- CAR INFO -

The house is located in a “limited traffic zone”. Cars are allowed at any time, but not from 06pm to 02am. The parking is free, but only for 4 hours and with a specific cardboard clock.

To enter at any time and park for free without time limits in front of the house you must request a permit to the municipality at a cost of € 50, making it available at home (€ 30 permit € 20 service)

In alternative it is possible to park along the blue parking lines outside the “limited traffic zone” (5 min. from the house).

If interested in the parking Permit it will be my attention to request it for your arrival.

Check-out: before 10am

The standard check-in time starts from 4pm to 7pm but we always give a "bonus hour" until 8pm.

From 8pm to 10pm there is a late check-in of € 50
From 10pm to 12am there is a late check-in of € 80
From 12am to 2am there is a late check-in of € 100

Very good time in older place with incredible view. Met our needs and then some. Modern coffee maker would have greatly enhanced the early morning on the balcony experience. Giulio and Mariangelo were a great help.

The location is excellent! Close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic view from the penthouse balcony! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Also within driving distance of Pitigliano, Mancano and Soturno Hot Springs. Would love to stay there again!

Casa grande che si apre su un bellissimo scorcio del porto! Inviterei i proprietari a mettere l’aria condizionata perché, nonostante l’appartamento sia abbastanza ventilato, la notte fa caldo!

- Apartment was dirty, there was actually feces on one of the toilets. No cleaning supplies to be able to correct the situation. - Very creepy stains on the blankets supplied for additional warmth. - Full renovation occurring in unit directly below. Property Mgr. refused to acknowledge, said it was only painting. They were actually at drywall stage. Very noisy and dusty, hammering and drilling starting at 8am and lasting until late afternoon. No prior notice, acknowledgement or offer to rectify. Mgr. actually argued that construction was in building next door when we could see by simply looking over the railing! - Water pressure would completely disappear 3 minutes into EVERY shower. 10 minutes of shivering until it returned. No explanation or offer to rectify after given notice. - No soap of any kind in the unit upon check-in, was supplied later. - Worst vacation rental experience to date.

The appartment and porto Santo Stefano are perfect for enjoying a holiday. The views from the terrace of the apartment are wonderful, having breakfast on the terrace is an unbeatable way to start the day. The Kitchen is small but more than enough to prepare the dinner. Antonella was a fantastic hostess and gave us very good advice on excursions in the area

Die Wohnung gut eingerichtet und weitestgehend in Ordnung. Problematisch ist die Versorgung mit Wasser. Es wird kalt und hört oft vollkommen auf zu laufen. Das ist besonders beim Duschen sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten war alles o.k..

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem sauberen modernen Appartement verbracht. Es ist zentral gelegen und die Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.Speziell erwähnen möchte ich den super Service durch Antonella. Sie war super nett und stehts darum bemüht das wir uns wohl fühlen, gab uns hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder dieses Appartement mieten. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Appartement ist Zentral gelegen, man erreicht die Restaurants zu Fuss. Es war sehr sauer und hatte alles was man für die Ferien braucht. Speziell erwähnen möchte ich den super Service durch Antonella, Sie hat uns hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge gegeben und war sehr darum bemüht das alles in Ordnung war und wir unseren Urlaub so richtig geniessen konnten. Bei Fragen konnten wir Sie jederzeit erreichen. Wir würden wieder dieses Appartement mieten. Manifique.
