BACKGROUND
Fantastic panoramic sea views from Bordighera (Italy) to St John Cap Ferrat. Wake up with the sound of birds and enjoy the sunrise seascape behind the Casino of Monte Carlo. After the sunset, from the balcony, the best view for fireworks shows from Monaco. You'll be staying at a Belle Epoch Palace, a historic monument built in 1898. Clean, high ceilings (5m high), well-furnished classic building with wooden blue shutters and a glass dome winter garden built by Gustave Eiffel. Where in the past rich Russian, Austro-Hungarian and English clientele stayed. Recently, a few scenes of the spy film "Möbius" have been filmed, with famous French actor Jean Dujardin, Cécile de France and Ukrainian actor Alexei Gorbunov.

• Separated toilets at the entrance downstairs.
• Kitchen: Full equipped kitchen.
• Living room: with comfortable sofa and armchair, large TV and DVD.
• Bedroom: double bed (160) - Ensuite bathroom with bath, and sink.
• Separated toilets on the mezzanine.
• All bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning once a week at cost per hour (unless more often is required).
• Resident Private Parking. A private closed garage can be available on request. (Daily rate).

All amenities and restaurants (5 mins walk). Walk 2 mins to the true heart of Monaco. Discover music, shopping in the city, "Casino Square" hotspot or "Metropole Shopping Center". Opera and cinema nearby. Visit art exhibitions. Have lunch at the beach with loungers. Dine in some of the finest restaurants or join the jet set night-life. At the top of the Rock, the Monaco Palace, soul of the Principality with its medieval streets. The world renowned oceanographic museum with its huge aquarium. Watch the changing of the guard of the "Riflemen" daily at 11:55 am. Visit the Palace and see the Gallery of Hercules, the Throne Room and the Double Staircase decorated with the court of honor.
