Exceeds your expectations

This place was amazing! Super clean rooms, very kind staff. We got there at midnight, they greeted us well and even made sure we got breakfast earlier so we could leave on time. Food was amazing, cafe was clean and coffee was superb.

Hotel sencillo

Limpio, sencillo, amables, el desayuno bueno. Buena ubicación y fácil de aparcar en la puerta.

La dureza de los colchones, no estamos acostumbrados a dormir tan rígidos, esto para mí le resta comodidad, posiblemente a otras personas les gustara que sea así.Por suerte solo fue una noche, porque era de paso para ir al desierto.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp

Einfach zu finden und mit Parkplätzen direkt gegenüber des Eingangs. Zimmer war groß und das Badezimmer ebenso. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Nicht viel zu sagen, Unterkunft war in Ordnung nur gibt es nicht viel zu sehen.

das personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. ohne probleme konnten wir unsere velos im nebenraum des cafes sicher parkieren. das morgenessen ist fantastisch. porridge, honig, butternutcream, marmelade, frisches brot, tee, ein leckerer bananenorangen smoothie auf wunsch cafe. ist ist man gast!! vielen dank für alles

wir hatten ein zimmer gleich über dem cafe. leider war es ziemlich ringhörig, da gerade eine übertragung eines fussballmatches war.

Good location, but it's not comfortable

This is perfect for stopping over to Merzouga. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

The pillows were rock hard, which made sleeping impossible. We ended up using a spare blanket as a pillow. There was no aircon or fan to cool you down.

Excellente surprise

Excellent accueil, nous avons pu garer nos motos sur le parking en face l'hôtel, il y a eu un gardien toute la nuit. On nous a aidé à porter nos sacs, renseigné pour trouver ce que nous voulions en ville, nous avons pu faire laver notre linge. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, la literie confortable, la salle de bain est grande avec douche chaude. Le monsieur à l'accueil a été aux petits soins pour nous.

nothing, we just couldn’t wait for the night to pass, so we could leave.

It was dirty- dust everywhere, bathroom tiles were not clean for months, rooms were outdated, the room was soooo cold. the worst accomodation ever!

Superb

The room was quite spacious, nicely decorated, and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and was served in the next door café. The WIFI worked well.

Awesome! The hotel has an attached cafe bar. Order your drink, cafe 10dr, orange juice 12, banana juice 15dirham. They bring drink to your room for no extra cost. Parking is super easy, i n front of the hotel. Absolute safe. Medina is 6-10 mins walk. Street vendors, food, fruit clothes on good price. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great. Coffe, orange juice, milk, croassoint, bread, olive, butter, hot porridge.

No heating no warm water

Kind staff but no english. Also no card payment possible. Average breakfast.

There was no heating... contrary to what was written online. Upon report to Booking.com no refund nor anything else was provided. Of course once you check in you cant start looking for another place and as we were there for only one night we didn't change places, but I would not suggest going here.

Decent hotel for one night

The rooms are nicely designed (nice quality wooden furniture) and the breakfast was a feast. The staff was nice.

It was a bit too loud (you could hear all what was going on at the reception desk and on the street from the room) and it seemed to be overpriced for a town with little to offer. At the restaurant downstairs where you get breakfast served people smoke so it stinks while you eat.

amazing decor - warm shower - deliscious breakfast- kindest host

Super cool hotel with very fun decorated rooms. The photo's online do not do it justice. Check out my photo's. Check in was easy. I was shown my room The decor is just so fun. I love the pillows, the colored windows, the safari lighting (at night it looks cooool) and the bedframe made from wood. The room I got faced the front road but it wasn't too noisy. There was a small balcony. How awesome. There is free parking up front. I didn't know where to eat dinner and had little time so I asked the host some advice. He offered to call food delivery for me. He even brought it to my room. I enjoyed a huge glass of orange juice and a pizza. It was great. He also had a recommendation for a large grocery store 5 minutes walk. The bathroom was clean and nice Towels and soaps are provided. Best of all, there was a warm shower. It was great to have a warm shower having stayed near the desert for a few days LOL In the morning I had breakfast in the cafe downstairs. There was a lot of food and eggs as well. I missed having eggs for breakfast. It is so nice to have an actual cooked breakfast in stead of just toast. If anything, you should just stay at this hotel for how nice it is! Staff is so kind. Rooms look unique. Breakfast is great. Price is good. The town midelt is known for the apple farming. There is lots of apple statues around. After check out I went to visit the abandoned Ahouli mines nearby. If you are into abandoned towns and mines, go there.
