Good price, bad service. Not clean.

Price. Newly remodeled hotel with no staff or housekeeping available.

The room was not available for check in at the stated time of 3pm. The room was not ready for check in until 8:30pm. Once in the room the linen had visible stains. We were provided new linen and changed the beds ourselves.

The location was convenient, and the price was fair. The pool and rooms were clean. There was food accessible on location. The place was quiet which was good for getting work done in the books. The air conditioning worked great during this heat wave.

There was no wifi. We expected to work on site but upon arrival there was a notice that there was no wifi. When we inquired about when it would be fixed the front desk told us there was no set date and that they had already been without wifi for a couple of weeks. The breakfast wasn't consistent either, when I asked for grape jelly the staff ignored my request.

Restaurant, the food we had was excellent and the service couldn't be better. Friendly and helpful.

The exterior was in poor condition. The security doors were broken,the glass was cracked and doors had tape holding them together. We checked in at 7pm and employees weren't very interested in checking us in. The employee 5am check out was very nice and helpful.

Property needs maintainance

Large quiet room, very comfortable bed, lots of surface area to set luggage, good size desk with chair plus another chair with a small table, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet). Caitlyn and Brooklyn at the front desk were both super helpful.

The hotel’s wifi wasn’t working. The luggage cart had a broken wheel. The shower pressure was only a trickle so it was hard to get soap and shampoo washed off. The vanity space around the sink was rather limited, the toilet paper holder was broken, and there was a small bar to hang hand towels but none to hang bath towels. Our room itself was nice but there were lots of maintenance issues that detracted from our stay.

Didn't know until we checked in that there was NO WIFI, we stayed for 2 nights, they never came to clean the room, offered clean towels or garbage bags, when I went to the front desk to ask for some at 2 pm I was told they didn't have any and didn't know when they would she said " I'm so sorry this place is so ghetto "

It was fine for one night.

There wasn't any breakfast. Our room was nice.

Concerned about the security with the side doors being open. Also, couldn't get towels for the pool. Even though we asked twice. Facility needs some upkeep. Step on pool ladder is broken needs some paint.

My third time staying here, and it’s the only time I seen some things that could be worked on.

There was never pool towels when we’d go to the desk, and the staff seemed annoyed when we would ask. Storage rooms were unlocked, and the only reason I know is because I thought it was the door to the stair case. I feel that was dangerous.

My daughter and I will return and probably stay here again.

We skipped breakfast and ate with my elderly parents.

The room was not clean--some trash on the floor, inside of the dresser drawers were dirty. Not much hot water for showers. Noisy kids on the second floor at 6:30 AM running around.

Unfortunately we did not stay. We left because of people that were , we believe were living there. I don’t mean to judge but we did not feel safe. The outside was not very welcoming. The lawn needed to be mowed and trash picked up. The lobby looked nice and the room looked ok when I went to check it out. It was the reasons I stated that we left.

Grounds maintenance, it would be a better hotel if management was better. Something always doesn't work or work properly., computer and key card issues. Vent missing in the bathroom that left a big hole.

hotel called at 4:30 in afternoon and did not leave a message. called the hotel after they hung up and was told they were canceling reservation and that the hotel had no electricity. asked if they could help us find alternative hotel and was to no they would not because we booked through booking.com. person on phone was rude and very unprofessional. no one should stay there. and Booking.com should confirm that the hotel did not try to book anything

It was ok, (for the price) we only slep there for 5 hours and had to drop off my son at the airport so it was pretty goo

The lobby was beautiful! The room was actually better than expected, the bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The floor was dirty, we saw hair on the sheets, and the worst is that they put a hold on my credit card, it has been 4 days they haven’t released it, so I was charged twice, one charge for the right amount (cleared) and the $169 charge is still pending, we travel a lot and this has never happened before. Be prepared to spend double than the room rate plus the $50 deposit for possibly a week. (or who knows).

Extremely disappointing.

We were evacuated from Fort Myers Florida. We were not informed there was NO HOT WATER at the time of check in. We spoke to the manager the next day and we were informed we would be refunded for our stay. This has not happened, and we were never refunded.
