Good place to stay. If it wouldn't have been for maintenance man showing up we would have not gotten in. Need at least who to contact if there is a problem! Contacted Vacasa and was on hold for 30+ minutes and was just left on hold saying some one would be with me..
Plus says there is a futon that makes out into another bed. Is a sofa, and even though it appears some what new it is the pits to sleep on! Main bed was excellent. A rollaway bed moght be more comfortable?

This is a room in an older motel row in the middle of town that has had good renovations. Nice bathroom, lots of hot water, modern kitchen appliances. The second bed is a pull out couch AND unfortunately, on the evening when we moved in there were no sheets or blankets for this bed. Vacasa is the manager and we waited two hours before hearing back from them. By then it was too late to contact the local owner. We made do with a couple army blankets from the back of my car that night. Linens and blanket showed up the next day. The management never checked back in with us to see how we were doing and it is this unresponsiveness that earns to single star rating.

Comfortable bed, clean floors, cozy space. Small but perfect for two. The fridge was really loud but expected in a small space. Can opener was missing. This is our go to place when on a budget and overall, we like it because it’s very clean.

We stayed super bowl weekend to ski and enjoy a getaway. It was just as listed. Great place for 2.

Second time staying here, disappointed again!
The property manager told me over the phone we had an end unit rented, and it was not. It was in the middle of the row, and once again our neighbors were up super late and we’re loud. The tub didn’t drain at all, and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it!

Wonderful stay
Even though the lodge is older, it is one of the best kept and cleanest places I have stayed. All appliances worked. Plenty of amenities. Never ran out of anything needed. I am so impressed. I will definitely recommend this place to others. I also felt safe here. The town is friendly the staff gracious.

It was OK
The "cabin" was nice. It was not clear when I booked that there would be multiple attached cabins in a row. I had the impression it would be a detached cabin. There was a cleaning fee of $60 that was charged nightly, even though they don't clean in the middle of your stay. The instructions for the TV said to use HDMI 2, and the cable box was plugged into HDMI 2. However, the TV was stuck on HDMI 3. I had to move the cable box to HDMI 3 to watch TV. Now, the instructions will not be helpful to future guests.

Cute cabin feel. Very clean. Old but nicely updated. Very roomy for 2 adults. Saw the hot tubs but didn’t use them although they did appear well taken care of. Will definitely return next time we travel through.

Weekend Getaway
The location and price make this property the perfect weekend getaway! Close to fishing, hiking, and Pagosa Springs. Even with neighbors on all sides, our stay was worth it!

We were looking for a place to stay close to Wolf Creek Ski Area.. this place was super clean, had just what we needed (kitchen amenities including a crock pot), comfy king size bed and fold out couch for the kids. Dog friendly. When I couldn’t figure out the tv, Christi at the management office on site came and troubleshot for us! Within walking distance of liquor store and Pizza place! I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that hot tubs were not in service due to covid restrictions (which was not advertised).

I loved the kitchen and the place was so cozy, clean and it’s a pet friendly place. We loved walking around the neighborhood. The place is located in the heart of town. The grocery stores and restaurant is adjacent to the property.

Great experience
We noticed when we first inspected the room that there was a few minor things that needed to be fixed but nothing major. Room was clean and comfortable. We had great neighbors all around us and that was awesome. No problems with key issues as noted by others, just check your email a day or so before you arrive for those simple instructions. Family was happy so that gives the stay an extra star. Thanks!!

I’m not a skier I wanted the hot tubes so very sad that none worked. Small appliances should be replaced I could not use coffee pot so bad.

Cozy and great location
This room was super cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The lodges could definitely use some TLC. The curtains fell when we tried to open them and the shower drain wasn’t flowing properly but all in all a good place to stay. We didn’t have issues with the key pad checking in but it would be great if there could be instructions on how to lock and use in a good way as we had some issues locking and getting back in a few times. Great location to many attractions and hikes and several cute little towns. Hot tub was super nice!
