About this villa rental

This fabulous 6 bedroom property on a large 6,500m2 plot comprising of a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a separate 2 bedroom cottage with its own living room and kitchen. The cottage is connected by the covered terrace and bar area. This is an ideal child friendly villa for families or friends holidaying together.

The villa is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Located between the quaint fishing village of Benagil with its pretty beach and restaurants and the popular holiday resort town of Carvoeiro with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.

Accommodation: The villa has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen contained in the main building and a further 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and bathroom in a self contained cottage connected by the terrance and bar area. Indoor/outdoor open plan living is what this stunning villa is all about. Multiple terraces surround a barbecue and bar area with beer tap (a beer keg can be provided for an additional fee). The terrace overlooks the subtropical gardens and pool which has a fantastic water feature with waterfall, a slide, a bubble seat and sloping beach entrance. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of £180 per week. Next to the pool is a large grassed garden area for children to play and a safety fence around the pool for extra security. The villa is well equipped for children's entertainment with football goal, ping pong table, table football, basketball net, volleyball, lawn bowls and badminton rackets.

The inside of the villa has rustic stone feature walls and wooden beams. Built around the large, stone open fireplace, the living room flows through into the dining area and fully fitted well equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer.

There are two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed and offers panoramic coastal views. The natural stone master en-suite has a large bath and walk-in shower. Also on the top floor offering similar beautiful views is a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is a spacious triple bedroom on the ground floor with patio doors that lead onto the terrace and a en-suite with large bath and walk-in shower. The forth bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom. In the cottage, the living area with open plan kitchen reflects the same warm, rustic charm with the pool just outside the patio doors. A delightful master with a King size bed and a twin bedroom complete this holiday home.

Offering all the benefits of a hideaway property, yet only minutes walk away from two secluded beaches and local restaurants, as well as only five minutes drive to the centre of town, supermarkets, water parks and golf, tennis and sport facilities.

Absolutely perfect villa for our family group of 12. The pool area was fantastic and was like having our own private resort Made good use of the outdoor charcoal bbq and could sit 12 in the dining room. There are also many other options for outside seating in warmer weather. Had the pool heating option as visit was in March. Our hosts were wonderful and available anytime via WhatsApp. Supermarkets and Carvoeiro 10 mins drive for shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property for a group of people. The 2 bedroom separate cottage is ideal for kids or " granny suite "!

Fabulous villa in a great location

Easy booking process and excellent communication throughout. The villa is equipped with everything you could need, including cot & high chair for baby. Each bedroom is generously sized and meant we all had our own space. Comfy beds too! The pool is wonderful, keeping the kids occupied for hours. The slide is an added bonus you don’t normally see in most villas. We loved the location. Walking distance to Benagil beach & a 5 minute drive to Carvoeiro. Supermarkets are also only a short drive, as is Slide & Splash. We were able to keep in touch with the property owners throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to delay our check out time, as we had a night flight & there was no one booked into the villa immediately after us. This allowed us to have a very relaxing final day watching the Rugby World Cup final in Carvoeiro! What a great atmosphere! This is our third stay in Carvoeiro and this was, by far, the best villa we have stayed in. In short, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This Villa was so lovely , it was clean & very spacious .All bedrooms had on suites and the master bedroom was really nice.The grandchildren loved the pool , we had it heated so they didn’t want to get out .There was 10 of us & we all loved it . Next time we would think about hiring a car as supermarket about 20 mins away, but we managed with taxis.Would love to go again .

with 5 very excited grandchildren it had plenty to occupy all of them. well worth heating the pool as weather was on the cool side. easy walk to benagil with lovely beach and several restaurants. lovely clifftop walks and stunning scenery

Fantastic villa

9 of us stayed for 10 nights and what a great choice it was. From start to finish we had a fantastic time. The villa is well furnished and really clean and stocked with everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was a true delight. We opted for pool heating which was well worth the extra charge. Benagil beach is just a short walk away and there are restaurants within walking distance too. We have already recommended this villa to friends and family anc would love to return in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for a week in September with 12 of our family members to celebrate a special birthday. This is the 3rd villa we have rented abroad and this is by far the best. The villa is finished to an extremely high standard throughout and is very spacious. Perfect for a large group. The pool and garden are wonderful and the children loved the slide into the pool. The location is good, just a 5-10 min walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants. We used taxis to go into Carvoeiro town some evenings which worked well. We have no negatives at all and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The villa is stunning. It has everything for a perfect weeks holiday. I would recommend paying for the pool heating and would say a car is very useful unless you are happy to rely on taxis.

On arrival at Villa Concha, our party of 14 (age range from 1 year - 74 years) were overwhelmed by the size and cleanliness of the property. Plenty of space and immaculate everywhere. There was just so much to do - an amazing swimming pool with slide, large gardens for ball games and relaxing and the bar area was something else. Everything you needed was there. The kitchen was also so well equipped. We didn't hire a car as the walks around the cliff tops were stunning. The beach was 1km away and a lovely walk down and we found a mini supermarket about 2km away in the other direction. We would recommend the boat trip to the caves. We had the most amazing holiday here and are looking forward to coming back in a few years time. We would certainly recommend this villa,

Villa Concha is a huge, beautiful and extremely clean, well equipped villa with a lovely swimming pool complete with water slide. The outside eating and bar areas are fantastic and the large garden beautiful. There were 16 of us (3 generations) including twin babies, the huge master bedroom was easily big enough for the two cots to go in. Thank you to Liz for all your help with our booking, you couldn't have been more helpful. We all have very happy memories of a wonderful family holiday.

12 of us stayed at villa concha for 10 days in September ranging in age from 1 to 90 . We had such a lovely holiday and have so many happy memories to cherish . Villa was clean , well equipped, spacious and comfortable. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Would definitely stay again.

Villa concha is even better than the pictures and description suggest. It is well equipped, extremely comfortable and so spacious. The outside is delightful with a lovely large garden and outstanding pool. We went for pool heating and so glad we did. The outdoor dining area is superb! We spent our days relaxing by the pool or taking the 10 minute stroll to the beach. We took a boat trip round the caves which was fantastic. In the evenings we mostly ate at he villa but we did have a couple of enjoyable meals at the local restaurants. I highly recommend the villa and challenge anyone not to enjoy their time there.

Wonderful holiday, amazing villa

We had a really lovely holiday at Villa Concha. It is a huge, luxurious villa with a lovely swimming pool with great water feature and slide, plenty of sun loungers and sunshade, fab BBQ area and bar with beer pump. Inside there is loads of space. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds and sofas are all very comfy! It is a short walk down the hill to the beach and restaurants. We had a really great holiday, relaxed by the pool, ate lovely food and generally enjoyed the luxury! The whole booking process was quick and easy. There were 11 of us (All generation from toddlers thought to grandparents) and we all loved it. We really hope to come again! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!
