About this apartment rental
Apartment of 100 sqm on the fourth floor of an old building with high ceilings and with lift located at the Rossetti theater and avenue XX September one of the most characteristic and renowned sites of Trieste. It is a very long and tree-lined avenue already frequented in the 1800s for Sunday walks by the Triestines, then became the site of theaters and cinemas, ice cream parlors, restaurants and outdoor bars. A place always alive and pleasurable in all seasons with the shade of the trees in the summer as well as with the bare trees and melancholy in winter.
After finishing the avenue you enter the Teresian quarter with its neoclassical buildings and you will arrive in about 15 minutes by foot to the sea and in the beautiful squares of Trieste, including the Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia, the largest open square in Italy Directly on the sea.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is space to cook everything and eat comfortably in 4-5 people. From the kitchen you can also access an equipped storage room.
A living room with dining table, armchair and 3 seater sofa, 40 "display cabinet and mobile cabinet. Luminosissimo has two large windows.

Inside, smoking, parties or receptions are not allowed. It requires a private and respectful attitude to the home and the tranquility of the other condominiums.

We enjoyed our time in Trieste and in this aparment. It das a lot of space and it was easy to cook, relax, and spend time at home. The aparment is a bit dated but is has conveniences such as a washer and dishwasher. Our host was very responsive when needed.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near downtown. It is also very close to the bus line. Luigi is a great host! Very communicative and helpful. He even provided me bus tickets since we arrived on Sunday (when many shops are closed), and I needed to get to a conference the next morning. He also let us store our bags at the apartment after checkout because we had a late departure. Highly recommended!

This apartment is easy walking to the main areas of Trieste. The area had a lovely boulevard with lots of eateries and a supermarket.
We did the excursion to Slovenia caves and can recommend this. The bus stop is close to take you to Miramar castle, definitely worth a visit.
Inside the apartment is quiet, clean and comfortable and our host was very helpful.

Absolutely as described. High ceilings. Elegant. Comfortable. Great kitchen. Easy transport connections. We occasionally used a bus but did most things on foot. Wide choice of bars and restaurants nearby but the flat itself is peaceful. Highly recommend

The apartment was lovely, quiet, and very clean, and Luigi was there to meet us. The location is excellent: super close to the pedestrian street (Via XX Settembre) with its bars, restaurants, and shops. There is a lot of space and an elevator, which was greatly appreciated because a member of the group was unexpectedly using a wheelchair. Very good communication.

I had a wonderful visit and beautiful stay in Trieste. The apartment exceeded my expectations. Luigi was so welcoming and kind. I spent 3 weeks in the lovely apartment. It was convenient to many places and offered everything I needed. Highly recommended.

Große geräumige Altbauwohnung in Toplage
Wir haben uns in dieser weitläufigen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Altbauwohnung in einem großen Palazzo sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem haben wir hervorragend geschlafen dank der guten Matratzen! Die Küche war mit allem notwendigen Utensilien vollständig ausgerüstet. Hervorragend war die fußläufige Lage zum Zentrum auch für einen Bummel nach dem Abendessen und ein Glas Wein war alles super erreichbar.

Wundervolle Ostertage in Triest
Triest ist eine pulsierende wunderschöne und authentische Stadt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt, die ganze Altstadt ist von hier zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und bietet alles, was einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Luigi ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einziger Haken - der uns aber schon im Vorfeld bewusst war - ist die etwas schwierige Parksituation, hier gilt es Geduld zu haben und evtl auch 10min Fußmarsch in Kauf zu nehmen. Es war sicherlich nicht unsere letzte Reise nach Triest, gerne mieten wir uns auch wieder bei Luigi ein.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt - immer gerne wieder
Luigi war sehr freundlich und hat alles Wissenswerte kurz und gut erklärt. Check in und Check Out war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in guter Lage - Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bushaltestelle, ... in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Strand ist etwas entfernt, aber in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen - immer gerne wieder!

Appartamento grande, arioso e molto ben arredato. Posizione centrale, vicinanza con supermercati, bar, ristoranti e negozi. Proprietario educato e cortese. Vasta fornitura di libri, dépliant e cartine stradali inerenti Trieste e ciò che si potrebbe desiderare vedere e visitare. Soggiorno perfetto, da ripetere la prossima volta che decideremo di visitare Trieste e dintorni.

It is a nice apartment in a good position for reaching main attractions in the city of Trieste. Clean and comfortable you feel at home also because the apartment is fully equipped in detail. We had a good time and will return.

perfect location to get to know trieste
luigi's home is not located in the tourist center (usually considered by the piazza unita d'italia.) and thank goodness for that. via venti settempre is the reason i booked this home for two weeks and everything turned out exactly what i read about. the home is traditional (aka not designed or equipped with modern amenities) but it has two spacious bedrooms. what i really appreciate is all the "little" things luigi put in place to make it more comfortable for guests such as power strips (so you do not have to struggle with not having enough outlet for all the electronics we have in 2019), shelving and benches in the hallway (for putting things down), extra towels (so you do not have to debate between washing your towels and having to wait for them dry over a day as there is no drier in the house); there were also tea, olive oil, toilet paper, tissue, salt and pepper and all the cleaning supplies so we did not have to buy everything we needed for the two week stay. the location was so good we practically could walk everywhere. we were on our first house hunting trip in trieste, and thank to this apartment's location, we have decided this neighborhood will be our #1 choice to buy an apartment in trieste. the only wish i have is more lights in the kitcheb as it is really too dark to do proper prep and cooking with only one light, and maybe a couple of more quilts as it did get chilly at night in october (but the big down comforter is just too thick.)

An ideal base from which to explore Trieste
The apartment exceeded our expectations, with a well equipped kitchen (including some "welcome" items upon arrival), comfortable beds and a comprehensive library of books about Trieste and its history. The apartment was close to a couple of supermarkets and a number of bus routes (tickets easily bought from the tobacconist or the machine at the bus stop) quickly got us to wherever we wanted to be. Also close to cafes, bars and restaurants - try the Hostaria G Strehler, it is excellent. However, several local places stay open well into the early hours of the morning, and the departing guests could be noisy even from the 4th floor, but that was the price for such a convenient apartment.
Overall, we were delighted with our choice, and Luigi, the English-speaking owner, was extremely helpful and kind. This apartment is highly recommended.

Perfekt
Eine charmante und großzügige Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Wohnung hat sogar ein separates Ankleidezimmer. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße, und doch ist man in ein paar Gehminuten mitten im quirligen Leben Triests. Zum Platz Unita braucht man zu Fuß ungefähr 15 Minuten (wenn man nicht in einer der zahllosen Bars Pause macht). Für die Parkplatzsuche benötigt es ein bisschen Geduld, aber irgendwie haben wir dann doch immer eine Lücke gefunden. Im ganzen Viertel herrscht eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre, und auch die Hausbewohner, die wir getroffen haben, waren aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Luigi ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Viele Handtücher, Wein, Wasser und Kuchen zur Ankunft und mit Blick auf unsere beiden großen Söhne gab er uns sofort einen Zweitschlüssel, damit die zwei unabhängig von ihren Eltern die Stadt erkunden können (was sie dann auch gemacht haben).
Triest ist eine besondere Stadt, ihre Architektur ist schön, ihre Bewohner uneitel und ihre Bars zahlreich. Man spürt ein bisschen Österreich, man spürt ein bisschen Osteuropa und sehr viel intellektuelles Italien. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellente location
Grand appartement, très bien équipé. Proche de tous les commerces et restaurants, tout petit bémol, il n'est pas possible de garer sa voiture dans la zone mais il y a un parking vers le tribunal à 5 minutes à pied. Wifi impeccable.
Grazie mile Luigi ,si nous repassons par Trieste, nous essayerons de louer à nouveau.

Sehr gute reichhaltige Küchenausstattung, Betten gut, viel Schrankraum , reichlich Platz. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Lage nah zur Innenstadt, angenehm urbane Umgebung.

A slice of real Trieste
Very nice flat well located near theatre and cinemas with lots of bars cafes and retaurants. Good public transport. Luigi gracious and kind host. Met us at 10.00pm when we arrived and left us milk bread coffee butter etc.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento molto grande e confortevole. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Se dovessi tornare soggionerei nuovamente qui! Serve solo un pochino di pazienza x trovare parcheggio (free) sotto casa, ma ci sono nelle vicinanze cmq pargheggi a pagamento.

Un gioiello nel cuore di Trieste
Appartamento davvero molto bello e curato nei dettagli, all'interno di un palazzo storico in posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città, negozi, ristoranti. Cucina ben fornita di tutto ciò che serve, ampi spazi confortevoli, ottima pulizia. Luigi e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi nell'accoglierci anche a tarda ora e ci hanno riservato un piccolo dolce pensiero al nostro arrivo. Per noi è stato veramente un piacevole soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!

Gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Wohnung im Zentrum von Triest.
Wir waren vom 3. - 10.09.18 in dieser schönen, hervorragend ausgestatteten großen Wohnung.Die Übergabe seitens des Vermieters hat reibungslos geklappt. Auf jede Anfrage wurde umgehend geantwortet. Wir erhielten auch Tipps für die Anreise vom Flughafen. In der Wohnung fehlte wirklich nichts für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da die Wohnung wirklich sehr zentral liegt, kann man nicht erwarten, dass es völlig ruhig ist. Wer da sehr empfindlich ist, sollte etwas anderes suchen. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben es vielmehr genossen, direkt "um die Ecke" alles zur Verfügung zu haben. Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars usw. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch nur eine Minute entfernt und man kommt überall schnell hin. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder gerne mieten.

Tolle große Altbauwohnung mit Fahrstuhl in zentraler Lage.
Luigi ist ein sehr freundlicher und umsichtiger Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, war sehr gut gereinigt, ideal Familien oder zwei Paare. Von der Wohnung aus ist es möglich in kurzer Zeit die ganze Stadt zu erkbünden.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is situated in a nice area close to the famous Caffè San Marco. The Molo and Piazza Grande are a 20min walk away and there is a direct bus connection to the Central Station and Barcola.
