Everdene is an outstanding semi-detached cottage, one of five in a courtyard setting on the outskirts of the village of Upwey, 3.5 miles from Weymouth. This superb holiday home is set mostly on the ground floor with two zip/link king-size doubles, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a king-size double with en-suite on the first floor. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio with furniture and a shared hillside garden with picnic benches. A stylish base for your Dorset getaway.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture, plus shared hillside garden with picnic benches. 1 well behaved dog welcome. This property is a no smoking property. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 3.5 miles. Note: Sloping ceiling in first floor bedroom.
