Terrible Experience Overall - Would Never Go Back

Nothing. Staff and facilities were terrible. Except one nice younger white guy at the front desk.

Pool wasn’t clean. Housekeepers were rude and didn’t clean at all. Roaches in the rooms. Property needs to be updated very much. Crappy breakfast options. Terrible place to stay. Don’t waste your money.

Horrifying

The experience left little to be desired. We changed 3 rooms before settling on one as there were no other options available. All nearby hotels were booked. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, roach infestations , light not working, internet not connecting, bathroom area was stink looking and elevator was filthy to name a few issues. In being assigned the other rooms, we were sent to ones that were already occupied. Additionally, both persons who occupied the room were charged for the cost of the room When we tried talking with the office clerk and the manager they were totally RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to the point where we were literally chased out by the manager who cussed us and spoke in a very loud tone in the company of other guest. He also told us if we wanted a refund we must file a claim with our credit card company to claim fraud… these were his exact words. We were refused a receipt for the 2 payment made out from the other room guest credit card.

Péssima localização, longe de tudo. Prédio velho, atendentes de muita má vontade. Quarto minúsculo, com carpete imundo ,fedorento. Roupas de cama e banho encardidas. Banheiro sujo, vaso sanitário com problemas, sem reposição de material de higiene Reservei um quarto para 5 pessoas, mas só haviam duas camas pequenas de casal. O atendente nos passou que aceitavam 5 pessoas, mas só tinham quartos como o que reservamos, enfim , aceitavam 5 pessoas no quarto, mas não tinham com acomodá-las. Tive que improvisar. Café da manhã horrível . O Booking não deveria oferecer aos seus clientes este hotel. Simplesmente lamentável o ocorrido. Me senti profundamente enganado

Pool needs to be clean more, the renking stench from urine and the smoking area need to go to back

Our room had roaches crawling on the wall. The t.v. wasn’t working the entire 3 nights. We could hear other guest from our room, as the walls were very shallow. Also, the carpet on the stairway is dirty & it smells how it looks.

What was expected for a one night stay!

The Staff was friendly and helpful, The Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast options was not the best. The furniture needs to be replaced.

Property seems to be undergoing some upgrades to the rooms. Its not 5 star, but it was worth the price. I always enjoy my stay. The breakfast was sufficient and good grab and go.

Back entry doors didn't work with room key and sometimes the room key took very long to open the room doors.

Disappointed and after try to canceled my next stay at the front desk they tell me I couldn't

The breakfast was ok but limited, I needed scramble eggs and they only have boiled eggs

The furniture was broken and room smelled bad and the AC broke down and couldn't get any heat on Jan 14-15. I was cold and was disappointed all night. I was very disappointed and canceled my next stay

Close to relatives

They checked us in rooms with mold on bathroom ceiling and walls. We was told by front desk that they were coming up to look at it no one ever did. We eventually got another room still some mold stain on bath cloths, comforter had us itching even after spraying Lysol everywhere. Housekeeper didn’t understand English or anything we were saying and asking for.
