The continental breakfast was poor. Need better coffee options and the juice machine needs to offer better quality. More bread options for toasting other than white bread.

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Clean.

No coffee in the kitchen as promised.

Quiet place 8n a great location

Not a place for extended stay. Here is no reduced rates

Room dead bolt doesn’t work. Breakfast was a joke: machine coffee, banana, white bread, & bad gas station donuts. Bed worn out & barely able to stay on frame; pillows smell old. Spiders in the room. TV remote barely works. No staff available most of time; have to call them at their house. Heat fan very loud and sounds like it’s going to rattle off. Noises within walls all night.

Absolutely poor management. We asked for towels earlier in the morning and they forgot to bring them l. That wasn't the issue though. We called the manager once we got back, asked for towels because they were forgotten. Was told "I ain't bringing no damn towels at 8pm at night". Meanwhile they were living in the room above us. His wife started screaming at my husband when we confronted them about their behavior and poor management skills. We will not be staying there again. We have stayed there the past 6-7 years with no issues until they got new owners and new management.

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was quite, and comfortable.

Breakfast was lacking, but we didn't have any expectations so it didn't bother us.

The motel was close to the reception we were attending from Texas. Loved the fireplace in the lobby-it was nice to walk into a warm lobby when the weather was in the 30's.

Having stayed at the Landmark over the past 40 years, we were impressed at how clean and updated the facilities were. The room rate was also one of the reasons we again chose the Landmark. The coffee, toast and donuts were also great and the friendliness of the staff was a plus!

The juice needs to be upgraded.

Location good for my needs. Room was ok. I mentioned on the feedback card concern about a short in electrical swirch.

My room was in the back across from some kind of closet and dome of staff having conversations by my door. Windows dirty. Difficulty understanding person st desk.
