cannot sleep in dark.
