Amazing apartment

Very good location, free parking, very clean apartment, amazing view to the Adriatic Sea, well equipped kitchen, friendly host, overall it was an amazing experience and we recommend this location.

Superb

We stayed in de 2-bedroom Appartment with 5 people and the teenagers used the bed sofa and created an bedroom of the sitting room. The jacuzzi on our terrace was an extra bonus for the kids 😀 The apartment was complete, clean and everything you would need is available. An AC available in every room We have used the gas bbq and washing machine (shared facilities).. Bakery, small supermarkets only 3 min walking distance. Different beaches, restaurants within walking distance. Small mall nearby Sheraton hotel at srebreno at 10 min. Walking. The owners live on the top oand are so kind! We would love to go back and stay longer

Spotlessly clean & cozy family apartment close to everything and amazing sea view from the terrace!

We absolutely loved our stay at our 2 x bedroom's apartment which exceeded our expectations! The hosts were so absolutely welcoming and made it smoothly possible to both check in earlier on our arrival and check out later in the evening as we had an evening flight. With two small children we really appreciated this flexibility and smooth arrangements. The apartment itself is so lovely and spotlessly clean - I would really recommend it for a family of four or five. There's even play station and netflix which was quite nice plus for the children. There is a small supermarket and bakery just few steps away and the most lovely beach(es) 5-minutes-walk away. The view from the big terrace to the adriatic sea is amazing and as a highlight there is a jacuzzi on the terrace - just for your own use. With july's heatwave we really enjoyed cooling in the terrace and also thanking our hosts that the water wasn't too warm but just perfectly cooling. We would definitely go back to this one, one of the best apartments we've experienced so far!

Very good.

Very good location, close to beaches, restaurants& coffee bars, supermarket, bakeries and bus station if you need, property have free parking (leave car there during your stay), everything you need is at healthy walking distance and going to old town Dubrovnik by bus or Uber is way cheaper than going with your own car.

Trully amazing

Absolutely everything, it was very close to the beach. Amenities were excellent. It exceed our expectations. On top of that I can't express the amount of gratitude towards the owner. Absolutely amazing.

This is our first break using a self catering apartment, it won’t be our last! Our stay was wonderful, helped by gloriou

I loved everything about this property, Valimar and Delaborka made us feel so welcome and could not have been more helpful getting us settled in, even taking us to the supermarket, a lovely friendly family! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, everything we needed was there and a lot of extras which made our stay even more pleasant. Installing a hot tub as a surprise for us was the icing on the cake! The balcony has a sea view and you can see lovely sunsets. There is an outside BBQ at the back of the property should you want to use it. Also wash8ng machine and drier should you need it. Mlini is a lovely little town and has several beaches within walking distance if the apartment, the shopping mall is about a 10 minute walk, Kupari about the same, the bus stop for Cavtat and Dubrovnik if a couple of minutes walk away. The main road is very busy but once crossed there are lots of footpaths down to the esplanade which runs from Sbreno past Mlini and then wooded trails to Solini and Platt.

I wish we had booked three weeks not two!

Perfect apartment

We must have been really lucky booking this apartment. It's so perfect and the host Velimir is so friendly that our kids didn't want to go further on our holiday trip. I really wish to come back.

Velimir and his family couldn't do enough for us, leaving little gifts, to giving us lifts where we wanted to go, apartment was spotless to.

Perfect summer break in Mlini

This sea-facing apartment is 15 minutes from the airport and was enjoyed by our family of 5 for 10 days and has a very contemporary feel and is much bigger than the photo's suggest, particularly the lounge space. The owners have gone to a great effort to create a luxurious-feeling space. There is an ensuite shower and toliet in the double room and a washing machine in the main bathroom (shower and toilet) which meant we could travel light. We were met by Velimir Blazevik who showed us around and brought cold drinks which was refreshing after our journey from the UK. The family demonstrated great Croatian hospitality and let us use their barbecue/outdoor space when we cooked in the apartment, to eat outside under their lighted awning. On my birthday, Ana surprised us with a bottle of wine and treats, yet we didn't meet her until leaving on our final day. The family are there if you need anything (they kindly leant us umbrellas when a tropical storm hit!) but otherwise we we were left to explore Mlini and Dubrovnik and enjoy time in the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with views of the Adriatic that stretches the length of the lounge and twin room and can be accessed from both. The area is quiet with kiwis and grapes growing in the neighbours gardens. There are several beaches within a short walk and good snorkeling, coffee shops, restaurants and bars - the area isn't over-developed and you can walk the beach fronted path for about 3k. There are children's play areas in the woods by the sea and we felt very safe the whole time - crime is very low in Croatia. The terrain is very hilly as the whole area, including Dubrovnik is built on the side of the mountains so there are steps up from the beach which helped keep us in shape (a bit!). The WiFi was fast and has obviously been updated given earlier reviews and Netflix was helpful on the 1 stormy night.

Nothing to say that could improve our stay.

It has been the best stay so far in our lives.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They welcomed us like best friends. The location was perfect. Of course the weather was perfect as well. We would like to stay there forever :) and definitely want to go to Mlini again.

Nicely decorated and very clean

Nicely decorated, spacious and very clean apartment. Comfortable bed as well as a sofa. The bathroom has everything you need. Welcome gift from the hosts was a nice gesture and they were very kind and helpfull.

Great clean apartment by the sea with everything you need and a wonderful host.

The hosts were great and the apartment was better than our expectations. It was very clean, it had everything we needed and most of the things there seemed brand new. It was really good for the price paid. The hosts were really nice to drop by on the second day of our stay with a gift - bottle of local wine and some pastry. The location is near the beaches in Mlini and a Pastry was only a few meters away.
