This Iconic Cozy WATERFRONT Cottage was Futured on "HGTV' situated near the end of a quiet cove. Located in Sunrise Beach, the cottage is in a small cove off of Cape Hollow Cove, near the 8 MM. There is a boat launch just around the corner at Rock Harbor Resort. It is close to the new Woods Supermarket and restaurants. The cottage was fully remodeled in 2024 and includes new Central Air, and free Wi-Fi. Plenty of off-road parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. Two comfortable bedrooms, 1 king and the other includes 6 twin bunk beds, and a new memory foam queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The cottage also includes a private dock with a boat slip and a nice swim platform for your outside entertainment. New expanded deck with gas grill, propane provided. All you need to do is make a reservation, bring your food and clothes and make yourself at home. Most necessities in the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom are provided for your convenience. The time is here to book your getaway to the lake! We have also just added 2 new Kayaks, Lilly Pad and a Stand Up Paddle board for you to use as well.

We loved staying at this property. Quiet, cozy home located near the end of the cove. Beautiful decor. Had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast before heading out to the lake. We spent most of our evenings on the spacious outdoor deck around the fire or on the dock fishing. The owners were very easy to work with and provided all necessary information prior to our arrival. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at this little house! It was exactly as described and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were a few cleanliness issues (moldy ice machine, gross spot on the rug in living room, etc) which is the reason for the 4 stars but the owners were very receptive and said they would address it with the cleaning team.

Lovely place. In a shallow little cove. We selected this place because they had Kayaks and paddle board as well as lily pad. Other places we looked at either didn’t have them or didn’t make it clear what was available. Great place for a family with young kids. Bunk beds definitely not for adults. Would recommend!

The home was very beautiful clean, and it was nice having the kitchen stocked. The outdoors was clean. It was very nice having the kayaks and the lily pad. We did a lot of swimming and fishing. The kids loved it. I loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful I don’t have anything negative to say about our stay.

We just got back from staying there and our weekend was perfect! There was a total of 7 of us. My husband, myself and 5 teenagers. We knew it looked like a great place from ouctures, but then we arrived and everything was so amazing! It has all been redone and it’s beautiful! They had everything that you could think of for your stay from everything inside and out. We will definitely come back to this location!

What you see online is what you get! This property maximizes its space and the decor is wonderful. It's a great location and easy to access with limited steps between your car and the door to pack your belongings in and out. It screams come and stay a while!

Beautiful Place inside and out, Was not able to use dock due to rain during day, but evening was able to sit with Hubby. Great space for lake house. THANK YOU FOR OPENING YOUR HOME TO US

Nice place in the back of a shallow cove, unfortunately the lake was very low and the water extremely shallow at the boat dock. Other than that everything was very nice. Only had one bed for adults and two triple bunk beds in the second bedroom. Great for a family with kids. Multiple adults staying here might have a tough time fitting into the bunk beds. Very nice fully equipped kitchen and a grill out on the deck.

We came for spring break, the lake was too low to fish from the dock-a bit disappointing but the owner communicated this a few days prior to arrival. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and the house was clean and comfortable! The fire pit was amazing!

We will definitely be back. Everything you need is right here. Everything in the house is great. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Fun toys outside, kayaks paddle board. My husband and I did not use the Lily Pad but I'm sure kids would love that. Many things to do all around the lake but we especially like morning coffee on the dock.

What a cute lake house for our family to stay in! We loved being so close to the dock! We had everything we needed to just enjoy the water and relax in the home. It was so peaceful in the cove! My only complaint was that we were not able to stay longer!

Upon arriving to Darin and Elissa’s place you will notice it’s very secluded and private which our group loved. It was very quiet at night and nice to relax at night out at the dock. Very nice inside- matched the pictures online and was perfect for the 8 of us girls that stayed. Close and convenient to different bars and restaurants as well as stores by water and a not too far of a drive by car. Would recommend staying here! Great communication with hosts as well- super helpful and responsive if something is needed.

This was a perfect getaway home for our family. The home was well stocked with kitchen items including pans, pots and utensils and even s’more making items. The slip/pier was amazing! Our boat fit nicely and was not rocked by waves. The water toys were so much fun. We kayaked and paddle boarded every day and swam on the lily pad. Everything is in great condition. We toured the lake as much as we could and have to say the cove that the house is on is in one of the best locations. It’s quiet and not busy at all. We felt comfortable with our girls swimming off the pier all day. Would definitely recommend this rental!

What a perfect little house with a fantastic location! We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing from the dock, and from the kayaks. The house is exceptionally clean, and the decor is inviting. I appreciated the choices of linens (I found cotton quilts in the closet I used.) The sheets are also comfortable as are the towels. While I am not a fan of the foam mattress topper (sinks like a crater and then I am unable to reposition), I do understand many others enjoy that type. I also appreciated the little fans in the rooms! The kitchen is well stocked with basic spices and everything you may need to store food and supplies for your stay and all cooking pots/pans/bowls, etc. This is a great location where we would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was as stated. Little things you may have forgotten they have for use. Only thing that you need to be mindful of if using the dock; it’s a shallow cove. If the lake level gets to 7 feet below full pool, you will not get your boat to the slip. Will stay again, great place!
