Location was good.

There were toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, Soap, or basically anything. Also my daughter itched all night and woke up with big bug bites on her.

Excellent location, older hotel but with the value. Nothing fancy but comfortable.

The location and views are excellent. The room was spacious and the pool was very refreshing. It’s nicely manicured and nice landscaping. The communication with the manager was good.. all handled via text. Very accommodating.

There is no elevator, the stairs are old and not even, the Wi-Fi code didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t work and I spent 1 hour programming it, the kitchen is old and the cabinets have evidence of an old roach infestation, the sofa bed was broken and had sand and mildew once opened, to enter the interior of the property you have an access code to the lobby but have to go through 2 doors and 2 pool gates… not fun when you have suitcases and hands full.

Better directions should be given about the code and how to enter the room. There are two panels. Which one do you use. We didn't think the one below the knob worked. We touched it and it did not light up. Floor in the bathroom looks dirty. No extra toilet paper and we almost ran out. No extra blankets for the bed. Most of the parking is in the sand.

Never never ever again. Trying to get $ back from American Express!

Nothing was kept nicely except the pool area. There was no housekeeping to be found and no one staffing the front desk area the entire time we were there. Very frustrating!

Room was dirty, floors were filthy bathroom the same actual hair balls on floor of closet and bathroom! Dishes in cupboard were dirty, blood stains on the semi clean towels, air conditioning units filters were filthy as well! The worst was the door to the unit was seemingly tried to be kicked in and never repaired. We took many pictures!

Did not get a chance to stay Evilina kicked us out!!!!

The lady managing the property aka Star...has no business being in hospitality! She was condescending & rude.

We booked for 5 nights & were unable to get to the property until the second night so my daughter & her fiance were staying there. She is 18 & he is 22. She evicted them the next morning before I could even get there!!! What a scam no refund !!!She kept saying that someone had to be 25??? This is no where in their policies!!!

Unit was sufficient and location was great. Would not stay again unless we had 1st floor unit.

Location was great, steps away from beach. Pool was nice.

We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Access to our room was through pool area and up 3 flights of steps. Very difficult to get luggage and groceries to room.

very clean property was very nice but it wasn’t told that it has no elevator for handicap only handicap rooms

great view and beautiful weather enjoy it but it don’t have a elevator for handicap didn’t have a handicap room on the first floor very disappointing to get to my room. It was very hard on the stairs

I didn’t like that no one told me there was no elevator for handicap person that has very bad knees having surgery in three weeks very painful going up and down the stairs. Thank you.

Ocean Get-away

I loved the location! The suite was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen had everything you could want/need. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and clear. We loved it!

My only two concerns were that our room was on the third floor with no elevator, and only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to purchase toilet paper, and for the price of the room there should have been extra. Otherwise, the place was great!

we loved being on the ocean with a fair price. loved the layout. it was a bit far to walk to get to Flagler Ave.

I had an older room that required a key. I was originally given the wrong code to get in. I had to text a few times to get in. I had to lug 3 keys around to get in and out of facilities

Poor abomination for the price

Location is beautiful

No staff on hand for bath towels or room cleaning. Room also smells like mold. They had a dehumidifier in the room that had to be emptied every 4 hours

Restful oceanfront get away with great staff, Robert was very helpful with check in, out, friendly.

Ocean view and kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful.

If there was an elevator, 3rd floor. Hurricane just passed so could not use pool.

Very good

Nice place with beautiful views and great pool. We liked the location a lot.

Parking lot was small and extra parking was across a very busy 4 lane part of A1A. Running across it was pretty intimidating but otherwise great place. These are individually owned units so each is different. Our unit was missing a coffee pot which made us quite sad but fortunately one of the very kind neighbors loaned us one.

Older hotel offers beachfront access.

This older hotel, though somewhat renovated and clean, shows a lot of wear. Besides the maintenance manager, there is no staff on property for customer service.

on the beach, pool, good location, and simple enough

no elevator, central air, no dish soap yet needed to clean dishes or fined $40. no cleaning supplies, only one roll of toilet paper and paper towel. keypad didn’t work, needed to contact house keeping for key. parking limited, people parked that weren’t staying at coastal waters.
