Amazing staff, great room, worth the money.

The room was wonderful. The open-concept room with the bathtub overlooking greenery was a great touch. Bed was comfortable, the tv was large and on a swivel mount, and there was plenty of space. There was a bench and table on the balcony for breakfast in the morning as well. Staff was very kind and incredibly helpful - we have been backpacking for 5 months and this was our first stay specifically to relax and re-energize. We changed our dates, used the laundry service, inquired about scooter rentals, used the room service, and the staff always tried to help us however they could. They made the stay worth it, and we felt so comfortable the entire time.

Location is a bit far from Ubud - about 10 minutes to Grab Bike in. The ants get in as the rooms are semi-open to the outside. Many roosters around and let me tell you, roosters just give 'er all day and they start early. Facilities could be slightly cleaner.

Friendly, clean and tasty stay accompanied by amazing views

The room was very clean, breakfast (served on the balcony) had a lot of choice (and was pretty good size), highly recommend the omelette, smoothie bowl and pancakes + their coffee is very rich and tasty. The staff spoke really good English, was always helpful and kind, when we arrived our plane was late and someone stayed up waiting for us with our room key. Their restaurant menu for dinner is also very good value for money. We asked for laundry and it all came back fresh and clean, would highly recommend. A highlight is the view from the hotel, looking over coconut trees and rice fields. We also got 2 large bottles of water each day which was a plus. Would 100% come back!!!

Location is ok, it seemed pretty difficult to drive to by bike when you are a fresh starter, but with some bravery it is possible (we personally never drove a scooter there). Nothing that they could change :)

Supert opphold!!

Stedet var veldig rent, og man fikk det man betalte for. Ville virkelig anbefalt om man skal unne seg en litt finere overnatting.

That the room was big.

Full of centipedes, everywhere even in the room. The pool very dirty, no one using it.

Nice staff, pictures on booking.com matched reality, location is nice and quiet, easy to get around with a scooter

AC wasnt strong enough to cool the room so it was quite hot and humid from time to time, pool area is infested with worms but cant blame the hotel for that, pool could be little bit cleaner.

La amabilidad del personal los chicos son muy buenos y cumplieron con todos nuestros requerimientos.

Esta algo alejado pero en moto no son mas de 10 minutos del centro de ubud, la caja de seguridad no funcionaba porque un huésped de había llevado la llave.

Fijn hotel en lieve medewerkers.

Het ontbijt en de lieve medewerkers. De locatie was ook top, net buiten het drukke gedeelte maar wel op een mooie locatie. Verder waren de kamers ontzettend schoon.

Airco stond de koud en konden het niet zelf aanpassen. Wellicht hadden we dit wel kunnen vragen aan de medewerkers. Verder werd onze was met een express delivery waardoor het 10x zo duur was. Dit hadden we niet gevraagd. De andere kamer op onze boeking had dit alleen gevraagd.

Cosy and modern stay with private athmosphere

Really loved the vibe and location. Modern rooms with tasteful interior. Lovely bath tub in the room. But the highlight were the guys Wayan and kudun from reception. Can't wait to see them again!

Como en casa

Las vistas, apartado del bullicio y los empleados son super amables. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Hotel en general muy limpio. Desayuno variado y bueno. Repetiríamos si volviésemos a Ubud!!!

Tolles Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Lage war toll, da die Unterkunft ein wenig außerhalb von dem Ganzen Trubel liegt. Mit dem Roller ist man trotzdem innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Am Anfang ist es ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass durch die offenen Tontafeln an der Wand ein paar Insekten oder auch mal ein kleiner Gecko ins Zimmer kommen. Dadurch ist es manchmal auch ein wenig laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

-sehr freundliches Personal -große Zimmer -große Terrasse direkt am Zimmer -schöner Pool, schöne Anlage -sehr einheimisch

- Frühstück war leider nicht so vielfältig und etwas wenig dafür bekommt man es direkt ans Zimmer gebracht -Abfluss im Badezimmer hat gestunken

Quiet away from the madness

Our room was huge with a massive balcony. The pool is great and was a lovely place to chill before going into Ubud to explore. The breakfast is very good, very tasty and cooked well and when we left early they made us a packed breakfast which was a lovely touch. :)

The hotel is in the countryside and I wouldn’t recommend walking to Ubud, but with a grab you can get there pretty easy with no traffic. The hotel didn’t really recommend or explain anything about Ubud which would have been a nice touch.

Exceptional

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Our Villa was good enough big to stay with family. They provided us cot for baby. Close to beach Ubud center. Breakfast was amazing with lot of options.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre which we chose because we thought the view was on rice fields but it’s not. It’s very noisy during the night.

Great place just needs a few tweaks

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room service on time each morning for breakfast.

The bed was a bit hard and the room had a bit of a smell which we attributed to the building happening on site. Shower drainage didn't work properly so we had to shower in intervals so the water doesn't spill and the toilet would not flush on our first day but the friendly staff came and fixed that. We then did not have a problem.

Deluxe suite doesn't offer value for money. Didn't like location or workmen outside my window

Room was very large and clean. Nice decor and comfortable bed.

Having workmen outside my window working on a new bungalow. The staff checking me in told me to shut my curtains, which defeats the purpose of staying out of town near ricefields. TV wasn't connected - no use having a flatscreen in the room if it's not connected. Wifi didn't work on my second day. Location was further out of town than I expected and scootering into town in the rain was difficult. There was only one restaurant within walking distance serving very basic food.

I don’t think I would recommend to anyone to be honest out of the 6 hotels / villas we stayed in this was by far the

-location was ok - bed was comfy - water for shower was hot - breakfast was alright

- wifi was Meady - tv didn’t work / no channels were good - so many bugs in the room and coming up from the shower - the sliding door doesn’t close properly so small insects and bugs could get through the top, bottom and sides of the door quite uncomfortable

The hotel was in a great location. About 15 minute drive away from Ubud centre. Our room was very spacious and nice. One of the nicer hotels I have stayed at for a while. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

You do see the occassional bug in your room.

Happy with the value for money and the lovely staff, but bathroom setup could use some improvement

Staff were very helpful and flexible with requests. Room looked exactly like pictures. Food was awesome (try the Indonesian dishes specifically). Breakfast was able to be delivered to the room and included either an American (eggs/toast), continental (cereals), or Indonesian style breakfast with juice and coffee/tea. Breakfast was always delivered shortly before the requested time.

The room had blackout blinds, but the way the bathroom opened up to the room allowed for light to shine on your face pretty early (6ish) from the bathroom side. If they installed some kind of blind in the window area between the bathroom/ bedroom it would be much better. There was also some sweeping pretty early (6:30) one morning.
