Set in a secure, gated community overlooking the sea - Fuentes de Nerja has beautiful grounds with orange trees greeting you as you enter. This fantastic ground floor apartment has it all. Overlooking the pool with sea views - relax and enjoy sitting on your balcony .The pool ( which has a lifeguard during the summer months) is surrounded by a lawned area where you can sunbathe. Pool opening times are currently 10.00 until 20.00
( The pool is closed daily from 15.00-17.00 for siesta time )
An abundance of cafes, tapas bars restaurants, shops and the beach are waiting for you just outside Fuentes gates. A short pleasant stroll will take you to the famous Balcon de Europa . So much to see and do, all within walking distance. This is the beauty of this apartment location. The accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 people and is furnished to a very high standard. It has a large lounge/dining area , two bedrooms one with an en suite and one family bathroom. A separate,modern fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops which includes a cooker ,fridge/freeezer, microwave and washing machine. The apartment has also has a safe for your personal belongings. You will be more than comfortable in this lovely apartment. It's location is ideal as it is accessible by ramps so is suitable for both elderly or disabled guests. The apartment also has the added benefit of WiFi and UK TV. Air-Conditioning is installed with the unit being situated in the lounge/living area . It is operated by € meter on a pay as you use basis.

We had a fantastic holiday here and would highly recommend it. The apartment was lovely and in a great location with lots of good restaurants nearby. The pool was great, a good size and ideal for families and the nearest beach was just a few minutes walk.
Karen was really helpful and very responsive if we had any questions.

Property is in the centre of everything you would need in Nerja. Sea and beach just meters away, basically right next door to 5 of the best restaurants you could ask for. Just a few minutes walk from the Balcon. Overlooking the pool and the sea beyond it’s in a perfect position

Well equipped., welcome amount of basics sugar , salt herbs , seats, good location to town and beach ( not overcrowded ) and view of pool which is wry clean . Nerja is a busy town with mixed visitors . We have now returned to this block of apartments 6 times .

Apartment is ideally located for access to local beaches, restaurants, bars. Suited our needs just fine. 2 week stay in an ideal apartment which had evrything you would need, good kitchen, open space living room with plenty of channel choice on tv. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. 5 mins or less walk from Torecilla beach, 7 mins or less from Balcon. We had a car hire. Parking anywhere in Nerja is a bit of a pain but you will always get a space on the outskirts of the town which is maybe a 10/12 min walk from the apartment. Right side of town if you want to go to frigiliana, Torox costa, Malaga. We’ll hopefully be returning.

Fabulous location close to all the wonderful streets bars and restaurants Nerja has to offer. The apartment has one of the best positions on the complex and is adequately spacious for a couple and even has the added convenience of a second bathroom and shower. The main bedroom and dining area both have lovely views of the pool and the sea beyond.
Only small criticisms which if addressed would give a 5 star rating are poor mattress quality as we are used to a decent bed at home, the bedding is somewhat tired and marked and could do with an update and the key box is very fiddly there is a knack to it ! so probably should be upgraded.
All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend and return

The apartment is well placed for the beach, there’s a good choice of restaurants close by and the centre of Nerja is just up the road.
It is well furnished and comfortable (although we would have liked a firmer mattress!) and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. with a good selection of cutlery, glasses and cooking accessories.
Both bathrooms are modern.
Karen has been great to deal with too.
We really enjoyed our stay.

An ideal spot
The apartment is spacious - 2 bathrooms a big plus - with a view of the (excellent) pool and the sea beyond. The complex is spotlessly clean and pretty perfectly located: there’s a strip of restaurants on the doorstep, shops and cafes and bars on the local street and, a five or ten minute walk away the bustle of the Balcon de Europe. Great array of beaches too. We loved it here.

Latest experience of visit to Nerja.
Very fine apartment in a lovely block and close to all amenities. We had 2 concerns however:
1. Difficulty accessing key safe. Arrived late on 1st Oct - was quite dark and only for our taxi driver (Pepe) who spent almost 15 mins before successfully getting safe opened we would be stranded!
2. While apartment itself was good the beds were uncomfortable especially in small room. The bedclothes and pillows were worn and tacky. Otherwise we always enjoy Nerja.

Unbeatable location!
I don’t think you could find a better location, almost beachfront location. Minutes to balcon and a multitude of bars and restaurants. Lovely well maintained apartment. Good communication from host. Parking is a bit of nightmare, if you are only visiting Nerja I wouldn’t recommend a car due to this.

This was our first visit to Nerja and we were so glad to find that we had picked the perfect apartment and area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally situated close to restaurants, torricilla beach and a short pleasant stroll from the town centre. We would definately book again

Great location - we loved Nerja!
We’ve just returned from a lovely 10-day stay in this apartment in Nerja. It really is in a fabulous position and feels safe and secure. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The pool is great and well-maintained and we didn’t have any issues getting a spot around it. The kids loved it! There are shops and restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk away you are by the Balcón de Europa, which is bustling with tourists, shops, cafes and entertainment. We ate out most nights and it was reasonable. Our favourite restaurant was La Bottega, next to the apartment. Do try the tapas at Redondo bar and Sevillano.
Very very slight annoyances were the the remote for the uk tv channels didn’t work - but we didn’t miss the tv to be honest. Also, there is an issue with raw sewage in sea and that put us off using the beaches. People still go in the water though, it was our preference not to. The pool was fine for us and we enjoyed just pottering about and soaking up the atmosphere.
We recommend the Rio Chillar walk and a visit to Frigiliana.

Fabulous apartment and great holiday!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is fully equiped with everything you need, very comfortable and clean in a gated secure complex with a lovely inviting pool to relax around. Great central location too very close to lots of beaches, bars, restaurants & shops where everything is only a short walk away. Karen the owner was very helpful answering any questions very quickly from the initial booking to during our stay. We had a fantastic week and would definately recommend.

Everything required for a fantastic relaxing break, walking distance to lots of beaches, cafes, restaurants & shops. Eating out v reasonably priced! The apartment has everything you need and very clean. Comfortable beds, great showers, towels, deck chairs for using round the pool, everything you could need in the kitchen including cling film, tea towels etc - little things that make it a home from home! And dead central- would defo go back

Amazing holiday
We’ve had a fantastic 12 days at this apartment. Everything about our stay has been good. The weather was great, the pool was great, the apartment had everything that we needed. Close to amenities and attractions. Lots of walking, eating, drinking and resting. What more do you need for your holiday. Bliss!!!

Apartment in a great location, clean well equipped and helpful very pleasant owners
The owner met us at the gates of the apartment complex after messaging that we were leaving the airport and escorted us to the apartment. It is situated on the ground-floor overlooking the pool with a view beyond that to the sea. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable with 2 bathrooms (great for 4 women getting ready at the same time). It is a 5 minute walk to the streets of the old town with its many cafes and restaurants. However there are also several restaurants just to the left of the apartments and we ate in three of these during our stay. We definitely will return to Nerja and will be checking the availability of this apartment when we do so.

Amazing stay will definatly return 😍
Had a fantastic family holiday with 2 teenage children. Firstly location amazing walking distance to beach lots of shops resteraunts and supermarkets literally everything on your doorstep. The apartment has everything you would need to be basically home from home especially WiFi and uk tv which although we wasn’t it appt a lot was a great bonus. The pool is large very clean with a lifeguard which I’ve never seen before lots of sun chairs available in the appartnent also. Special mention has to go to Karen the owner from the start of booking process answered emails quickly and efficiently and on day of departure my husband had locked the door with our passports inside it was a very frantic time for us however Karen was amazing and really deserves a huge thank you for solving that situation wouldn’t hesitate to book this appt again and can’t wait to return again😍😍

Great apartment in a fab location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Nerja with to 14 year old boys. The apartment is clean, well equipped and centrally located. Loads on the doorstep including beaches and restaurants. We hope to return for sure. The owner was very helpful and responsive offering some good advice and help where needed. In summary GREAT!!!

Lovely apartment in a great location.
We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in a lovely apartment. Very well kept apartment and pool area, 2 bathrooms were an added bonus along with WiFi to keep two teenage girls happy (13 & 15).
The nearest beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and the main Burriana beach only a 15 min stroll. Loads of lovely restaurants right on your doorstep and plenty of shops/stalls to keep all amused.
This was our 2nd visit to Nerja and this apartment complex, but first time in this apartment. Would highly recommend and hope to return again in the future.
