About this cottage rental

In the heart of a century-old park of more than 4000 m2, splendid charming cottage completely restored in an old historic residence.
Very quiet environment and yet in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The cottage is upstairs facing due SOUTH with a living room of 45m2 facing a terrace suspended in the trees of 18 m2 with plancha. Magnificent view of the swimming pool, the village and the Vallon castle.
Direct pool access from a staircase leading to the beach.
You will also have a pool house at the edge of the swimming pool in an old vaulted cellar allowing you to have lunch with the feeling of having your feet in the water.
The 9m60 x 3m60 swimming pool has a balneotherapy area with whirlpool and counter-current swimming.
High-end service, air conditioning, heating, wifi, TV, DVD player, a beautiful equipped kitchen, open with dining area, a guest toilet and the large adjoining terrace.
On false levels, a master bedroom with private bathroom overlooking the arc bridge cavern.
Upstairs there is a second master bedroom with private bathroom, a third bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom and a mezzanine with a large bathroom and a shared toilet. The mezzanine can also be used as a TV room, with games console, books and games for children.
The restoration of the property was carried out with noble and high quality materials.
The cottage has a private garden with hammock area, picnic area, and pedestrian access to the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

We had a fabulous stay in the cottage/apartment. Comfortable, luxurious, clean, super pool, easy contact with the host - these are the words that come to mind. We hope to come back some day!

The house is beautiful, well thought through and perfectly equipped with each room having its own private bathroom. The building consists of two places that are rented out seperately. The place next to us was empty when we were there. We felt very much at home. The weather was rainy most of the time but we did use the pool and enjoyed playing jeu de boules. The village is at walking distance and we visited some good restaurants there. Grotte Chauvet 2 (don’t miss it) is really close and so is Pont d’Arc. The gorges d’Ardeche are very beautiful. We recommend this place!

Well equipped and perfectly located gite just a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Vallon Pont d’Arc. Garden lovely, furnishings comfortable and pleasant, well equipped kitchen. Hope to return

We spent a week with 2 families in these 2 very nicely renovated and decorated villas. We enjoyed the ample space for everyone, the luxury materials used both in and outside the villas, the heated swimming pool, the daily journey to the Boulangerie (only a 5 min walk!) or just to go out for a drink in the center of Vallon Pont d’Arc. We had a minor problem with a glitch in electricity supply but communication with the local concierge was excellent and the problem was immediately resolved

Amazing villa, in a very good location! Waling distance from town centre with bars/food. And close enough to the river to easily spend the whole day on the river having fun. The villa itself is perfect for a family of 10 with everything you could need.
