Très bel appartement proche de tout🤩

La proximité du centre ville, de la plage, appartement très joliment décoré, très propre, dans un endroit très calme avec une jolie piscine, voilà 7 années que nous venons à corralejo en septembre octobre (meilleure saison), et nous y reviendrons encore 😍😍

Literie défectueux 😞 dommage, mais je n'en veux pas du tout à Katarina💋🇨🇵

Déçu du séjour, piscine fermée 😞

Le lieu, le logement bien situé, le lever du soleil et l'île en général ❤️

La PISCINE EN TRAVAUX, quel dommage de ne pas avoir été averti, alors que les propriétaires étaient au courant depuis janvier 2024, (séjour du 2 au 9 avril) ,nous choisissons le lieu justement pour cette piscine, donc cette déception est avérée et très décevante 😡. La literie est bonne à changer, matelas et oreillers. Malgré notre déception, j'y retournerai car le lieu est juste merveilleux.

pleasant short stay, just wish it was longer!

Katarina was excellent and met us and let us check in early and also stay on a bit after our check out time. she also showed us the maps of the area and checked in with us while we were there to ensure everything was ok. The complex was nice and quiet and relaxed.

Il residence è davvero molto bello e curato, vicino al centro 3 minuti di auto, casa accogliente pulita e a disposizione c’era tutto, lenzuola asciugamani e phon! La signora Katarina è SUPER GENTILE. Bravissima. Appartamento molto consigliato..ritorneremo :)

Kleines Apartment in der Nähe der Dünen, leider laut und renovierungsbedürftig .

Das Mini Apartment befindet sich in der Nähe der Dünen in einer alten Wohnanlage mit schöner Vegetation und Blick auf den Pool. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der Firma eine Flasche Sekt. Es gab gute Handtücher, auch für den Pool. Es gibt fussläufig ein Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt. Die Busstation ist auch in der Nähe.

Das Apartment ist viel kleiner, als es auf den Bildern scheint . Es liegt in einer großen, alten Wohnanlage. Das Schlafzimmerfenster befindet sich zu einer Straße und in der Nähe sind die großen Mülltonnen. Diese werden jeden Morgen lauthals gegen 3:00 Uhr von der Müllabfuhr geleert. Früh morgens fahren an dieser Straße auch die Reisebusse zu den Hotels. Man hat Nachbarn, links und rechts , über und unter einem. Es ist sehr laut! Die Gäste nehmen kaum Rücksicht. Das Apartment ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel sind sehr alt, nur das Bad wurde renoviert. Das Bett besteht nur aus einem Gestell mit einer einfachsten Matratzenauflage, durchgelegen und viel zu weich. Die Wollbettdecken hatten Löcher und rochen Stark, sie wurden dann auf Anfrage ausgetauscht. Wir waren im Dezember dort, der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war leider eiskalt. Schräg gegenüber der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine circa 1 km lange Bauruine! Bei Ankunft hätten wir ein Erfrischungsgetränk, zumindest Mineralwasser gegen den Durst erwartet. Eine Grundausstattung wie Gewürze, Küchenrolle etc. gibt es nicht. Preis Leistung ( 95,-€ die Nacht) stimmt hier nicht. Wer hier wohnt, sollte geringste Ansprüche und Erwartungen an eine Ferienunterkunft mitbringen.

Fantastic atmosphere in Las Dunas Residence

View on the swimming pool and the tranquility in the complex. The host Katarina who welcomed us and handed over the keys. The TV supports Airplay so you can stream your favourite programs.

There is no basic stock in the kitchen of the apartment whatsoever so every new guest has to buy his own basic stuff like salt,pepper, sugar etcetera. Looks like the kitchen inventory is completely removed by the cleaning staff after every stay.

I travel a lot, but for the first time i was in apartment that doesn't provide bathroom accessories /shampoo, shower gel, soap/. In the kitchen you don't have elementary products like salt and oil. But the biggest problem for me are the horribly uncomfortable pillows. Also i think it is not good practice the owner to write you and try to call you by whatsapp every day /our staying was only 3 days! / to ask you "can you help you with something", i think the privacy is most important part of the vacation. The water in swimming pool is too cold too.

Exceptional

The location is great, a few minutes walk to Popcorn beach. The view from the terrace to the pool is magical, the kitchen is furnished and we could cook delicious gambas :). We arrived on 25.12 and a Christmas gift was waiting for us :), the Guest Manager Katarina was very kind and helpful, she wrote us in advance the way to the accommodation on What's App and where we should get off with the bus. Also she gave us a map and an overview of the places in Corralejo.

Nice break away

Really safe and secure great view of the pool from the apartment lovely outside area with the sun in the morning, really nice for having breakfast and morning coffee outside. Pool area and surrounding grounds kept really clean and tidy only downfall was the pool was very cold 🥶

Lovely apartment in a lovely place.

Great apartment, spotless and has everything one needs to have a lovely stay. Katarina was super attentive friendly host, got in touch before arrival to see if had any questions and was readily contactable and responsive. The apartment has been thoughtfully equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils, even little throws on the sofa. Plenty of towels etc and the washing facilities were excellent. Lovely location and walking distance to all amenities, beach and shops. Wonderful stay. Thankyou.

Fantastic town and great local bus service to the dunes and El Cotillo.. Very friendly locals too

The location was great, 10 mins walk to the main street and beach but also quiet and a supermarket and small bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. Close enough to walk to Las Dunas, amazing sand dunes and beach. Also a lovely pool area right outside your door and very safe and secure. Wonderful. Katarina is a very kind and helpful host.

The bed and pillow was amazing!! The rooftop terrace was fantastic!

We stayed with balcony towards the pool, and the heat was to much inside the apartment without air-conditioning. The fan didn't help at all.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Apartment was right next to the pool. Lovley quite apartment block and neighborhood. Very convenient location and shortcut to the town meant it was only a 10 minute walk. Also close to the beach
