Je ne recommanderais pas cette hôtel s’ils ne font pas des rénovations.

Dans l’établissement rien, mais il est très bien situé. La réception et le manager sont très sympa.

La literie, pas confort du tout, la moisissure au plafond et sur les joints (salle de bain), le petit déjeuner qui est assez limité

Alles in allem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Ansich alles gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! Wir waren zufrieden, nur bei der sehr guten Bewertung war mehr zu erwarten. Da wir keine Vergleiche zu weiteren Unterkünften haben, wäre es nicht fair, wirklich schlechtes zu sagen! Wenn wir etwas brauchten, wurde es sehr schnell und super freundlich erledigt! Es war ein super Urlaub, die Freundlichkeit und die Sicherheit mit der man sich bewegen kann ist einfach super!

Aber es ist schon alles in die Jahre gekommen und es entspricht nicht ganz europäischen Standart! Die Handtücher sind gewaschen, werden aber irgendwie nicht richtig sauber! Die Decke auf dem Bett sah auch aus, das sie mal erneuert werden könnte! Der Tresor war nicht nutzbar, allerdings, man hätte ihn auch nicht gebraucht, alles sehr sicher auf den Kapverden!

Sehr schönes Hotel

- alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr höflich und gastfreundlich - die Lage des Hotels war top (Su de permarkt,ATM, Restaurants, Beachbars in Laufdistanz) - die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend (vor allem beim Sonnenuntergang) -> dort ist auch eine Bar, die ein paar Gerichte serviert - das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl (wer 6 verschiedene Wurstsorten und 15 Käsesorten erwartet sollte sich ein mega Hotel mit 1000 Touris suchen), hier gab es unter anderem Ei nach Wahl (zB Spiegelei, Omlette usw), verschiedene frisch gebackene Kuchensorten (Joghurt, Müsli, Obst, Wurst und Käse, Pancake - das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine mega Aussicht -> wir konnten das Meer vom Bett aus sehen, da der Balkon aus Glas war! Nice, wenn man mittags der Sonne aus dem Weg gehen, aber trotzdem nichts verpassen möchte :) - Preis/Leistung stimmt

Do not expect too much!

Very good location near the beach of Estoril, big room with a comfortable bed and good breakfast, although basic. It was quiet at night, so I had a very good sleep.

I really did not like the atmosphere in this hotel. It was cold und impersonal. The staff at the reception was very reserved – no warm welcome at the check-in. The behaviour of the staff in the restaurant is a no-go! Whenever I greeted them with a “Bon dia”, they just looked at me and did not answer. It seemed that they did not like working there. For example, they did not ask customers, if they need anything hot. / At least my room was not well maintained. The door to the balcony was not easy to close, the furniture looked very used and shabby, especially the bed, the door handle at the bathroom door was rusty and felt strange… This hotel could be so much better!

Schöne Tage auf Boa Vista!

Gute Lage in der Stadt Sal Rei: Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und ein schöner Strand vor der Tür. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Bucht. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel mit ihren Traumständen zu erkunden.

Sour taste in the mouth after a nice holiday

The local people and everywhere outside of the hotel

Breakfast was normally empty, not much choice. Price agreed when checking out I thought I’d already paid then they made me pay more than I’d actually agreed to pay. Lots of cockroaches on the floor and sand/ dead bugs on the stairs

Exceptional

Breakfast was ok - met the expectations for the price of the hotel. Location was perfect - with sea view from the balcony. Amazing bar, watching the sunset while having a drink on the jacuzzi was a great experience. Nice staff - Hope to be able to visit again!

Two weeks in Sal Rei

All the staff are friendly and helpfull.from the cleaners to the staff in reception.Flavia and Mano are really great and they make the best pina calardo cocktails .the breakfast is excellent and we will be returning

Only small thing is the upstairs bar should be open and staffed all day

One of the best stay of my life

I loved the location, the staff, and the hotel itself.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is next to the beach. It was clean.

Good value for the price, very nice staff

we liked very much the manager. he was really helpful in any matter. as well, very good surprise was the coffee. good, tasty and authentic one. The breakfast made by Luis was delicious. he even baked fresh cake in the morning and prepared fresh pancakes. We stayed in a room on the upper floor and opposite to the restaurant. It was quiet and nice. The beach was just in front of the hotel, with nice sand and clean water. Despite de fact that we didn’t have electricity for more than 24h, we survived with the help of staff. What I can say is that for the price we paid, we cannot complain very much. If you want to stay in luxury, you better go to resorts where you have all inclusive. We wanted to feel the vibe, to feel the real Boa Vista.

On thé days where Luis was not at the kitchen, we missed his food :) Some improvements on the bathroom could be done - ventilation and as well drainage.

Splendid week in the warm (hot) sunshine with no rain. It rains only once or twice a yearin Boa Vist

Location was excellent, near to beach (excellent view from my room - from all rooms I think), near to local shops, restaurants, churches, just a few minutes walk to the Post Office and new Museum (Naufragos). Wagner (member of staff) arranged a trip to the Spanish shipwreck for me. Staff were most helpful.

There were no maps at the hotel - I did manage to get one from another tourist eventually. Note that if you would like eggs (of any kind) for breakfast, you need to ask. There was no evidence that eggs were available for breakfast at the buffet display.
