Clean and newly updated home within walking distance of Seymour Pond. Love that it is also near the Pleasant Lake General Store! Family of four with 2 teens stayed for a week. The house is lovely and super well equipped with ample paddleboards, bikes, floaties, etc. Owner also super responsive on text for questions. I think you are supposed to bring your own linens but we found ample linens for all beds and bathrooms. Would stay again!

Great property with everything you need. Close to beaches and the pond walking distance from the house was an added bonus. The extras such as the bikes, paddle boards and fishing rods made this an easy stray for us as we had less to pack. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well as the outdoor shower. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt secluded in a good way. We were still close to most local attractions and getting around the cape was super easy from this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and Darcy was very responsive when I reached out to her. We would definitely stay again!

We invited friends from the US to stay with us at this lovely Cape cottage. Being from the UK, we really appreciated all the help and kindness shown by Darcy and Robert. We had a fabulous time. The cottage had everything we needed, we did a lot of cooking and the kitchen worked really well, will good quality appliances etc. Living room and bedrooms were fab too! We would love to come back and stay here again 😀

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We appreciated having a great kitchen, backyard with patio, seating, grill and corn hole, washer and dryer and areas to spread out with good WIFI too. The location worked well for us: 1)it's a short walk to a neighborhood beach/dock area on the nearby pond 2) it's a short bike ride from the house to the Rail Trail where we could ride into Brewster for coffee, lunch (and even beyond when we found ourselves not to far from Crosby Lane and decided to ride down to Crosby Landing beach) 3) it's also close to Brewster, Dennis, Harwich and a little longer drive to Chatham & Orleans where we found grocery stores, restaurants, shopping etc. Darcy was very responsive and helpful as well.

My husband, two college kids and I enjoyed a lovely week in August! Went to several local beaches, some by car and some by bike. Took a trip to Provincetown one day, and just generally relaxed in this pristine and well thought out home.
