Spacious rooms and nicely decorated

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The location was good and the staff friendly.

There was no ocean view from my room, the beach was a bit of a hike.

Don’t stay here

The staff was kind and friendly

Construction on the property that has been started in 2019 and never finished. Just left everything ripped up with no signs of any work being currently done to improve the place. You get view of torn up ground, lots of gravel, remains of old Structures, shipping container, metal covered shop area.

Bad

No one was there to give us our room information and after trying for 3 hrs to get ahold of someone, we finally left and got a motel. The next morning we talked to an office gal and she told us they had canceled our stay due to staff shortage. We were very disappointed, but do wish them the best.

Overall a good experience that I’d rate as a 7.

The size was perfect. I appreciated the kitchen with all the dishes. Appreciated the complimentary coffee. I was put off that our room was three flights upstairs with no elevator, especially since I have a medical condition that makes climbing up and down stairs extremely difficult and impossible for me to climb it with my little suitcase in tow. Thank goodness my husband was able to lift all our luggage up and down those stairs so I could concentrate on holding the hand rail to help myself climb the stairs. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. The staff were fabulous, absolutely wonderful and attentive. Again the size of the room is great! Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable. We were very happy that we chose it even though know elevator. Possibly will choose it again in the future, but I’ll request a bottom floor.

See above. No elevator to get 3 floors up. That made it very hard for me with my medical muscle disease. And the pool is closed.

Excellent Customer Service, Spacious and Enjoyable Stay

We had a bit of an issue with checking in which meant we had to wait an hour before getting in but the staff were very accomodating and issued a partial refund. Compared to other places we went it was a breath of fresh air to get good customer service

Nice place!

Nice place. Nice beach. More than I expected.

We were expecting to have a pool so my son and grandkids were super excited, but then it was closed. They were devastated. The parking was not ideal either. Our parking are was closed and we had two cars. You could not see either car from the room.

Great value

When I booked the suit, I took the description with a grain of salt, however it really was a Suite, bedroom, large living room, full dining room, and full kitchen; right down to the gravy boat. I had a 10% discount with Booking.com so the nightly rate with taxes was ~&117. Very pleased, way more than I expected.

Construction from land shifting, can’t really fault the property.

Fridge - freezer not working. Seems it should have been on a checklist prior to renting. Understand sometimes this happens but this would have been a problem if I had been there more than one night.

it was excellent clean and nice place to stay definitely will be back.

it was peaceful and quite and awesome being able to hear the waves hit the beach from the deck.

no fans in the place or ac I sleep hot so it got really warm in there. along with the bed being super firm.

Very good

The Jacuzzi was a nice surprise and the designated parking spot. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was beautiful also. It was also just a short trip in to Newport.

The pool and spa were closed during our stay and the grounds look like they have sunk even more since the last time we stayed; one of the buildings had to be torn down. Nothing to hurt our experience though and we will stay here again.

comfortable with easy beach access and short drive to town and other attractions.

location is great for being on the beach head, very short walk and your on the sand and waves.

the unit we stayed in was definitely well worn , needs serious updating.

Sizable unit with a lot of space!! Great view, fireplace, jetted tub. Wish we could have arrived earlier, with a later check-out.

4PM Check-in. Called around 2PM to inquire about an earlier Check-in. Arrived at property at 3PM and was advised my room was being cleaned, and would only be a few minutes. I explained that I was attending and organizing a reunion and needed to be in Toledo by 5PM. Finally received room keys at 4:05PM, raced to change, then sped to Toledo.

The space and location was good.

We went with our grandchildren. We booked the resort because of the location to the aquarium and to use the pool facility. Sadly when we arrived we found out the pool was closed for renovations.

poor customer service from front desk. maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. view was great. not impressed with no n

the ocean view - the maintenance team has exceptional customer service and so friendly. Arron is amazing as well the man working the night shift tonight as well the gal who was with Aaron today. they are so happy and extremely helpful.

super disappointing

the ocean view.

horrible customer service. I came here for a family vacation after getting married, come Monday morning before 8 am we are all woken up … the gentlemen in the office blames booking and any other company you book thru for not advising they will be waking you up to construction and shaking to the entire condo ,mind you in their booklet quiet hour is from 10pm - 8am… I guess only for paying customers as the people who manage this place don’t have to follow or have no courtesy to people who are paying to stay here. not to mention when we first arrived we had to wait outside for almost an hour to check in.

Pleasant

The room had a nice view of the sea and coastal trees. Bed was clean and comfortable.

In serious need of updating. Walking in it smelled like an old folks' home. Sliding door to the balcony was sticky. Bath tub is worn and the caulking is moldy from water pooling in the wrong places. I also think there is a lot of wasted space with the vaulted ceilings - turn it into a cool loft for kids or something! We also had a lovely view of the unsafe building west of us that is obviously under construction but not marked as such. I hope that dangling gutter doesn't fall on anyone! Lastly, the path down to the play area could be more ADA friendly.
