We enjoyed the stay and would return as long as some of the things were updated and more family friendly.

We really enjoyed the room it was decent size for the 6 of us and the kitchen was clean and ready to use, the view and balcony was great with plenty of Room to enjoy, parking was great because it was covered and assigned so no searching for a spot.

It was very nice and the view was great from the large balcony. There were a few things I think could be different, there is carpet all through and no decent vacuum to clean it, the washer and dryer make horrible noises when in use, the fan provided was broken upon arrival and there were no blankets for the beds just a small (very thin) throw type blanket

The weather was wonderful , we always love our beach time , pretty disappointed in the amenities this time though

We love the location , we have stayed here for years just not in this particular condo

Well the condo had carpet in it which wouldn’t have mattered except that the whole place had a musty smell to it , no blankets , the comforters were paper thin , the garbage disposal didn’t work and the bar ice maker didn’t work. On our 3rd day someone else Parked in our parking place , I reported it to security and he said he had already written them a citation that day for Parking in another spot with no parking pass . He went and knocked on the condo door but nothing was done , the car stayed there all Night . Security now Seems To be a young boy in a security t-shirt instead of the security they have had in the past . I got off the elevator one night and walked into a lobby full Of young thuggish looking boys and was quite frankly a little frightened . I hope Regency is not going Down the tubes

For the amount of money we paid, we were not pleased.

I notified Vacasa of the issues with the condo. There were multiple issues.They were quick to answer but issues could not be resolved with us being there. I do not recommend this condo

Great Vacation Spot!

Beautiful beachfront condo with awesome ocean views. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and fun little day trips to beaches, museums, and historical sites. Orange Beach is a great location to visit and stay with your family!

Cheaply furnished bare minimum

Location

Terrible management company. Held on the phone for 30 minutes to get correct code to enter room. Only one hair dryer that didn't work. One towel each, no face clothes. Four people in room and only 3 wristbands left and they confirmed 4 people. Poorly stocked utensils. Cheapest toilet paper I have ever used. Management company said they would take care of towels, hair dryer, and wristbands but never did. $5 stackable patio chairs that I was afraid may collapse or break under me. Blanket on bed felt like a mixture of paper and polyester. Heard a loud bang first day sitting in living room, picture fell off wall in bathroom and broke into peices. Thank goodness no one was in there. Could be a nice place if it wasn't furnished so cheaply and management company was better and did what they said.

Would definitely stay again.

The location was great. Not too crowded. Beautiful view from the balcony. Loved the balcony access in the master too.

The condo was a little dated and needs a good cleaning. The furniture on the balcony is extremely uncomfortable. Cushions would be nice. The slide lock on the front door was broken. Looked like someone broke in so we were a little concerned about safety.

It was enjoyable

The view of the beach from the deck was awesome. We could see the dolphins in the water. The beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet.

Work was being done on the elevators on our floor, which led to a lot of inconvenience coming and going from the location. Would have been nice to know about before we arrived. Hauling groceries was inconvenient. The blow dryer did not work, the toaster only worked on one side, the sheets on the bed in the front bedroom did not fit correctly (ended up finding some in the closet and changing them out). This was our first visit to a condo rental like this so we felt a little detached. No one to talk to about issues.

Regency Isle Getaway

Loved the view. Everything was neat and clean.

Mattresses were not very comfortable. Balcony chairs were flimsy and not very sturdy. Didnt compare with picture on booking site.

Disappointing

The view and proximity to resturants, entertainment and the beach.

Unit needs updating and a deep clean with new furniture. When booking reservations, not clear on directions to the complex, parking or how to get to the unit.

Good but would have been great except for the darn door codesand wi-fi!

I would give five stars except for a couple of problems. we had a lot of difficulties with the door code. we finally got into the property after some thirty minutes of frustration in very hot weather after driving for eight hours. That was exasperating. Then after using that code for three days, it would not work anymore. When I called the help number the lady with a strong accent that was difficult to understand gave me a couple of codes that did not work then she hung up or at least we lost contact. We kept experimenting and finally got into the property. later I did get a call from a tech guy willing to help. Finally, we were unable to have Wi-Fi service while there. I will not go into details but that was frustrating as well. The property was good and we were very pleased with all areas except those two problems.

Superb

Loved the view! The easiness to get around the facility was wonderful for my 76 year old mom. The condo was beautiful 😍 We had some serious storms come through during our stay during the night but we felt safe. We will definitely be staying again. Staff was very helpful when questions arose. Loved having referral to location. Definitely helps when traveling.

We wish we could of had earlier check in and enjoy the pool and beach facilities for the day. We definitely understand it takes time to clean room and was good with waiting but would of enjoyed a day at pool or beach while we waited. Definitely need to reconsider that guideline.

Everything was very clean.

The location was perfect. The condo was spacious.

The patio chairs were all rusted and bent. Two chairs were still usable but they were kinda sketchy. The dryer was very loud and the shelf above it was ripped down and leaning on the wall. Also the box fan was missing a blade. They probably should all be replaced. However none of that had any effect on our stay.
