About this cottage rental
Kinsale is a modern semi-detached weatherboard town house situated in the coastal town of Broadstairs and can sleep ten people in one ground floor double with shower, basin and WC, two second floor doubles (one with en-suite) and a third floor family room. There is also a family bathroom on the second floor. The rest of the cottage contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Parking is limited to either one large or two small vehicles. Additional parking at the pay and display car park next door charged at £4 per day. Secure bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decked terrace with furniture and an additional patio area. The beach is within walking distance and there are museums, historic houses and shops to explore, making Kinsale an excellent seaside family base.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and 5-burner gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, booster seat and 2 x stairgates. Secure bike storage. Fully enclosed small decked terrace with lawned area and furniture. Small patio area with access from side entrance and ground floor bedroom. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 7 mins walk. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This cottage is a townhouse with living accommodation on the first floor, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This cottage is built on an incline. Note: Access to rear garden from side entrance is via steps. Note: The garden is tiered with two steps from the terrace to the lawned area. Note: Parking is limited to two large vehicles or two large vehicles and 1 small vehicle. Additional parking at the pay and display car park next door. Note: Max. 6 adults ( Total party size 10 including children )

Town: The historic town of Broadstairs, known as "The Jewel in Thanet's Crown" offers Blue Flag sandy beaches, hidden cobbled streets, cliff top walks, Bleak House, which was once the Summer home of Charles Dickens, shops, butchers, bakers, tea rooms, gift and antique shops. Close by is the town of Ramsgate and Margate, whilst further afield is Canterbury and Dover.
