Value for money staying place. Very nice house with nice room provided.

nice location in Flat Bush. comfy room , house is comfortable to host many guests.

The water heater capacity is not big to cater for more than 4 people to shower continuously.

閑静な住宅街の豪華な一家で部屋も４部屋あり快適だった。レクレーションルームに卓球台があり、子供たちが喜んで遊んでいた。

暖炉が壊れていたので残念だった。卓球台の天板が合板なので、跳ねが悪く大人が遊ぶには物足りなかった。一部の食器がきれいに洗われていないのと、鍋１つと２つのフライパンは前の宿泊者が料理した後の油が残っており、洗いなおした。

Beautiful

The property itself was amazing and clean and handy and beautiful and very spacious. We even left the premises as we found it, clean and tidy. Our respect for the owners, I know it’s not required but it’s how my family is.

There were too many rules, no noise after 8pm, limited number of visitors, but I always kept the owner informed of things that I was a bit wary of, like family and friends visitors to the premises etc. honesty is the best policy

Superb

We had a great two week stay at this lovely property. We appreciated the clean house, quiet neighborhood and onsite parking. The rooms were spacious and the closets generous. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and highways. The hosts were responsive and attentive to us the few times we reached out. It was cold during our visit and we were thoughtfully provided with electric blankets and extra blankets. A wonderful visit overall.

Very minor complaints. We could not really use the oven since the numbers were worn off the dial. The fireplace and garbage compactor were not working.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice quiet area and would be very happy to stay again.

It was very clean and well presented. It was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Master bedroom bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Exceptional

As a family we enjoyed the space it had to offer.We loved that all beds had electric blankets as in NZ it can get quite cold in winter - beautiful bonus! Home away from away really. Thank you

The dryer was a tad noisy hehe but other than that lovely.

Was a nice tidy house that was great for a family weekend away

Lots of parking, beds and was comfortable

The wifi was very bad in the lounge but ok in the rooms. Modem is in the shes by the rooms.

Big spacious house, lots of room for us all to have our own space.

Would have been nice to have spare towels. Shower water pressure was a bit variable, but not a big deal.

Fantastic break in a beautiful home.

The house was beautiful and the owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with and great location.

The only thing i could pick on was the internet was a little slow

A few improvents and this would be a great house.

The house was spacious and big enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 children.The location was quiet and good for our needs.Parking was good.The house was in tidy condition.

It was advertised as having a hot tub and it did not it only had a bath.There were a few things that required fixing eg.gas fire in lounge and insinkerater.There was only the bare minimum of kitchen utensils,no coffee maker or plunger,no can opener.The bare minimum of toilet paper which ran out. We found it unusual not having a top sheet.The mattresses weren't comfortable.With a little extra thought and attention to detail it would be a great house.

Great house

It was ideal for us as a large family and friends traveling, great outdoor area and plenty of parking, couldn't fault it

Only a few more out door chairs but otherwise had no fault in this house would recommend it.

Great house, very open and spacious

Great house, very comfy and spacious. Clean and tidy with all the whiteware you need

House was very hot, could do with a heatpump. Mattress in all rooms may need an upgrade

We loved the home and location. Being so close to Botany Town centre, supermarkets etc. was perfect

The house was the perfect size and location for our family. Communication was easy and there were heaps of little extra’s in the home…thank you so much. The main bedroom bed was very comfy.

As a suggestion (note this is not a criticism to those reading) it would be great if the TV’s were Smart or had a chrome cast, just so we could get Netflix or stream our Sky accounts. Just an idea :)

Great home, lovely neighbourhood. Very homely feel, house was clean & the property was amazing! Inside of the home was well presented, big rooms, facilities were excellent. Would highly recommend.
