We wanted a top-floor, quiet location, nice view rental with a king bed for our one-month stay and this was PERFECT. The balcony overlooks a protected marsh that is a birdwatcher's dream come true. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away allowing for plenty of time on the sand. And the gated development has a nice pub and many other amenities. The unit is perfect for a couple's getaway. The owners are friendly and responsive. Would i come back? heck yeah!

Great condo and location
My husband and I enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The property was clean, neat and well organized, great for just the 2 of us. The beach and pool were a short walk and we used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that were stocked almost everyday. We had some nice breezes the week we stayed and were able to use the balcony often, which had quite a bit of privacy(not facing the parking lot like most). Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This is a beautiful condo that is very well stocked. Super close to the beach and pool. The king size bed is very comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is if you could see the ocean from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway
My family, husband and 2 kids (10 and 8) had a great week. The condo was in a great location, close to airport, on the beach with a lifeguard and a great pool with fun activities throughout the week right on property. Plenty to do when it was sunny or rainy. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed from kitchen to linens to beach stuff! Thanks for a your hospitality!

Perfect July 4th Holiday Getaway!
My sister and I stayed in this villa on HHI for a week beginning July 4th. Our mother and her husband stayed just across the street from the resort on Folly Field so the location was perfect for us. Mike and Cindy are incredibly responsive and have a beautiful place - well-appointed, nicely decorated, with everything you could possibly need on a vacation! We loved how quiet the villa’s location was and didn’t have any issues with noise even though the resort was pretty full during our stay. It was so nice to have the beach and pool close by! Even though we had a bit of weather one night from Tropical Storm Elsa, we felt safe and cozy inside - it was just like being at home. Thanks Mike and Cindy for hosting us! We look forward to our next visit to HHI and hope to stay at your villa again!

Amazing vacation… Amazing property
My husband and I took our first vacation in quite a while… It was actually the first time we’ve used vrbo .. The process was extremely easy and the property that we stayed at was absolutely stunning… We needed nothing… Everything was there .. the condo was impeccable .. it was extremely comfortable in fact I didn’t want to go home… I would definitely stay here again. Great Escape!
Awesome unit with lots of upgraded/high end features, it was the perfect getaway escape after a few stressful months. The condo has everything you could need for a great stay at the beach-from games for rainy days, chairs, umbrellas, etc.-it was nice to not have to worry about packing these bulky items. The well stocked kitchen came in handy as we cooked each meal in the condo. My husband and I will miss enjoying our meals on the balcony. The owners were awesome at communicating their Covid cleaning procedures, and we found the unit to be exceptionally clean, and we appreciated the extra disinfect sprays/cleaners left for our use. A tropical storm came during our stay, and we appreciated how they checked in and offered advice.
We really enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to a future trip!

Excellent Home Base for Our Getaway
This property was conveniently located on the beach with easy access to restaurants, grocery store, activities and shopping. Beach was a short walk away. The property was clean, modern and well laid out for the two of us. Mike and Cindy were quick to answer questions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Beautiful Condo
I have rented many condos on HHI and this one is one of the best! It is just steps from the beach and the biggest pool on the island. It has a large comfy bed, big enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of cooking utensils and a knife block with knives that are actually able to cut things. Free Netflix on the nice TV is a plus! It's not ocean front but you can see the ocean from the patio. The main view is a peaceful marsh. When you get an ocean front view it also comes with the noise of the people at the pool. Highly recommend!

Clean , Big comfortable King size, loved our stay !
Resort is steps from beach, restaurants were great, as well as the drinks. The condo was just as described on the listing. The owner was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with and we look forward to staying with them again. Everything you need is there at the condo , well equipped kitchen! Beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The Margaritas at Jamaica Joes were the best I had on the island. This condo was great for the two of us .

Perfect place for a getaway!
What a cute space for two! We had everything we needed. The space was well kept and clean, super cute. It is close to the pool and cabana, but still quiet. It was the perfect place for us to relax . We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful Resort
The resort as a whole was clean and well maintained. There was an extra sense of security with the gated entry. The condo itself was beautiful and no expense was spared in this unit! There was plenty of storage, soft linens and a comfortable bed! Plenty of games and smart TVs for rainy days. The kitchen and bathroom are updated with high end materials. We traveled with a little one and the owner provided a pack n play and high chair for our needs. The owners were very prompt to answer all of my questions and provided a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. The pool, bar and restaurant on the resort were very nice as well. We also enjoyed the close access of the unit to the beach. Folly Field is close to several shopping centers and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent communication and accommodations
As we looked for properties, we contacted the owners on a general question, and they promptly responded, and the minimum nights / calendar options were reasonable for our schedules. The refreshing, timely communication (and future messages from the owners, not too many, just enough) set the tone for our enjoyable stay. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 living room accommodations were comfortable and the perfect size for our party of 3 (including 1 child). The king bed has plenty of room/width and the pull out couch is quite comfortable. (I typically dislike pull outs, but this one beat the odds as I could not feel any bars, etc. It really was surprisingly very comfortable, for adults or kids.) The kitchen was stocked with supplies, and there were beach chairs etc. if you wanted to use them. Even a filtered water pitcher was in fridge. The pool was excellent. Go when it first opens if you like to swim laps. The beach was a brief trip on the boardwalk.. The grounds also had several activities (of which we did not partake; we were too "busy" relaxing). There were nearby restaurants, stores and attractions. Great accommodations on Hilton Head.

The hosts had prepared their property with thought for giving their guests a comfortable touch of luxury while away from home.
We wanted for nothing as travellers who like to cater for themselves.
We heard no noise from our many neighbours although the resort was clearly busy and we enjoyed the privacy of the condo once we had finished being active for the day.
