This was a much needed family vacation for our family of 8 and the Seawind #1109 DELIVERED!!!!

The best parts of our rental were the location, the balcony furniture, and the amount of room we had for our family of 8. The accommodations were pretty amazing.

The sofa bed and king mattress in the 2nd bedroom need to be updated. We purchased a mattress topper so 2 of our kids could be more comfortable sleeping on the broke down sofa bed.

Great location, marginal condo unit, dirty

We loved being right on the ocean and the beach itself was beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to check out the gym.

The pools were closed so we can’t speak for those. As for our specific condo unit 1109 when we arrived The floors were dirty, and there was a shoe left behind, and there were hairs on the beds in the sheets. After reaching out to customer service and informing them, they did not take any action and acted unprofessional at times. When I checked out, I inquired about the status of our complaint and a possible partial refund and they told me no, but didn’t offer any sort of compromise for the state of the condo. They also did not offer any basic amenities, such as salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, hand soap, a washcloth for the kitchen etc. we had to go out and buy every last basic item for a short four night stay. We have stayed in many condos in the past and never ran into such scarcity.

the toaster in the Condo would burn the toast on all settings. You need a new toaster for the Condo

Very good

The location was beautiful, very comfortable and clean.

The parking garage / lot and having only 2 elevators for a 20 floor faculty was horrible. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for an elevator at one point.

Amazing place

Spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable, homey feel, amazing view, peaceful. If you're looking for a place to relax and get away from the busy life, this is it. Look no further. This place exceeds expectations by far. So much more than we could've imagined. The beds is fantastic, super comfy. A/C kicks, if you like to keep it cool, you'll have no problems

Our particular shower head wasn't the greatest, however the other bathroom shower was great. We had great water pressure though, just a bad shower head.

It was wonderful, the family loved it and we had a great time.

Our key code didnt work, but I texted them and they immediately replied with a new one

Nothing major but a few cleaning supplies should have been left under the sink. We had a 10 year old and 13 year old, who can be messy at times and cleaning up after them was a must.

Perfect

So beautiful, the view was gorgeous. Very clean and well stocked. Lots of space and room to move around.

When we first got there, the key code was incorrect but handled quickly. We had to call for our wristbands, but again handled very quickly. The front room was pretty stuffy. There was a box for a fan in the master closet, but the fan wasn’t anywhere.

Not enough elevators and one kept breaking down. Did not have WiFi the whole week.

When we arrived the clothes drier didn’t work. Made a call to get it fix and no one ever came to fix it.

Great room, bad parking

The room was clean and the beach was perfect, great location..I would definitely stay again if better parking.

TERRIBLE PARKING! There should have been some warning about the lack of parking space or at least other parking arrangements available. Extremely hard to park.

Relaxation

If you are looking for an excellent condo/apartment this one is perfect. Plenty of room. The views were amazing.

What I didn’t like was the pool was closed. They are working at the property so there was noise. The winds were blowing and the gulf was closed. VERY disappointed that the pool was closed. That was a main reason we rented this property.

Entry code given didn't work I was first given. I called for assistance and was told someone would call me but no one did. I called back and kensi helped me with another one

It was nice and comfortable.

The room was very nice and roomy. Way more space than two people needed. Well decorated and furnished.

Railings rattled a lot when it got windy. The stairwell whistled really loud. We had to prop open the stairs door to make it quit.

We really did enjoy ourselves. The location was great. Just the place itself needs brightened up

The location was perfect!!!! The place was decent.

It seemed dirty in there. We had to wipe the floors when we got there because the dirt on them was kind of gross. Maybe an upgrade on the washer and dryer would be nice. The dryer takes forever to dry. The tubs were outdated and very stained. I felt very uncomfortable using them without my flip flops on

Over the stay was very good and I would rent this property again because of the location.

I liked the fact that the Condo was on the beach, that there was an elevator attendant, the carts that were downstairs were very helpful with getting back and forth to the car, and I like the fact that there was three bedrooms.

Property needs to update the furniture. Missing one chair to kitchen table and all the chairs were falling apart. Sofa was very hard, we asked for extra towels when we arrived on Friday....we did not receive the towels until Saturday night.
