The location is great, walking distance. Affordable accommodation for a quick stay.

The location, cook top & fridge. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked well and you could open the windows as well in the apartment.

It was hard to get in touch with the host, however apologised for late responses. The kitchen sponge was old and dirty, and the kettle was old and dirty and we could not use it.

The location is perfect, calm street, but very central and close to the main pedestrian street, shops, supermarkets and 15-20 mins walking distance from the central station. The studio was clean and in a good condition. Nice building, no lift still, but the stairs are manageable even with a luggage.

We had to wait in front of the room for almost an hour as we got wrong access code and there was no reply from the owner (we called, texted etc). We had an issue with the wifi pass so we only got it in the evening. It is mentioned there are douche products, but it is not the case. The electric kettle was not in a condition to be used, but the microwave was very handy for warming up anything.

The location is perfect. Just N of the main shopping street, 10 mins from the cathedral and dozens of bars cafes and restaurants lie between. There is a large supermarket and an excellent indoor market close as well.

The owner was absent throughout. Fair enough, not uncommon for these places. However, the method for getting access was worrying and could have gone wrong. We were required to press the apartment bell then text the owner, who would open the door. This worked thank goodness. The name is a joke, of course. The flat is a normal studio flat, as the price indicates. But note that there are many students who keep nocturnal hours and the walls are thin. There was only one set of keys. This needed constant scheduling of meetings between the both on us.

Highly recommended, convenient to the UNESCO World Heritage cathedral.

The host/owner was very accommodating of my early arrival, and we had a nice talk. I appreciate his extra trouble, after my long flight to Paris, then train to Amiens. The coffee, tea, bottled water, and little cakes are a nice touch.

Keep in mind, this is an apartment building with many other residents. Some of them were noisy into the early hours of the morning, but the host has no control over that.
