Good value accommodation

Good size unit. Good laundry. Good shower easy to adjust.

Brought our own.

3 of us, ages 84, 83, 82...no safety grab-rails in shower or toilet. No anti-slip on sohwer tiles, fire detector does not appear to be working, no switch on single bed-light so had to switch off at wall, cockroaches in main bedroom, whole apartment looks like has not been cleaned properly for weeks, matbe monrhs.

Only a 1 night stay which was comfortable & quiet, overall it was pleasant enough

No new soap in bathroom, found a live baby cockroach in kitchen cutlery, tv dated & couldn’t play usb movies, also limited channels available

Terrible

Absolutely nothing very dirty, beds not made, falsely advertised and unit is nothing like the photos. The mattress springs dig into your back. There is no bath and no bbq even though add says there is. We checked out of the accomodation after one night due to it being so dirty and one bed not having a blanket and the other one had a paper thin blanket. We demanded a refund from this property.

Filthy, unsafe, false advertising.

Literally nothing.

As other reviewers have mentioned the flat is disgusting. Floors and surfaces covered in grime, obviously never used a cleaner and I don't think the sheets were changed. My kid found an actual weapon on the ground. Also injured her toe on the uneven floor. Fridge not wiped out. Dishes in the sink. Shower was gross and had a grotty old non slip mat. Very unhygienic throughout and a bad smell. Called booking .com but they would not assist with finding alternative accommodation. Left at 4am when we found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor. There were no towels just dirty washing in a basket. False advertising includes: not an apartment inside a building, no towels, no bottled water.. Other reviewers suggested it was not serviced between uses which is a concerning as the combination lock on the door would not have been reset. I didn't feel safe. I'm undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer and can't stay in unhygienic conditions like this. I paid $293.50 for this and my request for a refund in full was denied. Wish I could upload more than 4 photos.

Beds were uncomfortable. Dirty laundry in the hamper, missing half the shower screen, daughter had to use a mattress protector in a cover as a blanket as there were not enough for everyone.

It was a nice quite area. Bathroom good....

Everything was greasy. Plates pots and pan. Wouldn't walk on floor because it was sticky.(greasy ). Very disappointing. Previous tenants left food in fridge and it wasn't cleaned out.

The only down side was the location as we were three senior males on a golfing road trip

Facilities - washing and dryer facilities

Need a less complex entry and exit process. There was no write up on how to exit key pad lock. I lock the manual lock which caused problems trying to get back in using the electronic key pad lock

The unit was clean, tidy, quiet & central to where we needed to be.Heater was very good, electric blanket & bedroom radiators were lovely. We met the owner on Sat morning & mentioned there was no soap, tea towel or glasses & he went & delivered some to us. Nothing was a problem.

The only niggle was the slippery shower floor tiles, but the rubber mat helped a little.

Proximity to Boulder town centre and the checkin process were good.

Paid $189 for one night. For this place, which is old, falling apart in places, everywhere you look it either has a crack in it or is falling apart, including the ceiling, cupboards, doors, walls, etc, non maintained front and back yards, springs easily felt in one of the single bed mattresses and dangerously slippery shower tiles, $80 per night would have been more appropriate.

old and in need of a renovation basic not cleaned properly very untidy outside felt dirty and smelt of smoking no new soaps , shampoo etc that one expects. larger bottles were supplied that others use. the dish scrubber was very ratty, no new dish cloth at all advertising was misleading

Would be happy to stay again

Location was convenient and quiet once the four legged creatures quietened. Good amenities, some beds had clean but scratchy sheets, but mattresses were comfy. No management on site but a phone query was answered promptly and in a friendly manner.

Lamp in 2nd bedroom did not work. Not the responsibility of the management but local dogs barking and stray cats were annoying.

A good budget apartment, old but comfortable.

The keypad door lock was great. It was easy to access the property with the host providing the PIN prior to arrival. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to self-cater. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean.

The shower doesn't drain well, and caused a mini flood in the bathroom.

Cosy little duplex in Boulder - perfect overnighter

cosy little duplex in Boulder, just off a main road. had everything you need off the bat & the fan was on, making it a super comfy place right off the bat
