About this house rental
UNBEATABLE VIEWS OF THE WHOLE CAMPOO VALLEY.
We have an unbeatable location, in La Lomba, one of the high villages of Campoo, which is a natural balcony open to the entire Campoo Valley, enjoys wonderful views of both the Alto Campoo ski resort and the entire valley .
The house, located at the top of the town completely independent, and with its own garden.
We have designed a large viewpoint of 5 meters, from which you can enjoy all the views of the Herradura de Campoo, and see how the entire valley opens up to Reinosa.
At garden level we have an even larger viewpoint, with stunning views, behind which we have a small SPA.
The Balcony of La Lomba, is a new hotel establishment in La Lomba (Campoo de Suso), at the foot of Alto Campoo.
It is an old stone house, which until recently was used as stable and haystack, housing more than 30 cows.
It had a small house with 3 bedrooms, and the aforementioned stable and haystack, and a court, where sheep were formerly kept, which has become a small SPA.
During the last year, it has been completely rehabilitated, using noble materials, without altering practically both its structure and appearance, bringing to light, a beautiful stone house.
We have 2 individual apartments:
"COMPLETE HOUSE", 18 seats. We have the possibility, of full rental of the house with capacity for 18 people, (consisting of 5 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 large living room-kitchen) garden with own barbecue and garden table, and independent entrance .
We have ample parkin next to the house, to accommodate up to 10 cars.
The house has WIFI, free
We have a webcam, where you can be informed instantly of the weather situation.
BBQ is available.
Kitchen fully equiped.

Even better than the pictures!
The house is a fabulous renovation of a period building and has a lovely large picture window in the lounge looking across the valley to two neighbouring villages. The house was appointed with furniture, bathrooms and kitchen items all of a better quality than one expects to find in a rental. The neighbouring village of Abiada - a beautiful 10 min walk on a track has two welcoming bars and a restaurant. In addition there is a stable with horses for guided walks. 11 of our group spent a sublime two hours on beautiful, well cared for, gentle horses trekking into an ancient beech forest, across streams and into the alpine-esque meadows beyond.
This was the fifth time my extended gamily has booked a house for a group over 16 people, the previous four being in France. We all agreed that both the house and the location made this the best of them all by a large margin. The countryside around is reminiscent of the Alpine foothills, the owner takes great car and I can highly recommend the property

Escapada con mucho encanto
La casa es nueva con todo tipo de comodidades, cada habitación cuenta con baño propio. Tiene unas vistas idílicas desde todos los puntos de la casa. El dueño muy amable.

Una casa estupenda, puesta al detalle, no le falta de nada, baño en cada habitación, acogedora, amplia, un salón que invitaba a no salir.... las mejores vistas de la zona. En resumen, maravillosa.

Fantastica casa y trato
Hemos estado unos dias alojados en esta casa por su cercania a la estacion de esqui de Alto Campoo. La casa esta recien restaurada. El apartamento pequeño es muy acogedor, calentito ; el grande es igual de acogedor y ademas tiene un balcon espectacular. La casa esta muy cuidada y el trato de la familia es estupendo. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia

Hemos pasado un puente estupendo. La casa es una de las mejores en las que hemos estado. Ha cumplido de sobra todas nuestras expectativas. La casa es aun mas bonita que en las fotos y todo esta en unas condiciones excelentes (calefaccion, duchas, camas, etc..)
La comarca es un sitio precioso y tiene mil luegares donde ir. Repetiremos seguro.
