Ok para uma ou duas noites

Limpeza poderia ser melhor, o caixote do lixo do quarto estava cheio quando chegamos e a parte exterior poderia estar mais cuidada, nomeadamente no que a lixos diz respeito, que acaba por atrais muitos mosquitos.

Infelizmente, não correspondeu às expectativas, tornando-se uma desilusão.

Gostámos da localização e da tranquilidade da vila.

O alojamento não correspondia em nada ao que apresentavam nas fotografias correspondentes. Tecto em tijolo e cimento. Porta com uma folga enorme em baixo que deixava passar a corrente de ar e então não permitia que a temperatura no quarto se mantivesse, entrando o frio. A porta da casa de banho não fechava. O chão do duche encontrava-se mal limpo e com pêlos. Os doseadores de champô e gel de banho estavam sujos... A rede mosquiteira da janela tinha um buraco. O postigo da porta não abria e também tinha folga, o que permita a corrente de ar para dentro do alojamento.

The location is good, for someone on holiday. The ac, was good. Communication was good, every information needed or requested was quickly answered.

The flat doesn’t look nothing like in the pictures, unfortunately I rechecked after arrival and the ceiling doesn’t show in the pictures, but basically has exposed brick, but not in a cool way. Some minor work could be done to make it look like more comfort and less like a fancy shack. The front door had a gap underneath that allowed all sorts of garbage like leafs and bugs come through. The shower, had a decent pressure, but has the hose leaking so half of the water doesn’t reach the shower head. Parking on the street it’s only free at night and Saturdays afternoon and Sundays, so I don’t think it’s correct advertising it as free. The door works with a key code, it’s convenient but that means the door stays only on the latch, which means it’s easy to break in. I personally prefer box with code where the key stays in and upon arrival you can take the key with you and actually lock the door. Both nights I was awaken at 2/3/4am with the main gate banging. For the last, this is not the property fault, but drunk people shouting and being rowdy on the patio every single night. Do not recommend this place if you are there to work and need a good night sleep.

fantastic location perfect for a 1/2 days stay within the historical centre. Simple and basic, cosy.

Location is perfect and the little patio outside is great

The door doesn't seem really safe and is quite easy to open from the outside. The shower doesn't really feel super clean, especially the rubber carpet and the water is burning hot. Sockets could be better and available on both sides of the bed.

super value for money to stay in Evora.

We had everything we needed for a short staying in Evora. very near the main attractions. yes it does need an update but for us was perfect. Beds and bedding were very clean, which l value the most. it has basic gadgets to heat food and make coffee or tea.

Excellent location, quiet, very comfortable bed, nice courtyard. Fine for a short stay.

Smaller than anticipated, not a fan of the jungle of extension cords at the kitchen counter and under the bed.

Great location in Evora

Excellent location - we could walk to all the main tourist sites. The rooms are placed around a courtyard and each room has a small table and chairs in this outdoor space, which is nice.

The kitchen facilities were limited -it would have been good to have more cutlery and there should be a few shelves so things are not cluttered. There was also very little available for hanging up some clothing.

Hidden gem of Évora!

This is an amazing apartment in the heart of Évora. The quiet courtyard it is in, is so incredibly beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and we had dinner each night on the tables in the courtyard. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

There is no parking close to the apartment so we had to park outside of town. It is only a ten minute walk to the big parking lot outside the city walls.

Good value, clean, self-catering accommodation close to the centre of Evora

This property is situated in a lovely courtyard just outside the centre of Evora, not far from the cathedral. Only took me 5-10 minutes walk to get back to the main square/shopping district. Situated close to lots of useful amenities - post office, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. I really liked staying in this less touristy part of the town. With respect to the accommodation itself, the highlight for me was the gated courtyard setting which gives it a feeling or privacy and safety. Check-in was pretty straightforward, you just following the direction for the security code on the gate. The room itself was very clean. Wifi was excellent! Thoughtful touches for guests included a bottle of water and some ground coffee to use in the filter machine. This is a perfect property for budget travellers, but not for anyone looking for a typical Air BnB-type experience. I didn't use the shower so I cannot comment on that. Other facilities included a microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, fridge and flat-screen TV. I only made use of the coffee machine and fridge, and these were great to have.

It's much more basic than I realised. The room itself could do with a more comfortable couch/chairs. It's really just a room for sleeping in and not spending much time. The pillows were very lumpy so they could do with being replaced. There was a lot of noise in the courtyard on both days from a young family with an infant, but this usually died down around 10pm or so. I had earplugs which helped. I found communication with the host a bit confusing at times, but maybe this is due to translation of the messages on booking.com. Overall, check-in/check-out was fine. It's a bit impersonal not to meet your guests or send a more formal welcome message upon arrival if you aren't meeting in person. To have a reception in your lovely courtyard would bring the property to a new level.

I recommend Vitoria House, but contact the owner in advance and request providing a flat sheet.

Good location in old Évora, and all attractions are within walking distance. It was not a problem for us to find parking within 3 minutes of the place. We loved the "terrace" - a table and 2 chairs under a lemon tree right outside our room door. Good shower, well-equipped kitchenette.

There was no flat sheet on the bed for sleeping, only a bedspread, and I doubt that it is washed after each guest. We had to sleep in pajamas only and it was uncomfortable.

Amazing place, highly recommended, would stay again.

Casa Vittoria was an ideal place to stay while in Evora for a week. Cozy, convenient, clean. I loved the setup and the staff were really kind and even offered a laundry service.

Everything was perfect except the shower curtain was a little awkward.

Comfortable & convenient location

Family apartment was small but comfortable, great location close to the center but still quiet, and I liked the keypad entry codes—made accessing the property so easy throughout our stay!

Needs more kitchen equipment—there were no sharp knives and the largest cooking pot was a tiny 1 liter saucepan, not nearly large enough for a family apartment that sleeps 4 or 5. The closest free parking was outside the city wall—not too far if you don’t have much luggage but I didn’t agree with other reviews that said “free street parking nearby”.
