Perfect for a golf getaway! Beautiful view of the course from the backyard. Would definitely stay there again.

The house met all of our physical needs and we enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. The neighborhood is quite and safe. However, there is a unique "noise ordnance" for this home. You cannot play soft music inside our outside the property and there is literally a "noice meter" in the house to measure the decibels! The issue is with an unhappy neighbor. Read the fine print of your contract. We are not loud party people, but did want to enjoy some music. In general, La Quinta has numerous rules (e.g. no cars on the street), so this property may or may not fit your needs.
On a positive note, the host was super helpful and the house was clean and well-stocked.

Very nice house. Major complaint on TV options. No local stations no ESPN available on Tv nor TBS etc. NCAA basketball championships not available in house. Probably no masters coverage also. Need to fix.

Quality of home less than expected for price. Refrigerator sucked! No clothes hanger. No tv in bedrooms. Roof damaged and during high winds blew attic scuttle off putting insulation my clothes.

The location is good and the house is nice overall but for the price everything should have been in working order, but it wasn't. And in general there was a lack of information provided about how to operate key things in the house. The freezer didn't work and the refrigerator barely worked-- we ended up having to throw out most of the food we brought after a few days. There was a stand alone freezer which did work, but there was no information provided about it (i.e. "use this freezer because the other one is broken"). There were also no instructions provided for how to operate the pool and spa. After contacting the property manager I was provided some basic info but the spa would shut off after 20 min or so requiring it to be turned off and then back on. The washing machine worked somewhat but made a terrible sound when switching to spin. The central heat worked in the main house but not in the casita-- and after contacting the property manager I was told the thermostat/register for the casita was "just for show" and didn't actually work so to get the heat on in the casita you have to turn up the heat in the main house. Again, something that could have been explained in some simple instructions but none were provided.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt that when spending roughly $1000 per night everything should be in working order, and at a minimum some basic instructions should be provided regarding how to operate key aspects of the property.

We love staying at this property so much we have made it an annual occurrence. The home is perfect for us with open floor plan and a beautiful pool. Literally perfect for our two families to get together. The property is really well laid out, spacious yet cozy. The host is incredibly communicative and kind. Can’t wait for next year!

Very very upset about the way the house was taken care of. We expecting minor problems, but there’s some major problems that should’ve been handled prior to us getting there and us not babysitting people coming in and out trying to fix the issues I stayed in one room and the average temperature was over 87 is very uncomfortable. This is for my nieces wedding and just trying to get ready and sleep what is impossible They should’ve handled this thing a little bit more professional for the price will not recommend this place just due to the property management company. Don’t want no refunds, but I would like to get some type of maybe compensation firm the next time I might choose to stay with you guys Verbo thank you

Our overall experience was superb. House was spacious and clean in a perfect location. It felt secure and safe. Just a couple relatively small fix-its —1- better instructions for the tvs. We weren’t able to use them because the remote wasn’t Intuitive. 2- window covering in the bedrooms are see-through at night when lights are on.
3- nice to have a coffee maker but could there have been a supply of coffee? These items are minor and can be easily remedied. I would book this home again in a heartbeat!

The property was very nice and the location was great. The house was clean and in good condition for the most part. The water dispenser on the fridge was leaking when it was used. Also, there is some paint peeling on the ceiling of the master bedroom. Otherwise, the place is in good condition. We'd stay here again.

Our large family group of adults and little ones had a great time! The house is large, clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Jenny was available by phone and responded very quickly to our questions. We loved having the pool table and played several family tournaments. The kitchen is large and convenient to prepare meals. The pool was the absolute favorite. The wading shelf is covered by a large umbrella and was perfect for the little ones to splash around in. The pool is also well shaded in the morning and afternoon, which was a huge plus. I would say the only negative is that the pool is not lighted. We have always enjoyed playing in the pool at night when the sun has set (no sunburns!) but we were unable to do so because the pool and backyard do not have lights.
Also, the "no one outside after 10pm" curfew was frustrating, as we love the desert at night and would have loved to sit near the pool after the kids were in bed but we couldn't even sit outside, or risk a fine. However I believe that is a PGA West rule, not imposed by this house.
I would definitely recommend this house and we will likely book it again next year.

Dirty and needs maintenance
Refrigerator and freezer smelled like fish, I soaked the bottom and scrubbed and cleaned the worst parts so we could put our food in and added baking soda to both.
This is house cleaning 101, that refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time.
And there’s no way there was a CoVid clean, that house is clean in parts, but others not so much. Kind of gross when you find hair in the kitchen drawer. The door handles, switches, all around the doors were dirty (inches above and below the handles where they get dirty over time and have to wiped down).
Leaks in the ceiling in master bedroom and bath. We knew it was raining by the drip sound alone so it’s pretty significant.
Lights not working-some just didn’t work even after we tried turning them on manually then matching them up with the switch.
All 3 BBQ propane tanks were empty. Not expecting a full tank but a little warning would be nice.
Lots of golf balls. We’ve been staying at golf course rentals for 20 years and this was actually dangerous. We needed a lookout person for when players were teeing off to warn the others to duck and cover. There were over 15 balls that hit the water, with numerous ones that hit the house.
Notified Property management and aside from an apology, we did not receive any compensation whatsoever for the lack of cleaning, rain dripping on our belongings, or the danger of wayward golf balls.

Nice property. Good communication with property manager. Pool was a tad dirty but really can’t be helped because the wind blows dirt. Trash compactor is nice. Could be more cupboard amenities such as sugar, spices etc. Plenty of items in kitchen ~ pots, pans, plates in kitchen. Good BBQ outside. Would stay again.

Overall our stay was well below expectation. Extremely dangerous, this house is about 230 yards from the tee box, 7-8 balls per day landing in backyard (if not more). One even in the pool while we were in it. Certainly not a kid friendly backyard. The house is dated (refrigerator leaked, glass door sliders need replacement). I’ve stayed at PGA West 20+ times and this was an outlier and was a very unfortunate experience. Weather and golf were nice, though! Beds were very comfy too.

Family Break
Here are some honest comments that I hope BOTH the Owner and property manager take to heart.
First off the location is great however there are a number of issues with the home itself. The home accommodates 10 guests however there is only 6 plates, a miss match of cutlery (not even close for 10 guests, two (2) wine glasses in the entire home (and they don't even match, how is that possible in California). the grill/BBQ has to be 10 years old, barely works and is something most people would throw out (dissappointing). none of the window coverings work and also are extremely old, the home has spectacular views but it was hard to see out of the windows because they were also extremely dirty.
Lastly, the home is located on the golf course, and it should be noted on the listing that you are in direct fire of errand balls (which I understand being on a course) however in the 7 days we were there we had over 16 balls either come into the pool or bounce off the house, extremely dangerous when you (or your kids) are in the pool or back yard.
It is a good home, but needs updating and finishing touches desperately....If they were to spend $30,000 on improvements the home would be spectacular

Great winter getaway
The house was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed our stay there, the location was ideal and the house was clean and for the most part well equipped.
There were a couple of issues. First, the listing states that there were three king beds and one queen. When we got there we discovered that there was only one king in the master bedroom. We called the management service and explained they were very responsive and had a king bed delivered right away. The description should be changed or the beds updated.
The other issue was the that the kitchen was but very well equipped. There were absolutely no serving dishes, bowls or platters and very few spoons or forks. We had to keep washing them and there were only 4 of us in the house.
All in all a lovely house and we would stay again.

Property Manager Awful at Communication
We didn't have gas at the property for the entire afternoon/evening of check in and the next am. When we told the property manager she sent someone out to fix it, about two hours later and he had to leave to get parts. We didn't have hot water, the ability to use the cook top, fire places or hot tub. When asked for a partial credit, approximately seven times she has not responded what so ever. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Great Trip
We just concluded our annual New Year’s golf trip to the desert and the location of this property for PGA West could not be more perfect. The house set up perfectly for 4 couples with plenty of room and Accomodations. My only suggestion for the property management team would be to reevaluate the kitchen for stocking of cookware. Dishes and basic kitchen supplies were extremely limited when trying to prepare a meal to take full advantage of property. I felt standard customary VRBO stocking of toilet paper, garbage bags, tin foil etc was very limited .

Great house in a great location
The house is was very clean and check. in was very easy. I had a few quick questions that were quickly answered. The house is nicely equipped and has plenty of towels for the pool and Spa. The pool heater did not seem to really heat the pool ,but the spa heated up rather well. The kitchen could use a few more place settings and maybe a bigger fry pan or two. Also the Nest thermostats were difficult to override and seemed locked on a schedule but overall , we really enjoyed the property and would stay again. The pool table is a great extra and really was fun to have in the house .
