Relaxing and positive experience.

Staff was awesome ! From reception who was great and friendly - as were all front desk employees . Dinging room manager was exceptional!

Pool was a little blah - but kids swam anyway . Fencing looked like temporary construction site fencing - just not a super appealing area . Kids didn’t care 😊

Good accommodations for business or pleasure when in Waco

The staff was very professional and responsive to any needs that we had. The property was well kept and we found the location to be very convenient

Stayed for a night that was 1/2 way for a long drive. Perfect for great sleep & dinner.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants. Room was clean, updated and comfortable!

All and all it was a pleasant stay. Might do it again.

The attention to detail. From the embossed wallpaper to the frameless shower door. very nice!

Although I requested a “lake view” room, it was positioned directly above the hvac which took away from the peaceful view I was looking for. The bed could’ve been more comfortable for the price.

This location did not offer a government rate at my time pf travel even though Hilton usually has a government rate and that is why I usually stay with them when traveling for work

Nice place to stay in Waco, but you will over pay if there is an event.

Nice modern facility. Very clean, staff pleasant.

The price! First night room was 160 that same room the second night ( Baylor Parent's weekend) it was 400. That is excessive mark up. Also room was dark, hallway bulb was out, but also only lamps.

Pleasant venue and close to highway.

Late night return from outing and kitchen was still open. Food (cheese flatbread) was great and bartender was friendly and outgoing. House wine was also nice. The breakfast was serviceable and the variety was good. Frond desk personnel were helpful and outgoing both checking in and checking out.

rooms were a floor apart but may be couldn't be helped since we only had 2 days notice before arriving. the coffee maker was very small, and you couldn't heat up the disposable cup coffee in the microwave.

might as well have been sleeping on a slab. The bed was super uncomfortable and did not allow me to get any sort of rest during the night.

We stay here everytime we come to Waco to visit family. Its always nice, clean and comfortable

Location was great. Rooms were nice, clean and smelled good. Beds were very comfortable.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect!

The lady that checked us in was so welcoming and nice, she made sure all 3 of our rooms were together and I appreciated that so much! I really felt at home because she was so nice and helped me feel at ease with anything that I needed!

I had no complaints.

A good place to stay

The staff here are very friendly and professional. The amenities were not as described. No spa here. I would expect to have this for a $200 a night room.
