Gostei muito do café da manhã com várias opções de café quente. O hotel ofereceu ótimas acomodações. Funcionários cordiais e prestativos. A localização do hotel atendeu minhas expectativas.

Dificuldade em estacionar o carro devido obras na área do estacionamento. O café da manhã estava com pouca variedade. Poucos funcionários disponíveis.

Located in doral close to all location I needed to attend.

When we got into our room the bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned very well. Later that night we went downstairs to get the rest of the stuff in our car and when we got back to the room the key cards wernt working had to go back down to reception so they can fix it. Lady was very nice in helping us so that was pretty quick we were able to get back in but that door was hard to open I thought my stuff was going to stay stuck in that room

Nice and Spaciouse room, nice "Dove" products in the bathroom.

No manager on site to attend to complaints, the firsy day of stay, the airco did no work and there was not one to attend to the complaints.

Rooms are big,check-in was easy it was clean it is good value for the money

the pillow bags are really dirty and smell bad, the sheets are dirty too, ahh very bad experience I did 2 nights without sleeping, the conditions are so bad

The parking lot and how often they change sheets and towels and wash cloth. Also, I didn't like how the tub looked.
