So disappointed...

Location was fantastic.

Was not super clean. No decor in the rooms so they were very stark. Window sills were chipped, no soap provided, vents were dirty, stain on the comforter, had to wash glasses prior to using, and the blind to block light out was missing. Not at all like photos. Poor communication. Asked questions via the email and phone prior to check in and never received a response. Asked questions and for assistance at the desk and they told us to call management, who didn't respond, and employees made no effort to assist. Was told we would have a city view and that didn't happen. No information on the area was provided. Usually, booking.com does not steer us wrong, but this was a disappointing stay.

Good value and will continue to stay there for my travels.

Clean, comfortable and luxurious.

Lighting was a little confusing to figure out. There was a water bottle jammed in the icemaker that I had to fix myself. Some of the bath linens were stained. They were long hairs left in the bathroom in various places.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit tollen Bad und riesiger Küche. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr nett. Parkhaus vorhanden.

ロケーションがよく、スタッフの対応も良かった。部屋は広く、清潔で快適でした。一通りのキッチン用品も洗濯機、乾燥機も付いているので長期滞在にいいと思います。また、屋上にバスケットボールコート、バルコニーがあり景色を楽しむことができた。卓球、ビリヤードなどもある公共スペースもかなり広くて快適でした。ジムも広くて本格的です。

ベッドのマットレスが柔らかすぎたため、睡眠が不満足でした。ソファベッドも寝返りするたびにスプリングの音がきになるので、結局ソファのままで寝ました。あと、シャワーしかないので、バスタブにつかることができないので残念だった。

Okay

Dolores working front desk was extremely rude. When trying to communicate with her she was on her AirPods the whole time and would cut into conversation with person on AirPods between me retrieving the keys.

Great accommodations, a hidden gem.

The location ! The space was roomy, and had everything you could possibly need.

Bed wasn’t comfy at all. Neither was the sofa.

Nice big place, rude staff.

Very poor, rude, entitled, obnoxious, wise guy, customer service. At Hilton or most other hotels, I'll call and ask for an extension, I'd be told a simple yes or no, not berated with attitudes "your really calling a minute before? Really?", when I called for room service "we dont have room service for nightly guests, only long term rentals once a week". I countered, "what if I pay?" , then they said, "did you hear what i said? That would be a no... come on....i think your smarter than that" I replied, "okay thank you". We hung up and I got a call a few minutes later "sir we can offer room service at this rate".... The place was nice but the people hate their jobs and need to change

Beautiful room, facilities, and location! Staff could be better.

it was very modern and nicely decorated. the facilities like the rooftop were beautiful. great restaurants and night life right around the hotel.

we had 1 very unfriendly staff working the desk our first night, overall a nasty attitude towards me when i asked a question. the toilet seat lid was not properly on and fell off when used, when we told staff about it nothing was done to fix it.

The view was amazing. The social areas were fantastic. The extra large shower was very nice. Nice atmosphere.

For extended stays, room service for food would be nice. We liked everything. Parking should be included in price.

Clean hotel but thin walls and party atmosphere

Basketball court is cool

Party hotel for sure, they act like they’re strict but the whole place is one big party house. Never seen anything like it

Very nice minor inconveniences

Nice view , very nice apartment clean for the most part (not sure about one of the comforters)

Heat didn’t work .. heat was blowing out cold air security came to check it but was not able to resolve.. it was freezing all night Tv I’m the. Bed room did not work couldn’t even cast to the tv from my phone Parking garage super small n out dated , nowhere to park Bedroom comforter was a tad bit off color glad I brought blankets
