Great place! Will Stay Again!

The owner is fantastic! He made sure we had everything we needed. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The home is well-equipped, even a great professional restaurant-style grill. There were also plenty of outdoor loungers and water sports/fun equipment. The location is wonderful, truly right ON the sea. The terrace was our favorite spot--shaded during the hottest time of the day. I saw the bad review and don't understand it. I didn't experience any issues with the home, the neighbors, or the owner. I will definitely stay here again. (Note: I'm a U.S. citizen currently living in Croatia.)

There was nothing I didn't like about the home. As a person who doesn't drive, the location is a little remote. There is a small town (but pretty much closed during off season) within walking distance, otherwise a car is needed. I was there for the local Oyster Festival, which made it a perfect location. Even without a car, it is a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the sea.

- Very well furnished. Pots pans and all other kitchen utensils you need are supplied. - Use of the SUPs was great.

Never Again! The pictures of the beach are misleading! They suggest the house has far more beach access than it does in reality. The house has no paved beach; only rough rocks and the dock (there’s no ladder from the deck, only over the rocks). The pictures show the neighbor’s property and they are very unfriendly and make sure you understand that you cannot use their space, which looks like a part of the house from the pictures. The posting says the terrace is all day in the shade. That is not true. The terrace bakes in the sun all day. There isn’t fresh drinking water from the tap, which is strange as they advertise an ice maker that the owner advised us not to use. The upstairs bathroom is only accessible through the main bedroom and it has no door, which means all the other members of the house share the other bathroom. The highway that is being constructed on the nearby hillside provides constant construction noise.
