Beautiful design apartment located in the heart of the city just a few minutes walk from the most emblematic places. Luxury apartment with quality furniture that will make you feel at home, a perfect choice to visit Granada.
The apartment has a terrace in all its rooms, which allows the entry of natural light. It consists of a spacious and bright room equipped for 6 people. The kitchen has all the utensils you may need during your stay. It has two fully equipped bathrooms, Both with bathtub.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms include two single beds each. Thanks to its privileged location you can visit the main monuments of the city without need of public transport: Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Alcaicería, etc ... The property is also surrounded by a magnificent commercial and gastronomic area of recognized prestige.

We were first given the wrong address. I had reached out to the company multiple times to confirm location and were to park a couple days before hand. Knowing with a family of 5 we would have lots of luggage and it was over 100 degrees. We finally asked a kind man to help us and called the number. A nice woman met us and took us to the property 5 blocks away. The address is wrong in Expedia. The electricity went out multiple times through the day and night causing our food to spoil and in a heat wave loosing ac was difficult through out the night as we try to sleep causing the refrigerator to beep all night. I am mad at myself and was warned in the reviews about the Colin Night Clib outside our window from midnight until 7 AM it is extremely loud. We were told by host it would be quiet in July since most people are away. It is not true. I truly regret booking this place.

I traveled with my two sisters-in-law and the apartment was spacious enough for us to have our own privacy when needed and common space to have breakfast or relax at the end of a day of walking.
This apartment is in an ideal location. It is close to everything you want to see in Granada: the Albaicin neighborhood, live gipsy shows, the cathedral and many restaurants and cafes. The Ahlambra is also very close and is walkable if you don't mind going uphill.
Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property.

I've visited Granada 7 times, and its a place I can never get enough of, and where I'm hoping to semi-retire in the next 12 mos. So when I decided to visit my niece in Amsterdam, I also asked her if she wanted to see a few of my favorite cities in Spain - for which Granada one my favorite one to share with her. As I was booking flats in each city, I had a few mandatory needs: 2+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, one of the bedrooms had to have an ensuite bathroom; a full kitchen; lots of light; great, central downtown location, near public transport and markets; balcony or patio (outdoor space); elevator; good security; wifi; laundry; comfort. This place hit all the marks, and it was very comfortable. I will absolutely consider renting this place again. There were 2 things that were an issue, which are easily addressed by the property management/owner: 1. There were some things in disrepair - a couple of the blinds in the windows didn't work, so either you had to have them completely up or completely down, defeating the requirement of lots of natural light. There was also a cracked/broken handle to the laundry from the kitchen. 2. The power kept going out due to I did call the management, and they sent over a guy, but he was unable to fix or address any of the issues. Said they would need more time and the right worker to come fix these things. But all in all, I highly recommend!

Lovely sized property. Great amenities. The apartment easily catered for access to everything Granada has to offer, and allowed us to unwind and relax after a day of sightseeing.
A word of warning for those with young families or are light sleepers… you’re in a city centre so there is constant hustle and bustle from local bars and restaurants and night clubs throughout the week.

Super convenient location and very nice apartment. Loved the city everything convenient from the apartment. The only problem is there is a nightclub 50 yards from apartment and noise goes on to 5 am to 7 am nightly. If that isn’t a problem then all good.

This is a lovely flat in the heart of Granada, conveniently located for everything. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend. Only slight issue is that on Fri and Sat nights there is a pumping nightclub nearby. The other nights are fine, and it still didn’t diminish our enjoyment of the flat overall.

Amazing Apartment
I highly recommend this apartment if you plan to stay in Granada. The location is central to everything- the cathedral is close by and the buses leading to the Alhambra are around the corner. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our teens said it was the best place we stayed during our 2 week vacation in Spain. The check-in was easy and they were very accommodating when we arrived later than expected. We would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Granada!

Excellent apartment in perfect location
This apartment was perfect. Very lovely and comfortable. It is in the perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and a 5-10 min beautiful walk to Albaicín. Everything is very walkable from here. Groceries very close by, as well as a bakery and coffee! Many good eating spots easy walk nearby. We loved Carmella’s! Check in and out was very easy and accommodating. Loved it so much that I booked it again for another visit at the end of May!
