Great Location, Friendly Staff food at the onsite restaurant was excellent!!!

The Hotel's location was in great proximity to my conference, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Upsetting. Disapointing

The view.

Didnt have the room i booked . Pool was closed for the 4th of july for mainteins. Toliet seat was loose moving all over the place. People next to me had dogs which were loud

Couldn’t wait to leave this hotel on Sunday. Pictures are very deceiving on website.

Pool wasn’t working , bathrooms too small, cracked wallpaper, flat pillows, dirt in room, lack of linen service, parking, hidden $100.00 room deposit at check in when room was paid for in advance.

Didn't get the room I booked for our anniversary!

Close location to our plans.

Where do I start? Booked a king room and when I checked in I was told they were out of king rooms and only had 2 queens. And there was nothing they could do. Elevator got stuck in the evening. Only ice machine that worked was in the lobby and we were on the 7th floor. The next morning there was ZERO hot water to take showers!! All in all was a terrible experience!!

It was okay.

The pillows were nice.

The original room that we had was not clean when we arrived. There was crumbs in the bed, the tvs did not work, and there was makeup smeared all in the bathroom. There was also an unsafe smell coming from them redoing the pool.

The pool water was dirty. We all got an infection after being in it for just 1 evening and ended up at the Dr for antibiotics.

The location was good. It is very close to good restaurants and a couple of local bars.

For the price the hotel didn't meet our standards. The room was very dark. tons of non-working light switches with one working light. That part of the hotel was very outdated and smelled like it. The included breakfast was terrible

I absolutely loved the bed. I would like to know what brand of mattress that is so that I can purchase one!

It didn't seem like the restaurant was open. Would have loved more concession options and maybe a Starbucks in the hotel.

Upset about the accommodations and being overcharged for a room we didn’t get.

We arrived and the computers were down. We booked a king with a pullout and were told they didn’t have any so my teen daughter had to share a bed with my husband and I. Due to them overbooking the hotel they couldn’t help us.

Check-in was a fiasco. Had two guaranteed rooms but some knucklehead screwed up one of them and you were fully booked. Lobby loaded with folks wanting to check in and hotel had only one clerk at the front desk, and that clerk bordered on inefficient

It was incredibly smelly throughout the hallways and there were stains in the bedding. Trash all along the corridor floors and dirty , wet swimming pool towels to walk over to get anywhere. Called the front desk to get a blanket for the pull out sofa three times, but no one answered .

Do not recommend this hotel - it was dirty down to the room that was t cleaned properly to the lobby and the pool area that had loads of wet used towels and empty pizza boxes lying around for 12+ hours. The staff was apathetic and unresponsive when we called about noise on our floor. There is also no close parking on the property- so be aware.
